It is said that God first separated the salt water from the fresh water, made the dry land, planted a garden, made the animals and the fish all before making man. Before we were born, He did and provided what we were going to need.

These vegetables are better and more powerful when we eat them raw.God left us a great clue as to how food helps every part of our body!

A slice of Carrot looks like a human eye. The pupil, the iris and the radiating lines resemble the human eye YES, today science shows us that carrots reinforce the blood flow to and the functioning of the eyes.

An Aj -Morron has four cameras and is red. The heart has four cameras (cavities) and is red. All research shows that tomatoes are loaded with lycopene and are in fact pure food for the heart and blood.

Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all current research shows that grapes are also a deeply vitalizing food for the heart and blood.


A walnut has the appearance of a small brain, with a left and a right hemisphere, the upper parts look like brains and the lower ones, cerebellum. Even wrinkles and nut folds resemble the neo-cerebral cortex. Today we know that nuts help to develop three (3) dozens of neuro-transmitters for brain function.

The beans really heal and help maintain the functioning of the kidneys and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.

Celery, Cauliflower, Rhubarb (I don't know what we call it in Argeentina) and many others look just like bones. The target of these foods specifically is the strengthening of the bones. Bones have 23% sodium and these foods contain 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones, weakening them. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.

Avocados, Eggplants and Pears are targeting the health and functioning of the female uterus and womb - and have the appearance of those organs. Current research shows that when a woman eats an avocado per week, she balances her hormones, gets rid of unwanted birth weight and prevents cervical cancers.

How deep is this? It takes exactly nine (9) months to grow the avocado from flowering to ripe fruit. There are more than 14, 000 nutrition constituent photolytic chemicals in each of these foods. (Modern science has only studied and named to date, about 141 of them).

Figs are full of seeds and hang in pairs when they are growing. Fig increases the mobility of male sperm and increases the number of sperm as well as helps in the recovery of male sterility. Sweet potatoes resemble the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics.


Olives help the health and functioning of the ovaries.

Oranges, Grapefruits and other Citrus fruits resemble a woman's mammary glands and actually help the health of the breasts and the movement of the lymph in and out of them.
