The quantum healing of Deepak Chopra

Deepak Chopra bases its healing system on Ayurvedic medicine. Ayurveda, which originated in India more than 4 thousand years ago, means in scribes the science of life. This medicine refers to an integral vision of the human being, where the body and the mind are closely related and influence each other.

The body is molded from consciousness, since it has enormous potential to produce changes in the body, such as curing diseases and retarding aging.

Our current system of life is governed by the great illusion of matter: we believe that this is the only thing that exists and that consciousness is a byproduct of it. But that conception is based on a sensory interpretation, and it is clear that our physical senses do not allow us to perceive the true nature of reality. We think it is solid and aesthetic, when in truth it is constantly changing. This is also valid for the human body, which undergoes permanent change. In less than a year, 98% of the body's atoms are replaced, the skin is renewed every five months, the skeleton changes every three months and even the DNA, which is where our c is inserted I say genetic, it is replaced every six weeks: One seems to be the same outside; However, it is as if the bricks of the building are continually being changed.

But we should not confuse the instrument with the user of the instrument. The body changes and is renewed, it is not the same and, nevertheless, it maintains its identity, since the basis of its existence is beyond matter and belongs to the quantum domain, where there is no matter, but only intelligence that organizes the information and is able to identify and communicate with the rest of the Universe. The mind, which is the movement of consciousness - or soul - uses electromagnetic energy to create the body.

Certainly, it is not possible to reverse the chronological age, but it is possible to reverse the aging process. This means acting on the psychological age (how we feel and how we exercise the chronological age) and on the 15 biological markers of this: blood pressure, metabolic rate, bone density, temperature regulation, fat content, aerobic capacity, level of cholesterol, muscle mass, muscle strength, sex hormone levels, sugar tolerance, hearing system, vision, immunity and skin condition.

Scientific research that has been carried out for more than 30 years, starting in the 1970s, has discovered that each of these markers can be reversed for up to 15 years. As in the universe, everything is recyclable in the human being: the molecules and cells of the body, emotions and thoughts. The change of one of the biological markers of the age produces the change of all the rest of them, but when all these change at the same time ... the change is already exponential!

Chopra explains that there are various techniques to modify biological markers. For this, we must act at the level of the physical body (connection, energy or matter, prana or ki in other traditions); of the subtle body (mind, intellect, ego, ideas, emotions, concepts, personality, self image, etc.) and of the causal body (it generates causes and causes the other bodies to be created, here the soul and spirit are located). Thus, from the physical body to the causal, we go from time to eternity.

One of the best methods to stay young and vital is the regular practice of meditation, which allows hormonal levels to remain high and not decline. Meditation allows you to connect with the primary source of energy in the universe -God- and do something as important as returning to the memory of Love, which is characteristic of the human being.

Direct contact with the sacred - for example, through meditation or communion with nature - provides the ultimate experience of Love. It radiates as light and fullness, which transform the body and emotions and, therefore, the world around us.

Ten tips to slow aging:

1. Change of perception: Move from a materialistic vision of the universe to an integral and spiritual vision of life and matter.

2. Time: Stop living worried about tomorrow or live on memories and learn to be present and live from now.

3. Sleep: Poor sleep quality accelerates aging. What matters is not the quantity, but the quality of sleep. Ayurvedic medicine advises to go to bed around 10:00 at night. These two hours before midnight have a much greater reparative effect than the next 6 hours. It is good to sleep about 8 hours and not exceed, if the opposite effect is not obtained, it weakens.

4. Watch your diet: According to Ayurveda, the body feels satisfied and in balance when it has access to the six basic flavors (astringent, sweet, bitter, salty, sour and spicy). Foods should be as fresh and natural as possible, because they provide more prana or energy. In addition, nutritional supplements (multivitamins with minerals) should be taken, since although we have a good diet, we need them due to the large amount of toxins and tensions to which we are exposed daily.

5. Do sports: Yoga, tai-chi or any sport that keeps us active will be good to recover the mind-body relationship. The best way to integrate both is through conscious breathing, which facilitates the energetic movement of the physical to the mental.

6. Take advantage of the benefits of the Sun. Look at it, take sun baths, etc. Contrary to what companies that sell sunscreens say the body, there are more skin diseases in countries where the sun is almost out.

7. Eliminate toxins: Drugs, alcohol and cigarette smoke should be eliminated, but also emotional toxins, such as fear, depression, guilt, anger and anger, which act at the level of the subtle body. Detoxifies your liver, kidneys and colon regularly.

8. Love: Giving and receiving love stimulates the immune system. The three levels in which love is expressed are verbal ("I love you"), attentive (listen to the other uninterruptedly) and affective (touch, caress).

9. Creativity: Apply your creativity. Paint, write, cook, sing, etc., but express your creativity in a free and natural way.

10. Keep your mind fed with readings that make you grow inwardly. Help your Soul day by day to rise from matter with inspiring readings.
