When trust is lost and our fears dominate us, chaos enters our lives.
We have all experienced this type of situation, they overcome us, our fears are so great that we panic and everything seems to be more problematic than it really is, but we don't see that until the problem is solved.
How many times has happened to us that after worrying about something in the end it has been solved, so we thought it was not so much, we got into the worst without need, because the solution was there all the time. It is a very distressing state that consumes us a lot of energy, we look forward to an immediate solution and when we do not get it we begin to imagine what will happen, this leads us to destabilize ourselves more and as a consequence to get sick.
Several years ago I lived one of the worst moments of my life, not to mention the worst, I was really hurt, my life had taken a 360 degree turn, I was stunned, confused and hurt, it was so bad that I was about to lose the Faith in life
Suddenly, one day I entered a shop, the saleswoman, an old lady, gave me a CD and said: "Listen to it, I think this will help you", that lady did not imagine what that CD meant to me. The cd was titled "Self-healing" by Louise Hay and that's how I entered my life:
The CD explained the life of Louise Hay and several exercises and comments. Every morning I put the CD in my car on the way to work and listened to the story of her life, a difficult, complicated life and yet she had managed to overcome everything, I was amazed by her courage, followed her advice and tried to think just as she He said. I worked on it for about 3 4 months, I listened to the CD every day and every day I discovered something new to work on. The truth is that thanks to her I understood that our thoughts create our future and little by little managed to regain confidence in me and in life.
I thank that kind lady who opened a door before me when my eyes couldn't find any way out.
