The Alchemy of Emotions (fear, anger and sadness) by Dídac Mercader "Nirahbé"

The Mirror Effect: The emotions of other people (fear, lust, anger, sadness ...) enter through our chakras and make us activate our emotions, alter ourselves and lose our vibration. It is very important to do a personal and Alchemical work to transform our emotions first. When we have done so, the emotions of other people or the environment will no longer take us out of our center.

From an early age we have been educated and taught only one way to manage emotions: Denial.

When we were afraid, they would tell us: “YOU SHOULD NOT BE AFRAID.” When we were angry, they would tell us: “YOU MUST NOT BE ANGRY.”
When we were sad, they told us: "YOU SHOULD NOT BE SAD."

Emotions cannot be denied or eliminated. Both those that make us feel good and those that do not, are part of the emotion in its Totality.

For example: fear is lack of trust and helps us to really know what trust is. When we feel very confident, then the emotion is transformed into something higher than Faith.

The only thing that can be done with an emotion is to transform it or transmute it into its positive or antonym aspect and send it back to God / Goddess / Spirit / Source. It is an Alchemy process, of converting coal into Gold.

There are 3 main emotions of which all the others branch:
• Fear-Confidence Emotion located in the Second Chakra (Navel).
• Anger-Compassion Emotion located in the Third Chakra (Solar Plexus).
• The Sadness-Joy Emotion located in the Fourth Chakra (Chest).

TRANSFORMING FEAR IN CONFIDENCE:

There are 2 types of fears: A fear is instinctive, it makes us alert when there is some kind of danger. This fear is positive because it helps us overcome dangerous situations. The Other fear is mental or psychological, it creates insecurity and limits us to move forward. We have to transform this fear into its Positive or Antonym aspect of Emotion, which is " TRUST ".

PRACTICE:
+ Palms in the Second Chakra-Navel (fear zone), you make circles with your hands clockwise (as if you were a watch) to open the chakra:

+ Visualize the Violet Flame that surrounds the navel and helps you Transform the Emotion (you can put an Amethyst in the area)
+ Repeat the following Affirmation every time you make a circle:
TRANSFORM ALL MY FEARS IN TRUST

TRANSFORMING THE IRA IN COMPASSION:

Anger is located in the area of the Third Solar Plexus-Chakra or mouth of the Stomach. There is a deposit of Wrath there that if it is not transformed it will fill up until the time comes when it is so far that someone tells us something and We react Mal or the Another person's anger makes us turn on the deposit and react badly (Mirror Effect). Anger, we have to transform it into its Positive or Antimode aspect of Emotion which is the COMPASSI N

PRACTICE:
+ Palms in the Third Chakra-Solar Plexus-Mouth of the Stomach (Anger Zone), you make circles with your hands clockwise (as if you were a clock ) to open the chakra:

+ Visualize the Violet Flame that surrounds the Solar plexus and helps you Transform the Emotion (you can put an Amethyst in the area).
+ Repeat the following Affirmation every time you make a circle:
TRANSFORM ALL MY IRA IN COMPASSION

TRANSFORMING SADNESS IN JOY:

The Sadness is located in the area of the Chest, it is like a feeling of melancholy that "past times were better than the present" or loss. This emotion does not allow us to live "the present moment" and the "here and now". Sadness, we have to transform it into its Positive or Antonym aspect of Emotion, which is " JOY ".

PRACTICE:
+ Palms in the Fourth Chakra-Chest (zone of sadness), you make circles with your hands clockwise (as if you were a clock) to open the chakra:

+ Visualize the Violet Flame that surrounds the chest and helps you Transform the Emotion (you can put an Amethyst in the area).
+ Repeat the following Statement each time you make a circle:
"TRANSFORM ALL MY SADNESS IN JOY"

A hug of light.
