TRANSFORMING THE IRA IN COMPASSION:

Anger is located in the area of ​​the Fourth Solar-Plexus Chakra or mouth of the Stomach. This emotion does not allow us to live "the present moment" and the "here and now". Sadness, we have to transform it into its Positive or Antonym aspect of Emotion, which is "JOY".
