Saint Germain is the Chohan of the Seventh Ray. Together with his Twin Flame, the Ascended Master Lady Portia, Goddess of Justice, he is the Hierarch of the Aquarian Age; It is the great sponsor of the Flame of Freedom, while Portia is the sponsor of the Flame of Justice. The name of Saint Germain comes from the Latin Sanctus Germanus, which simply means "Holy Brother."
Each two thousand year cycle comes under one of the seven rays. Jesus, like Chohan of the Sixth Ray, held the position of Hierarch of the era for the past 2, 000 years.
On May 1, 1954 Saint Germain and Portia were crowned as the directors of the coming 7th century Lightning. Freedom and Justice are the Yin and Yang of the Seventh Ray of Aquarius, and together with Mercy they provide the foundation for all other attributes of God to be emanated in this seventh dispensation.

Saint Germain and Portia send to the people of God the dispensation for the Seventh Era and the Seventh Ray - the Violet Ray of Freedom, Justice, Mercy, Alchemy and the Sacred Ritual - a new wave of life, a new civilization, a new energy.
As Chohan, or Lord / Lord, of the Seventh Ray, Saint Germain initiates our Beings into the science and ritual of transmutation through the Violet Flame. Saint Germain is known as a diplomat, expressing the Divine qualities of dignity, grace, gentleness, poise and elegance and true political ability through all those who invoke the Seventh Ray. Saint Germain As The Wonder Man Of Europe
Wishing above all to free the people of God, Saint Germain sought and was granted a dispensation from the Lords of Karma to return to Earth in a physical body. He appeared as the "Count of Saint Germain", a "miraculous" gentleman who dazzled the European courts of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, where they called him the "Wonder Man."
Saint Germain was an alchemist, scholar, linguist, poet, musician, artist, anecdote and diplomat admired in all the courts of Europe for his expertise. He was known for feats such as eliminating imperfections in diamonds and other precious stones and for simultaneously composing a letter with one hand and poetry with the other.
Voltaire described him as the "man who never dies and knows everything." Conte is mentioned in the letters of Frederick the Great, Voltaire, Horace Walpole and Casanova, and in the newspapers of the day.
Working behind the scenes Saint Germain tried to make a smooth transition from the monarchy to a representative government to prevent the bloodshed of the French Revolution. But his advice was ignored. In a final attempt to unite Europe he backed Napoleon, who abused the power of the Master who brought his own death.
But even before this, Saint Germain had turned his attention to the New World. He became the master sponsor of the United States of America and its first president, inspiring the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. He also inspired many labor-saving devices of the twentieth century to promote his goal of freeing mankind from heavy labor to devote himself to achieving Divine fulfillment.14
Saint Germain Sponsors Spiritual Organizations
In the latter part of the 18th century Saint Germain received from the Master Lady Kuan Yin his position as Chohan of the Seventh Ray - the Ray of Mercy and Forgiveness and the Sacred Ceremony. And in the 20th century, Saint Germain appeared again to sponsor an outside activity of the Great White Brotherhood.
In the early 1930s he contacted his "general in the field, " the reincarnated George Washington, whom he trained as a messenger and who, under the pseudonym of Godfré Ray King, made public the basis of Saint Germain's teachings to the New Age in the books of the Revealed Mysteries, The Magic Presence and the Discourses of the "I AM". In the late 1930s the Goddess of Justice and other Cosmic Beings came from the Great Silence to assist Saint Germain in her work of bringing the teachings of the Sacred Fire to humanity and escorting the Golden Age.
Aquarian Age Master
On May 1, 1954, Saint Germain received from Sanat Kumara the scepter of power, and from Master Jesus the crown of authority to direct the conscience of humanity for this period of two thousand years. This does not mean that the influence of the Ascended Master Jesus has recessed. Rather, as the Master of the World from the level of the Ascended, his teachings and his radiation from the Christ Consciousness to all mankind will be even more powerful and omnipresent than before, since the nature of Divinity is to continually transcend itself. We live in an expanded Universe - a Universe that expands from the center of each individualized Son (Sun) of God.
This dispensation means that we are now entering a period of two thousand years in which invoking our Beings and worlds the Violet Flame of Transmutation, the Divine energy that the human race has malused for thousands of years can now be purified and all humanity he will free himself from fear, lack, sin, sickness and death, and everyone can now walk in the Light as Divine Free Beings.
