Training the Art of Meditation

  • 2011

Q: What do we mean when we talk about meditating?

A: To the act of practicing Meditation. This, in turn, we could say is a bridge, path or instrument to reunite the Earth with Heaven; that is, the human mind and all its worries, doubts, fears, agitations, confusions, ignorances and problems can meet all the clarities, certainties, knowledge, revelations and solutions necessary to each person in the fascinating journey of life .

Q: Could we assure, from what you have expressed, that there are two minds that are integrated during the practice of meditation?

A: Rather it is about 2 aspects of the same mind. An earthly, human character characterized by tension and a heavenly, superior or divine aspect characterized by the fluidity of the creative and extraordinary. The innate talents

Q: Would you clarify more about the latter?

A: Yes. We recognize this aspect of tension characteristic of a good part of our mind in the internal discomfort caused by indecision, the indefinite opposition between the yes and the no that ring in our head without giving us respite, the exhausting repetition of the known even when we would like to be free from that kind of prison that seems self-imposed. Tension that is also expressed in any form of malaise, dysfunction and physical / emotional / mental illness (or of one's own identity). Meditation helps us to release that great amount of energy that was trapped there and make it useful, original, fun, productive, etc.

Q: What do we need to meditate?

A: Simply consciously orient three functions that we use all the time in our way of existing on this plane: 1) the breath 2) the concentration of attention and 3) the thought. Becoming aware of how we are breathing helps us focus on the present moment. Focusing on the present moment helps us observe and understand what we are thinking, feeling, creating. And finally, staying focused on our thoughts allows us to improve the quality of our intentions and purposes and thus improve the quality of our manifestations.

Q: What does the science of all this say?

A: Both Psychology and Medicine, at present, have demonstrated more than enough that the regular practice of meditation favors physical relaxation, the reduction of stress with which life is usually faced, increases the attention and intuitive capacity of the brain, the good performance of memory, the development of creativity, the release of negative emotions such as anger, anguish, fear and the increase of the power of positive emotions such as joy, tolerance, respect also favoring the establishment of more functional and lasting links. The habit of conscious self-observation (another name with which we can call the art of meditation) leads the individual to discover and transform with greater ease the own limiting or negative habits of his mind and ignite the natural current for adaptive intelligence, to wisdom in the face of challenges and for transpersonal sensitivity towards a humanitarian service in pursuit of harmony and planetary good. In this way, sustained meditation as a disciplined practice, being a bridge as we said at the beginning, helps us to turn ourselves into profit bridges, first for ourselves and immediately for others from the performance of our own strength interior and the abundant reserve of our essence of Love.

In short, learning to meditate is learning to remain present in the present moment and training in the good use of the power we have to create health, longevity and a better way of living for the good of all.

Q: Would you like to add something else for today?

A: Give them two beautiful thoughts that I consider very positive for everyday training, with the deep desire that they begin to enjoy promptly all the benefits of the wonderful meditative art:

“I join the forces of Heaven

to FLOW happily in faithful compliance

of the Divine Love Plan for everyone on Earth.

Thank you. It is done. ”

“I OPEN ALL MY SENSES TO MY SUPERIOR MIND. THE JOY OF THE INFINITY RISES ME AND I TRANSFORM IN NEW WAYS TO BE, THINK AND SEE. THANKS BECAUSE THAT IS IT!

NAMASTÉ!
