"Pain that does not relieve with tears can cause other organs to cry."

Francis J. Braceland

The cause of your physical pain is you.

Yes you . Not the environment in which you develop, not your genetics or your parents, or your totally unbalanced diet. Everything that manifests in your body comes from vibrations that occur within you, and that favor the improvement or deterioration in your health. The emotions we feel are determining our biochemical, cellular processes and all our psychological states throughout our lives. It is what we call emotional illnesses reflected in the body .

In other words, the cause of the disease is not something visible and physical. Our perspective on life and how we feel about it may be the most relevant determinant of all.

For centuries, healers have talked about the connection that is established between our body and our mind . And recently, science has begun to recognize the powerful symbiosis that occurs with our health and our feelings.

It has been discovered that our emotions and our behavior patterns can contribute to these emotional illnesses reflected in the body. And therapies such as hypnosis, visualization, meditation, Yoga and biodecoding have begun to gain ground again in terms of health promotion.

The beliefs you have about yourself and the world, your memories and habits can influence your mental and physical health.

Our body and emotional luggage

We all have a history of certain things that have happened to us and that have been important emotionally . We carry it with us as the traveler loads their luggage and we carry it with us at all times.

This history is made up of painful memories of your childhood, feelings of loss, the breakdown of a relationship or any traumatic situation in our life.

Who has not felt rejection, betrayal, failure, shame, guilt, anguish?

Many times we believe that this history can be denied, that we can avoid feeling pain and not losing any light and joy in our lives. But it is not pain that hurts us the most . It is this resistance to pain that exhausts us . We run away from pain, we ignore it, we try to bury it and we fight against it.

In the end we lose more energy storing that pain than confronting it. The tension and effort to keep that emotional baggage closed eventually begins to be translated into our whole being.

This happens because our nervous, endocrine and immune systems share the same chemical language, which allows continuous communication between our mind and our body .

Emotional diseases

Emotions such as anger, fear, guilt, anxiety, sadness, resentment, jealousy, depression and stress can manifest themselves by unbalancing the body's balance. And each of these emotions act in different parts of the body . For example, a connection between fear and digestive problems, or tension and headaches has been noted.

Scientists have created a map of emotions to determine which areas of the body are activated when people feel different emotions. That has favored the study of these emotional diseases.

Stagnant or repressed emotions seem to be the main causes of damage to our physical health. Studies have shown that people who repress their emotions tend to favor imbalances in cortisol hormone, which is the main stress hormone.

Over time, chronic stress can change the way our body functions at an immunological and hormonal level. In that way, it contributes to the development and progress of cardiovascular diseases and cancer.

Now this also has a counterpart.

And is that if we learn to control stress, we can ensure better well-being and development by avoiding the emotional diseases reflected in the body.

Thought Patterns

Due to this connection between our mind and our body, the way we feel and think contribute to a certain physical development . Therefore, we can choose to explore and face those painful emotions to avoid a state of anxiety, depression and anger being established in our lives.

We must remember that pain is a combination of the physical sensation we experience, the emotion we feel and the meaning we give to that sum.

We can then reduce the suffering of emotional illnesses if we learn to give our whole experience a different meaning, and from there modify our feeling towards it.

They have never taught us the importance of the power of our thoughts . So we have never been in control of them. That way, when something negative enters our life, we don't realize the connection that is established between the vibration of our thinking and the effect it has on us. Inspiring thoughts allow us to raise our awareness and attention, bad thoughts have the ability to drag us to the bottom.

Each part of our body vibrates at a specific frequency . Thoughts that are not in harmony with our body, cause impedance . All our organs, our tissues, membranes, glands, cells vibrate at a frequency that is that of a healthy body . Positive, inspiring and generous thoughts are in harmony with those physical vibrations and help keep the body in perfect health. With the circulation of blood throughout our body and digestion working perfectly, the body can easily eliminate toxins and wastes that occur in it.

Healing emotional diseases

To heal these emotional diseases reflected in the body requires a combination of physical, spiritual and emotional practices .

There are many activities that can help us process our emotions and develop a state of inner peace and physical well-being.

To avoid the production of toxic emotions, you must remain present and conscious . Paying attention allows you to identify emotions as they wake up, then process them and choose how to react. An effective way to express and get your feelings out is to talk about them . This can be done with a trusted friend or therapist, or on paper by keeping a diary.

Meditation is another valuable practical tool that involves our mind and our body, and that allows us to learn to be more present and focused. A regular practice of meditation is very effective in helping our body generate more benevolent emotional responses.

Other techniques that may be helpful are Yoga, Pranayama or any conscious breathing exercise, Tai Chi and hypnotherapy.

All of these can be valuable tools to increase our body awareness and its biological processes, such as heartbeat and breathing patterns.

Unity and Harmony

For each effect there is a cause, and when there is enough intention and energy put into health, love and respect for ourselves, others and nature, we can generate a better world and a meritorious life for all the inhabitants of the Earth .

You must start with yourself, and the search for who you are and why you are here experiencing this life. There are no matches .

You are the designer of your life, so you must take responsibility for your wonderful creation.

If you want to modify your experience, modify the message you are sending to the universe, and see how he responds to you.
