The creation of light mandalas on the surface of planet earth and especially on cities, following the same matrix is part of a White Brotherhood project; presented to the surface beings by representatives of the intra-earth city of the Pyrenees called Pirenaica dhalsivia.
Light mandalas are currently being carried out in more than 10 cities in Spain and are being extended to other countries.
