Free will and permission

Take a deep breath several times and then imagine that in your hands you hold a box, it can be a small or large box. Inside the box is the cause of your pain and suffering, which can also be seen as the energy you currently have that prevents you from receiving the healing you desire . When you are ready, you can open the box and observe everything that is inside it. You can feel or see a symbol, an energy, an emotion, a memory, a vision, a word, really anything. Try to observe or understand the message or what you are holding . Recognize if there is any action required. Through the realization, the energy will probably dissolve; However, if you do not, give your permission for your entire being to be released forever and put aside what you have done and discovered.
