CHAPTER III
THE WORK OF THE HIERARCHY
Although the theme of the hidden Hierarchy of the planet arouses an enormous and deep interest in the common man, its true significance, however, will not be understood until three things are recognized on the subject. First, that the entire Hierarchy of spiritual beings represents a synthesis of forces or energies, consciously managed to carry out planetary evolution. This will be more evident as we move forward. Second, these forces manifested in our planetary system, by means of the great Personalities that make up the Hierarchy, link the system and all that it contains, with the superior Hierarchy called solar. Our Hierarchy is a miniature replica of the major synthesis of these self-conscious Entities, which manipulate and control the Sun and manifest through it and the seven sacred planets, and also other major and minor planets, which make up our solar system. . Third, this hierarchy of forces has four predominant lines of action, which are:
Develop self-awareness in all Beings.
The Hierarchy tries to provide the adequate conditions to develop self-consciousness in all beings, realizing it first in man, through the initial work of merging the three higher aspects of the spirit with the lower four; by example in service, in sacrifice and in renunciation, and by the constant stream of light (esoterically understood) that emanates from it. The Hierarchy could be considered as the set of forces of the fifth kingdom of nature on our planet. This kingdom is achieved through the full development and control of the fifth principle or mind, and its transmutation into wisdom, which literally consists in applying intelligence to all states of being, through the fully conscious use of the discriminating faculty of love.
Develop Consciousness in the three Lower Realms.
As is well known, the five kingdoms of nature in the evolutionary arc can be defined as follows: mineral, plant, animal, human and spiritual. These kingdoms involve some kind of consciousness, and the job of the Hierarchy is to develop these types to perfection, through the exhaustion of karma, the action of force and the provision of the right conditions. We will get an idea of this task if we make a brief summary of the different aspects of consciousness to develop in the different realms.
In the mineral kingdom, the work of the Hierarchy is dedicated to developing discriminatory and selective activity. One of the characteristics of the subject is to develop a type of activity, and as soon as that activity is directed to the construction of forms, even the most rudimentary, the power to discriminate is manifested. This is recognized by scientists everywhere and, in doing so, they approach the discoveries of Divine Wisdom.
In the vegetable kingdom, to this power to discriminate is added the one to respond to the sensation, being noticed the elementary condition of the second aspect of the divinity, just as in the mineral kingdom a similar rudimentary reflection is observed, of the third aspect of activity.
In the animal kingdom, rudimentary activities are increased, and symptoms (if it can be said so) of the first aspect, or embryonic purpose and will, are found. We could call it hereditary instinct, but it really acts as the purpose of nature.
With great wisdom HP Blavatsky said that man is the macrocosm for the three lower realms, because in him these three lines of development are synthesized and reach their full fruition. In truth and in fact, it is active intelligence and wonderfully manifested. It is incipient love and wisdom, although they are no more than the goal of their efforts; He possesses that embryonic, dynamic, initiating will, which will reach its full development after having entered the fifth kingdom.
In the fifth kingdom the conscience to develop is that of the group, and it manifests itself in the full flowering of the love-wisdom faculty. Man does nothing more than repeat, in a higher turn of the spiral, the task of the three lower realms, for in the human kingdom he manifests the third aspect of active intelligence. In the fifth kingdom, in which you enter the first initiation, which covers the entire period of time during which man receives the first five initiations and acts as Master and part of the Hierarch a, the love- sabidur ao second aspect comes to its consummation. In the sixth and seventh initiations, the first aspect or will shines, and after being a Master of Compassion and Lord of Love, the adept transforms into something else. Penetrates a conscience superior to the group, the Consciousness of God, and becomes aware of God. Then he comes into possession of the great will or purpose of the Logos.
Fostering the various attributes of divinity, cultivating the seed of self-consciousness in all beings, is the work of the Entities that have been realized, have entered the fifth kingdom and have taken there the great decision and inconceivable renunciation. To remain in the planetary system, to cooperate with the plans of the planetary Logos in the physical plane.
Transmit the Will of the Planetary Logos.
The Hierarchy transmits to men and devas or angels, the will of the planetary Logos and through it, that of the solar Logos. Every planetary system, ours as the others, is a center in the body of the Logos, and manifests some kind of energy or force. Each center expresses a special type of force that is evidenced in triple form, and thus universally produces all three aspects of the manifestation. One of the great knowledge acquired by those who enter the fifth kingdom is that of the particular type of force that incorporates our planetary Logos. The intelligent student must reflect on this statement, as it contains the key to many facts currently observed in the world. The secret of synthesis has been lost, and only when men return to the knowledge they had in the skies before them (fortunately removed in the Atlantean days) about the type of energy Because our system must manifest today, human problems will resolve themselves and the rhythm of the world will stabilize. This will not happen yet because such knowledge is dangerous, and at present the race has no group conscience and, therefore, cannot be trusted to work, think, project and act. for the group Man is still too selfish, although this is not a source of discouragement. Group consciousness is already more than a vision, while brotherhood and recognition of its obligations begin to penetrate the consciousness of men. Such is the work of the Hierarchy of Light, to demonstrate to men the true meaning of the brotherhood and to foster in them the response to that ideal, latent in each and every one.
Set the example for humanity.
The fourth point that men must know and understand as a fundamental reality, is that this Hierarchy is composed of those who have triumphed over matter and have reached the goal by the same path that individuals follow today. These spiritual personalities, adepts and Masters, have fought and struggled to obtain victory and control on the physical plane, and have faced with miasmas, mists, dangers, difficulties, anguishes and pains of daily life. They have trampled every step of the path of suffering, they have gone through all experiences, they have overcome all difficulties and they have triumphed. These Elder Brothers of the Race have suffered the crucifixion of the personal self and know of the total resignation of the aspirant. There is no phase of agony, no consummate sacrifice, no Via Dolorosa through which they have not passed, and in this lies His right to serve and the power of His demand. Knowing the quintessence of pain, the depth of sin and suffering, His methods can be exactly suited to individual needs; but at the same time his understanding that liberation will be obtained through pain, punishment and suffering, and his grasp that liberation is obtained through the sacrifice of form, through purifying fires, is enough to provide them with a firm support and the ability to persist, even when the apparent form has suffered enough, and the love that triumphs over all obstacles, is founded on patience and experience. These Elder Brothers of humanity are characterized by an enduring love, which always acts for the good of the group; by a knowledge acquired in the course of thousands of lives, during which they made their way from the bottom of life and evolution, to almost reach the top; for an experience based on time itself and a multiplicity of reactions and personality interactions; for a courage, the result of that experience, that having been the product of times of failed efforts and renewed efforts that ultimately led to triumph, can now be placed at the service of the race; for an enlightened, intelligent and cooperative purpose, adjusted to the group and the hierarchical Plan and adapted to the purpose of the planetary Logos; Finally, they are characterized by their knowledge of the power of sound. The latter is the basis of the aphorism according to which true esotericists are distinguished by the characteristic of knowledge, dynamic will, courage and silence: "knowing, wanting, daring and silence." Knowing the plan well and having a clear and bright vision, you can apply His will, firmly and indesviably, to the work of creation through the power of sound. This leads them to silence where the common man speaks, and to speak where the common man is silent.
When men understand the four facts listed and have established them as truths in the conscience of the race, we can then expect the return of heaven of peace, rest and righteousness, predicted in all the writings of the world. Then the Sun of Righteousness will arise bringing healing on its wings, and peace, beyond all comprehension, will reign in the hearts of men.
When dealing with the issue of the work of the hidden Hierarchy, in a book dedicated to the public, much will remain unsaid. The common man feels interest and his curiosity wakes up when talking about these Personalities, because he is only prepared for more general information. Those of curiosity pass to desire and try to know the truth as it is, will get more information when they themselves have done the necessary work and study. Research is desirable, and the mental attitude that is expected to wake up this book can be summed up in the following words: These statements seem interesting and may be true. The religions of all countries, including the Christian one, give indications that apparently corroborate these ideas. Let us accept them as active hypotheses, regarding the consummation of the evolutionary process of man and his performance to achieve perfection. Let's look for the truth as a fact in our own conscience. All religious faith exposes the belief that those who seek with fervor find what they are looking for, therefore, let us seek. If in our investigation we prove that these statements are nothing more than visionary dreams, without any benefit, that lead us only to darkness, we will not have wasted our time, since we will know where we should not look. On the other hand, if our investigation gradually leads us to corroboration, and the light shines more and more clearly, let us persist until the day dawns and the light that shines in the darkness illuminates the heart and the brain, then the seeker it will awaken to the understanding that all evolution tends to grant this expansion of consciousness and this enlightenment, and that the achievement of the initiatory process and the entry into the fifth kingdom are not a chimera or fantasy, but an established reality in consciousness. Everyone must make sure for himself. Those who know, can ensure that a thing is or is not like that, and the affirmation or the enunciation of a theory by another person, does not give the investigator more than a confirmatory indication. Each soul must ascertain for itself and discover in itself what it seeks, always keeping in mind that the kingdom of God is internal and that facts known as truths, within the individual conscience, are of value. In the meantime, what many know and have proven in themselves as incontrovertible truths can be exposed here, and the intelligent reader will be presented with the opportunity and responsibility to ascertain for himself of his truth or falsehood.
CHAPTER IV
THE FOUNDATION OF THE HIERARCHY
His Appearance on the Planet.
This book is not about talking about the steps that led to the founding of the Hierarchy on the planet, nor considering the conditions that preceded the advent of those great Beings. This can be studied in other Western esoteric books and in the Eastern Scriptures. For our purpose it will be sufficient to say that in the middle of the Lemurian era, approximately eighteen million years ago, a great event occurred that brought, among other things, the following developments: The planetary Logos of the Earth scheme, one of the Seven Spirits before the Throne, physically embodied and in the form of Sanat Kumara, the Ancient of Days and Lord of the World, descended to this dense physical planet since then remaining with us. Due to the maximum purity of his nature, and the fact that from the angle of humanity he is free from sin and, therefore, unable to respond to anything on the physical plane, he could not adopt a dense physical body like ours, and must act in His etheric body. It is the greatest of the Avatars or "of the Coming", because it is a direct reflection of the Great Entity that lives, breathes and acts through all the evolutions of this planet, keeping everything within His aura or magnetic sphere of influence . In Him we live, move and have our being, and no one can go beyond the radius of His aura. It is the Great Sacrifice, which abandoned the glory of the high places, and for the sake of the children of the evolving men, He himself took physical form, and was made in the likeness of man. He is the Silent Observer, as far as our humanity is concerned, although literally, the Planetary Logos Himself, at the higher levels of consciousness in which it acts, is the true Silent Observer as far as the planetary scheme is concerned. It could be said that the Lord of the World, Initiator One, occupies the same place, in connection with the planetary Logos, as the physical manifestation of a Master in relation to that Master's monad on the monadic plane. In both cases the intermediate state of consciousness, that of the ego or higher self, has been replaced, and what we see and know is the direct self-created manifestation of the pure spirit. Here is the sacrifice. It should be remembered that, in the case of Sanat Kumara, there is a huge difference in degree, since His stage of evolution is more advanced than that of an adept, as is the adept in relation to animal man. This will be expanded in the next chapter.
Together with the Ancient of Days came a group of other highly evolved Entities, which represent His own individual karmic group and Those Beings that are the result of the triple nature of the planetary Logos. It could be said that they embody the forces that emanate from the coronary, cardiac and laryngeal centers. They arrived with Sanat Kumara in order to constitute focal points of planetary force and help in the great plan for the self-conscious development of all life. Their places have been gradually occupied by the sons of men, as they have been trained for it, although there are very few so far in our immediate terrestrial humanity. Those who form the internal group that surrounds the Lord of the World, were extracted mainly from the ranks of those who were initiated into the lunar chain (the evolution cycle that preceded ours), or entered certain solar energy currents, astrologically determined from other planetary systems; although the number of those who succeed in our humanity increases rapidly and holds the subordinate positions of the central esoteric group of Six, which, with the Lord of the World, constitute the heart of the hierarchical effort.
The immediate effect
The result of His advent, millions of years ago, was great, and its effects are still noticeable, which can be listed as follows: The planetary Logos, on His own plane, was allowed to adopt a more direct method, in order to achieve the results He wanted to develop His plan. As is well known, the planetary scheme, with its dense globe and its subtle inner balloons, is for the planetary Logos what the physical body and its subtle bodies are for man. Hence, as an illustration, it can be said that the incarnation of Sanat Kumara was a fact analogous to the firm self-conscious control that the ego of a human being exercises over its vehicles, when the necessary stage of evolution is achieved. It has been said that in the head of every man there are seven centers of force linked to the other centers of the body, through which the force of the ego spreads and circulates, thus developing the plan. Sanat Kumara, together with the other six Kumaras, maintains a similar position. These seven principal ones constitute for him what the seven centers of the head for the whole body. They are the guiding agents and transmitters of energy, strength, purpose and will of the planetary Logos, on their own plane. This planetary coronary center acts directly through the heart and laryngeal centers and, therefore, controls the remaining centers. This is a kind of illustration and the attempt to demonstrate the relationship of the Hierarchy with its planetary source, as well as the close analogy between the method of action n of a planetary Logos and man, the microcosm.
The third kingdom of nature, the animal kingdom, had reached a relatively high degree of evolution, and the animal man was in possession of the earth; He was a being with a powerful physical body, a coordinated astral body of sensation and feeling, and a rudimentary germ of mind, which could somehow constitute the n Core of a mental body. Abandoned at their own expense for long eons, the animal man would eventually have progressed from the animal to the human kingdom, and become a self-conscious, active and rational entity, but the slowness of the process is evidenced when studying the Bushmen of South Africa, the Veils of Ceylon and the hirsute ainos of Japan.
The decision of the planetary Logos to take a physical body, stimulated extraordinarily the evolutionary process and, by His incarnation and the methods he used to distribute the forces, produced, in a brief sky, what would otherwise have been inconceivably slow. The germ of the mind in the animal man was stimulated. The fourfold lower man,
to. the physical body, in its dual, ethereal and dense capacity,
b. vitality, vital force or prana,
C. the astral or emotional body,
d. the budding germ of the mind,
it was coordinated and stimulated, and it became an appropriate receptacle for the entrance of self-conscious entities, those spiritual triad (reflection of the will, intuition or wisdom) to spiritual and higher minds) who had waited precisely for that adaptation for long ages. The human kingdom or fourth kingdom, came into existence, and the self-conscious or rational unity, man, began his career.
Another consequence of the advent of the Hierarchy consisted of a similar development, although less known, in all the kingdoms of nature. In the mineral kingdom, for example, some of the minerals or elements received an additional stimulus and became radioactive, and a mysterious chemical change took place in the plant kingdom. This facilitated the passage of the vegetable kingdom to the animal, as well as the radioactivity of the minerals facilitated the passage of the mineral kingdom to the vegetable. In due course, the men of science will recognize that all the kingdoms of nature unite and interpenetrate when the units of those kingdoms are radioactive. But it is not necessary to ramble in this regard. It is enough an indication for those who have eyes to see, and intuition to understand the meaning of the terms, limited by a purely material connotation.
On the days of Lemuria, after the great descent of the spiritual Existence to the earth, the work they projected was systematized. Functions were distributed, and evolutionary processes in all sectors of nature, were left under the wise and conscious guidance of this initial Brotherhood. This Hierarchy of Brothers of the Light exists today, and the work continues constantly. All have physical existence, be they physical physical bodies, as many of the Masters do, or ethereal bodies, such as those used by the most auxiliary surpluses and the Lord of the World. It is necessary for men to remember that they have physical existence, and they must also bear in mind that they live with us on this planet controlling their destiny, guiding their affairs and leading all their evolutions towards perfection. final.
The Headquarters of this Hierarchy is in Shamballa, a center in the Gobi desert, called in the old books Isla Blan ca . It exists in ethereal matter, and when the race of men has developed the ethereal vision on Earth, its location will be known and its reality will be accepted. This vision is rapidly developing, as can be seen in the newspapers and in the current literature, but the location of Shamballa will be the last of the sacred etheric places that will be revealed, since its matter is of the second ether. Several Masters who have physical bodies live in the Himalayas in a secluded place called Shigatsé, far from the ways of men; but most of them are scattered throughout the world, and they live incognito, and strangers in different places and in different nations, although each one in His own place constitutes a focal point for the energy of the Lord of the World, proving to be in His environment atmosphere, a distributor of the love and wisdom of Deity.
The opening of the Portal of Initiation.
It is not possible to refer to the history of the Hierarchy, during the long periods of its work, without mentioning some outstanding events of the past and without pointing out certain eventualities. During times, after its immediate foundation, the work was slow and daunting. Thousands of years passed and human races appeared and disappeared from the earth, before it was possible to delegate, at least the work done by the first-degree initiates, to the children of evolving men. But in the middle of the course of the fourth root race, the Atlantean, an event that necessitated a change or innovation in the hierarchical method took place. Some of its members were assigned to superior work in another part of the solar system, and this necessarily led to the entry, in large numbers, of highly evolved units of the human family. In order to allow others to take His place, the minor members of the Hierarchy were promoted, creating vacancies in such positions. Therefore, three things were decided in the Chamber of the Lord of the World Council:
1. Close the door where animal men passed into the human kingdom, not allowing the monads of the upper planes to take shape for a while. Due to the limitations of then, the number of units of the fourth kingdom or human kingdom was restricted.
2. Open another door to those members of the human family who were willing to submit to the necessary discipline and make the great effort required, and allow them to enter the fifth or spiritual realm. In this way, the ranks of the Hierarchy could be filled with members of the terrestrial humanity, trained for it. This door is called the Portal of Initiation, and it still remains open with the same clauses that the Lord of the World will set in the Atlantean days. These clauses will be exposed in the last chapter of this book. The door that exists between the human and animal kingdoms will be reopened during the next great cycle or "round", as stated in some books; but as there are still several million years, we will not take care of it for the moment.
3. Draw a well-defined line of demarcation between the two forces, that of matter and that of spirit. The inherent duality of all manifestations was emphasized, in order to teach men to free themselves from the limitations of the fourth or human kingdom, and thus move on to the fifth or spiritual kingdom. The problem of good and evil, light and darkness, right and wrong, was stated only for the benefit of humanity, to allow men to break with the chains that imprisoned the spirit, thus achieving spiritual liberation. This problem does not exist in the realms inferior to that of man, nor for those who have transcended the human. Man must learn, through experience and pain, the reality of the duality of all existence. Having learned it, choose what concerns the spirit aspect fully aware of divinity, and also focus on that aspect. Upon attaining liberation, he truly realizes that everything is one, that spirit and matter are a unity and that there is only what is found in the consciousness of the planetary Logos, and in wider circles, in the consciousness of the Logos solar.
The Hierarchy thus took advantage of the discriminating faculty of the mind, a quality that characterizes humanity, so that man, by balancing the pairs of opposites, reaches his goal and finds his way back to the source of origin.
This decision led to the great struggle, characteristic of the Atlantean civilization, which culminated in the destruction, the flood to which all the Scriptures of the world refer. The forces of light and the forces of darkness clashed, and this was done to help humanity. The struggle still persists, and the last world war was a resurgence of it. On each side there were two groups: those who fought for a particular ideal, as they saw it and believed it was the highest, and those who did so to obtain material and selfish advantages. In the struggle between influential idealists or materialists, many were dragged and fought blindly and ignorantly and, consequently, were struck down by disaster and racial karma.
These three decisions of the Hierarchy, have and will have a profound effect on humanity, but the desired results are being obtained, since a greater acceleration of the evolutionary process and a profoundly important effect on the mind aspect of man can already be observed.
It should be noted here that, acting as members of the Hierarchy, there are large numbers of beings called angels by Christians and devas by Orientals. Many of them have long gone through the human stage and now act in the ranks of the great evolution, called devic evolution, parallel to the human. This evolution includes, among other factors, the builders of the target planet and the forces that produce, through these builders, all known and unknown forms. The devas who collaborate in the hierarchical effort are therefore concerned with the form aspect, while the other members of the Hierarchy are concerned with the development of consciousness within the form.
CHAPTER V
THE THREE DEPARTMENTS OF THE HIERARCHY
We have already dealt with the theme of the founding of the Hierarchy of the Earth, we saw how it came into existence, and we deal with certain crises that still affect current events. When dealing with the work and objectives of the members of the Hierarchy, it is not possible to say what they have been, nor to consider in detail who were the active characters during the past millennia, since the Hierarchy came into existence.
Many great Beings, of planetary and solar origin, and sometimes from cosmic sources, provided His help at certain times and resided briefly on our planet. By the energy that flowed through Them and by His profound wisdom and experience, they stimulated earthly evolution and contributed greatly to the realization of the purposes of the planetary Logos. Then they followed His way, and His places were occupied by those members of the Hierarchy who were willing to undergo specific training and an expansion of consciousness. Mucho de lo que aquí se dice es bien conocido y fue expuesto en diferentes libros esotéricos. Sin embargo, en la sabia y cuidadosa enunciación de los hechos recopilados y su correlación con lo que podría ser nuevo para algunos estudiantes, llega la eventual captación sintética del gran plan y la comprensión inteligente y uniforme del trabajo de ese gran grupo de almas liberadas que, con absoluta autoabnegación, permanece silenciosamente detrás del panorama mundial. Por el poder de Su voluntad, la fuerza de Sus meditaciones, la sabiduría de Sus planes y Su conocimiento científico de la energía, dirigen las corrientes de fuerza y controlan a esos agentes constructores de la forma que producen lo visible y lo invisible, lo activo y lo inactivo, en la esfera de la creación en los tres mundos. Esto, unido a su vasta experiencia, los capacita para ser agentes distribuidores de la energía del Logos planetario.
Como ya se ha afirmado, a la cabeza de todas las actividades, controlando cada unidad y dirigiendo toda evolución, se halla el REY, el Señor del Mundo, Sanat Kumara, el Joven de los Eternos Veranos, y el Manantial de la Voluntad (demostrándose como Amor) del Logos planetario. Colaborando con Él y como Sus consejeros, hay tres Personajes llamadas Pratyeka Budas, o Budas de Actividad. Estos cuatro Seres encarnan la voluntad activa, amorosa e inteligente. Son el pleno florecimiento de la inteligencia, habiendo logrado en un sistema solar anterior lo que el hombre está ahora tratando de perfeccionar. En anteriores ciclos de este sistema, Ellos comenzaron a demostrar amor inteligente y, desde el punto de vista del hombre, el ser humano común, son el amor e inteligencia perfectos, aunque desde el punto de vista de esa Existencia que en Su cuerpo de manifestación abarca también nuestro sistema planetario, ese aspecto amor se halla aún en proceso de desarrollo y la voluntad es sólo embrionaria. Será otro el sistema solar que verá fructificar el aspecto voluntad, así como el amor madurará en el nuestro.
En torno al Señor del Mundo, pero separados y ocultos, hay otros tres Kumaras, que completan los siete de la manifestación planetaria.
Su trabajo es necesariamente incomprensible para nosotros. Los tres Budas exotéricos o Kumaras, son la totalidad de la actividad o energía planetaria, y los tres Kumaras esotéricos encarnan tipos de energía que no están en plena manifestaci n en nuestro planeta. Cada uno de estos seis Kurnaras es un reflejo y un agente distribuidor de la energ ay fuerza de uno de los otros seis Logos planetarios, los restantes seis esp ritus ante el Trono. En este esquema s lo Sanat Kumara se sostiene y se basta a S Mismo, porque es la encarnaci nf sica de uno de los Logos plane tarios, pero no puede ser revelado cu l de ellos, por ser uno de los secretos de la iniciaci n. A trav s de cada uno de Ellos pasa la fuerza vital de uno de los seis rayos, y al considerarlos se po dr a resumir Su trabajo y posici n de la manera siguiente:
1. Cada uno encarna uno de los seis tipos de energ a, sien do el Se or del Mundo el que sintetiza y encarna el per fecto s ptimo tipo, nuestro tipo planetario.
2. Cada uno se caracteriza por uno de los seis colores, y el Se or del Mundo manifiesta el pleno color planetario, siendo stos tambi n los seis subsidiarios.
3. Por lo tanto, Su trabajo no s lo consiste en distribuir la fuerza, concierne a la entrada de los egos que buscan ex periencia terrestre en nuestro esquema y que vienen de otros esquemas planetarios.
4. Cada uno de Ellos est en comunicaci n directa con uno de los planetas sagrados.
5. De acuerdo a las condiciones astrol gicas y al giro de la rueda planetaria de la vida, as estar activo uno de es tos Kumaras. Los tres Budas de actividad cambian de vez en cuando y se trasforman a su vez en exot ricos o esot ricos, seg n sea el caso. nicamente el Rey per manece constante y alerta en activa encarnaci nf sica.
Adem s de estos personajes principales que presiden la C mara del Concilio de Shamballa, existe un grupo de cuatro Seres que representan en el planeta los cuatro Maharaj es, o los cuatro Se ores del Karma en el sistema solar, y se ocupan espec ficamente de la evoluci n del reino humano en la actualidad. Estos cuatro Seres tienen relaci n con:La distribuci n del karma o destino humano, en lo que afecta a los individuos y, a trav s de los individuos, a los grupos.
1. El cuidado y clasificaci n de los archivos ak sicos. stos se ocupan de la Sala de los Archivos o de las anotacio nes en los libros, seg n se dice en la Biblia cristiana. En el mundo cristiano son conocidos como los ngeles registradores.
2. La participaci n en los concilios solares. S lo Ellos tie nen derecho, durante el cielo mundial, a pasar mas all de la periferia del esquema planetario y participar en los concilios del Logos solar. Debido a esto, son literal mente mediadores planetarios, que representan a nuestro Logos planetario ya todo aquello que. Le concierne en el esquema mayor, del cual l es s lo una parte.
Cooperando con los Se ores del Karma hay grandes grupos de iniciados y devas que se ocupan del correcto reajuste de
- el karma mundial,
- el karma racial,
- el karma nacional,
- el karma grupal,
- el karma individual,
y son responsables ante el Logos planetario de la correcta manipu laci nd esas fuerzas y son agentes constructores que traen a los egos de los distintos rayos, en los momentos y temporadas exactos.
Poco tenemos que ver con todos estos grupos, porque s lo los iniciados de tercera iniciaci ny los de rango a nm s excelso, en tran en contacto con ellos.
Los otros miembros de la Jerarqu a se dividen en tres grupos principales y cuatro subsidiarios; cada uno, como se observar en el diagrama que aparece en la p gina 51, est precedido por uno de los que denominamos los tres Grandes Se ores.
El Trabajo del Manu.
El Manu preside el primer grupo. Se Lo llama Vaivasvata Manu, y es el Manu de la quinta raza raíz. Es el hombre ideal o pensador, y determina el tipo de nuestra raza aria, habiendo presidido sus destinos desde su comienzo, hace casi cien mil años. Otros aparecieron y desaparecieron, y Su lugar será ocupado por algún otro, en un futuro relativamente cercano. Entonces pasará a realizar un trabajo de mayor excelsitud. El Manu o prototipo de la cuarta raza raíz, trabaja en íntima relación con Él, y su centro de influencia se halla en China. Es el segundo Manu que ha tenido la cuarta raza raíz, y ha ocupado el lugar del anterior, durante las etapas finales de la destrucción de la Atlántida. Ha permanecido para fomentar el desarrollo del tipo racial y provocar su desaparición final. Los períodos de actuación de los diversos Manus se superponen; actualmente no queda en el globo ningún representante de la tercera raza raíz. El Vaivasvata Manu reside en los Himalayas y ha reunido a Su alrededor, en Shigatsé, a algunos de los que están relacionados directamente con las cuestiones arias en la India, Europa y América, ya aquellos que más tarde se ocuparán de la futura sexta raza raíz. Los planes se preparan para épocas futuras; se constituyen centros de energía, miles de años antes que sean necesarios, y por la sabia previsión de estos Hombres Divinos, nada se deja al azar, sino que todo se mueve en cielos ordenados y bajo regla y ley, aunque dentro de limitaciones kármicas.
El trabajo del Manu concierne en gran parte al gobierno, la política planetaria y el establecimiento, dirección y disolución. de tipos y formas raciales. A Él se le confía la voluntad y el propósito del Logos planetario. Sabe cuál es el objetivo inmediato para este ciclo de evolución que debe presidir, y Su trabajo consiste en hacer cumplir esa voluntad. Trabaja en más estrecha colaboración con los devas constructores, que con Su Hermano el Cristo, pues Su misión es establecer el tipo racial, segregar los grupos por los cuales se desarrollarán las razas, manipular las fuerzas que mueven la corteza terrestre, levantar y hundir continentes, dirigir la mente de los estadistas de todas partes, para que el gobierno racial proceda como es de desear y se logren las condiciones que proporcionarán el personal necesario para fomentar cualquier tipo racial particular. Ya se observa en América del Norte y en Australia un trabajo similar.
La energía que afluye a través de Él, emana del centro coronario del Logos planetario y Le llega a través del cerebro de Sanat Kurnara, que centraliza en Sí toda la energía planetaria. Actúa por medio de la meditación dinámica, llevada a cabo en el centro coronario, produciendo resultados por Su perfecta comprensión de lo que debe realizarse, por Su poder de visualizar lo que debe hacerse para lograr la realización, y por Su capacidad de trasmitir energía creadora y destructora a quienes son Sus ayudantes. Todo esto se realiza por el poder de la emisión del sonido.
El Trabajo del Instructor del Mundo, el Cristo.
El segundo grupo está presidido el Instructor del Mundo. Es ese gran Ser que los cristianos denominan Cristo. En Oriente es conocido como el Bodhisattva y el Señor Maitreya, y por los devotos mahometanos, como el Iman Madhi. Ha presidido los destinos de la vida desde el año 600 a. C.; es Quien apareció entre los hombres ya Quien se espera nuevamente. Es el gran Señor de Amor y Compasión, así como su predecesor, Buda, fue el Señor de Sabiduría. A través de Él fluye la energía del segundo aspecto que Le llega directamente desde el centro cardíaco del Logos planetario, a través del corazón de Sanat Kurnara. Actúa por la meditación centrada en el corazón. Es el Instructor del Mundo, el Maestro de Maestros y el Instructor de Ángeles, y se Le ha confiado la guía de los destinos espirituales de los hombres y el despertar del reconocimiento de que cada ser humano es una criatura de Dios y un hijo del Altísimo.
Así como el Manu se ocupa de proporcionar el tipo y las formas a través de las cuales la conciencia puede evolucionar y adquirir experiencia, haciendo posible la existencia en su sentido más profundo, así el Instructor del Mundo dirige esa conciencia inmanente en su aspecto vida o espíritu, tratando de energetizarla dentro de la forma, para ser ésta descartada a su debido tiempo, y el espíritu liberado volver a su origen. Desde que dejó la Tierra, como dice con relativa exactitud la Biblia (aunque con muchos errores en los detalles), siempre ha permanecido con los hijos de los hombres. Nunca nos ha abandonado, sino en apariencia, y quienes conocen el camino pueden hallarlo en cuerpo físico en los Himalayas, trabajando en íntima colaboración con Sus dos grandes Hermanos, el Manu y el Mahachohan. Diariamente imparte su bendición al mundo, y permanece todos los días bajo el gran pino de Su jardín, a la puesta del sol, con las manos en alto, bendiciendo a quienes tienen verdadera y fervorosa aspiración. Conoce a todos los buscadores, y aunque no tengan conciencia de Él, la luz que de Él afluye estimula sus deseos, fomenta la chispa de vida naciente y espolea al aspirante hasta el amanecer del gran día en que se enfrente con Aquel Que “al ser ascendido” ?entendido esotéricamente? atraerá hacia Sí a todos los hombres, como Iniciador de los sagrados misterios.
El Trabajo del Señor de la Civilización, el Mahachohan.
El Mahachohan encabeza el tercer grupo. Su autoridad sobre el mismo persiste durante un período más extenso que el de Sus dos Hermanos, y puede desempeñar Su cargo durante varias razas raíces. Es la totalidad del aspecto inteligencia. El actual Mahachohan no es el que originariamente ocupó el lugar al establecerse la Jerarquía en los días de Lemuria ? entonces era ocupado por uno de los Kumaras o Señores de la Llama que encarnaron con Sanat Kumara?; y el Mahachohan ocupó Su lugar en la segunda subraza de la raza raíz atlante. Había logrado el estado de adepto en la cadena lunar, y por medio de Su complementación, un gran número de seres humanos avanzados vinieron a la encarnación a mediados de la raza raíz atlante. La afiliación kármica con Él, fue una de las causas predisponentes que hicieron posible esta eventualidad.
Su trabajo es fomentar y fortalecer la relación entre espíritu y materia, vida y forma, yo y no?yo, cuyo resultado es lo que llamamos civilización. Maneja las fuerzas de la naturaleza, y es en gran parte la fuente emanante de energía eléctrica, tal como la conocemos. Por ser reflejo del tercer aspecto o creador, la energía del Logos planetario fluye hacia Él desde el centro laríngeo, y es Quien de muchas maneras hace posible el trabajo de Sus hermanos. Le presentan Sus planes y deseos y por Su intermedio llegan las instrucciones a un gran número de agentes dévicos.
Así tenemos Voluntad, Amor e Inteligencia, representados en estos tres Grandes Señores; tenemos el yo y el no?yo, y su relación sintetizada en la unidad de la manifestación; tenemos gobierno racial, religión y civilización, constituyendo un todo coherente, y la manifestación física, el aspecto amor o deseo, y la mente del Logos planetario, exteriorizándose en objetividad. Entre estas tres Personalidades existe la más íntima colaboración y unidad, y todo movimiento, plan y acontecimiento, tienen su existencia en Su previo conocimiento unido. Están en continuo contacto con el Señor del Mundo en Shamballa, y la dirección de todos los asuntos descansa en sus manos y en las del Manu de la cuarta raza raíz. El Instructor del Mundo ocupa Su lugar, en conexión con las razas raíces cuarta y quinta.
Cada uno de estos guías departamentales dirige cierto número de cargos subsidiarios, y el departamento del Mahachohan está dividido en cinco secciones, que abarcan los cuatro aspectos menores del gobierno jerárquico.
A las órdenes del Manu trabajan los regentes de las distintas divisiones del mundo, como por ejemplo, el Maestro Júpiter, regente de la India, el más antiguo de Los que trabajan ahora para la humanidad en cuerpo físico, y el Maestro Rakoczi, que es el regente de Europa y América. Debe recordarse que aunque el Maestro R., por ejemplo, pertenece al séptimo rayo y está sujeto al departamento de energía del Mahachohan, sin embargo, en el trabajo jerárquico puede desempeñar, y desempeña, temporariamente, el cargo bajo el Manu. Estos regentes, aunque desconocidos, tienen en Sus manos las riendas del gobierno de los continentes y las naciones, guiando así, aunque en forma desconocida, sus destinos, inspirando a estadistas y gobernantes; vierten energía mental en los grupos gobernantes, logrando los resultados deseados cuando encuentran colaboración e intuición receptiva entre los pensadores.
El Instructor del Mundo preside el destino de las grandes religiones, por medio de un grupo de Maestros e Iniciados que dirigen las actividades de las diferentes escuelas de pensamiento. A título de ilustración, el Maestro Jesús, inspirador y director de las Iglesias cristianas de todo el mundo, aunque es un adepto de sexto rayo en el departamento del Mahachohan, trabaja actualmente bajo el Cristo en bien de la cristiandad; otros Maestros ocupan puestos similares en relación con los grandes credos orientales y las diversas escuelas de pensamiento en Occidente:
En el departamento del Mahachohan, gran número de Maestros, en quíntuple división, trabaja con la evolución dévica, y el aspecto inteligencia del hombre, y corresponde a los cuatro rayos menores de atributo,
1. el rayo de armonía o belleza,
2. el rayo de ciencia concreta o conocimiento,
3. el rayo de devoción o idealismo abstracto,
4. el rayo de ley ceremonial o magia,
así como los tres guías de departamentos representan los tres rayos mayores de:
1. Voluntad o poder.
2. Amor o sabiduría.
3. Inteligencia activa o adaptabilidad.
Los cuatro rayos o atributos de la mente, con el tercer rayo de la inteligencia, están sintetizados por el Mahachohan y constituyen la totalidad del quinto principio de la mente a manas.
CAPÍTULO VI
LA LOGIA DE MAESTROS
Las Divisiones.
Hemos considerado parcialmente los cargos superiores en las filas de la Jerarquía de nuestro planeta. Ahora trataremos lo que se podría llamar las dos divisiones en que están distribuidos los miembros restantes. Forman, literalmente, dos Logias dentro de un conjunto mayor:
1. La Logia — constituida por iniciados que han pasado la quinta iniciación, y un grupo de devas o ángeles.
2. La Logia Azul, constituida por iniciados de la tercera, cuarta y quinta iniciaciones.
Inferior a éstos hay un gran grupo de iniciados de la primera y segunda iniciaciones y luego los discípulos de toda graduación. Los discípulos se consideran afiliados a la Logia, pero no miembros de la misma. Finalmente vienen los que están en probación y esperan ser afiliados, mediante arduos esfuerzos.
Desde otro punto de vista, podemos considerar que los miembros de la Logia forman siete grupos, representando cada uno de ellos un tipo de la séptuple energía planetaria que emana del Logos planetario. La triple división ha sido dada al principio, porque en la evolución tenemos siempre los tres mayores (que se manifiestan a través de los tres departamentos), y luego los siete que se presentan como una triple diferenciaci ny un septenario. Los estudiantes deben recordar que todo lo que aqu se imparte se refiere al trabajo de la Jerarqu a, en conexi n con el cuarto reino o humano, y especialmente a esos Maestros que trabajan con la humanidad. Si se tratara de la evoluci nd vica, la clasificaci ny divisi n ser an totalmente distintas.
Adem s, hay ciertos aspectos del trabajo jer rquico que afec tan, por ejemplo, al reino animal; este trabajo pone en actividad a seres, trabajadores y adeptos, totalmente diferentes de los servi dores del cuarto reino o reino humano. Por lo tanto, deben recor dar cuidadosamente que estos detalles son relativos, y que el tra bajo y el personal de la Jerarqu a son infinitamente m s grandes e importantes de lo que pueden parecer en una lectura superficial de estas p ginas. En verdad, se trata de lo que podr a ser consi derado como Su trabajo primario, pues al servir al reino humano nos ocupamos de la manifestaci n de los tres aspectos de la divi nidad, pero los dem s departamentos son interdependientes y el trabajo progresa como un todo sint tico.
Los trabajadores o adeptos, que se ocupan de la evoluci n de la familia humana, son sesenta y tres, si se tienen en cuenta los tres grandes Se ores, para llegar a formar los nueve veces siete, necesarios para el trabajo. De stos, cuarenta y nueve trabajan exot ricamente, si puede expresarse as, y catorce se ocupan m s esot ricamente de la manifestaci n subjetiva. Muy pocos de Sus nombres son conocidos por el p blico, y en muchos casos no ser a prudente revelar qui nes son, d nde viven y cu l es Su particular esfera de actividad. Una peque a minor a, debido al karma gru pal ya la disposici n de sacrificarse, en los ltimos cien a os han sido conocidos por el p blico, y en lo que a Ellos respecta puede darse cierta informaci n. En la actualidad muchas perso nas, independientemente de cualquier escuela de pensamiento, son conscientes de su existencia, y el reconocimiento de que aquellos a quienes conocen personalmente trabajan en un gran esquema de esfuerzo unificado, puede alentar a estos verdaderos conocedores y testimoniar su conocimiento y establecer as, m s all de toda controversia, la realidad de Su trabajo. Ciertas escuelas de ocul tismo y orientaci n teos fica han pretendido ser las nicas depo sitarias de Sus ense anzas y la nica exteriorizaci n de Sus es fuerzos, limitando, en consecuencia, lo que Ellos hacen y formu lando premisas que el tiempo y las circunstancias no corrobora r n. Trabajan ciertamente por medio de tales grupos de pensado res y ponen la mayor parte de sus fuerzas en la tarea de tales organizaciones; sin embargo, tienen Sus disc pulos y Sus adictos en todas partes, trabajando a trav s de muchos grupos y aspectos de la ense anza. En todo el mundo, los disc pulos de estos Maes tros han encarnado en esta poca con el nico fin de participar en las actividades, tareas y difusi n de la verdad de las distintas igle sias, ciencias y filosof as, produciendo as, dentro de la organiza ci n misma, una expansi n, una extensi ny la desintegraci n ne cesaria, que de otra forma resultar a imposible. Ser a conveniente que todo estudiante de esoterismo conociera estos hechos y culti vara la capacidad de reconocer la vibraci n jer rquica, tal como se manifiesta a trav s de los disc pulos, en los lugares y grupos m s inveros miles.
En lo que respecta al trabajo de los Maestros a trav s de sus disc pulos, deber a explicarse un punto, y es que las diversas es cuelas de pensamiento, fomentadas por la energ a de la Logia, son fundadas en cada caso por uno o varios disc pulos, y sobre ellos y no sobre el Maestro recae la responsabilidad de los resultados y el karma consiguiente. El procedimiento es m so menos el siguiente: El Maestro revela al disc pulo el objetivo que se pro pone realizar en un breve ciclo inmediato y le sugiere la conveniencia de tal o cual desarrollo. El trabajo del discípulo consiste en asegurarse el mejor método para obtener los resultados deseados, y en formular planes por medio de los cuales obtener cierto éxito. Entonces inicia sus proyectos, funda su sociedad u organización, y difunde la enseñanza necesaria. Sobre él recae la responsabilidad de elegir colaboradores apropiados, trasmitir el trabajo a los más capacitados y presentar debidamente la enseñanza. Todo lo que hace el Maestro es observar el esfuerzo con interés y simpatía; mientras tanto el discípulo mantiene su elevado ideal inicial y sigue su camino con puro altruismo.
El Maestro no es culpable si el discípulo muestra falta de discernimiento en la elección de colaboradores o evidencia incapacidad para representar la verdad. Si lo hace bien y el trabajo progresa, como es de desear, el Maestro continuará impartiendo Su bendición sobre el esfuerzo. Si fracasa y sus sucesores se apartan del impulso original, difundiendo así toda clase de errores, el Maestro, con amor y simpatía, omitirá esa bendición, retendrá Su energía y dejará de estimular aquello que es mejor que desaparezca. Las formas van y vienen y el interés del Maestro y Su bendición, fluirán a través de un canal u otro; el trabajo puede continuar por cualquier medio, pero siempre la fuerza de la vida persistirá, destruyendo la forma allí donde sea inadecuada o utilizándola cuando satisfaga la necesidad inmediata.
Algunos Maestros y su trabajo.
En el primer gran grupo del cual el Manu es el Guía, se hallan dos Maestros, el Maestro Júpiter y el Maestro Morya. Ambos han trascendido la quinta Iniciación, y el Maestro Júpiter, que además es Regente de la India, es considerado el más antiguo por toda la Logia de Maestros. Habita en las colinas de Nilgherry, en el sur de la India, y es uno de los Maestros que generalmente no aceptan discípulos, pues figuran entre éstos sólo iniciados de grado superior y un buen número de Maestros. En sus manos están las riendas del gobierno de la India, incluyendo gran parte de la frontera norte, y sobre Él recae la ardua tarea de guiar finalmente a este país, para que salga del presente caos e intranquilidad y sus diversos pueblos se fusionen en una síntesis final. El Maestro Morya, uno de los adeptos orientales más conocidos, reúne entre Sus discípulos a un gran número de europeos y americanos; es un príncipe Rajput, que durante muchas décadas ocupó una posición prominente en los asuntos de la India.
Actúa en estrecha colaboración con el Manu y oportunamente será el Manu de la sexta raza raíz. Vive, como Su Hermano KH, en Shigatsé, en los Himalayas, y es una figura muy conocida por los habitantes de esa lejana villa. Es un hombre alto y de presencia imponente, de cabello y barba negros y ojos oscuros, y Su aspecto podría considerarse severo, si no fuera por la expresión de Sus ojos. Él y Su Hermano, el Maestro KH, trabajan casi como una unidad, y así lo han hecho durante siglos y lo harán en el futuro, pues el Maestro KH está preparado para ocupar el puesto de Instructor del Mundo, cuando el actual titular lo deje para realizar un trabajo más elevado, y venga a la existencia la sexta raza raíz. Las casas que habitan están juntas, y gran parte del tiempo trabajan en estrecha asociación. Como el Maestro M. pertenece al primer rayo, el de la Voluntad y Poder, Su trabajo consiste en gran parte en llevar a cabo los planes del actual Manu. Actúa como inspirador de los estadistas del mundo; maneja, por medio del Mahachohan, las fuerzas que producirán las condiciones necesarias para el progreso de la evolución racial. En el plano físico, los grandes ejecutivos nacionales con ideales internacionales y amplia visión, están influidos por Él, y con Él cooperan ciertos grandes devas del plano mental; tres grandes grupos de ángeles trabajan también con Él en niveles mentales, en unión con devas menores que vitalizan formas mentales y, en bien de toda la humanidad, mantienen vivas las formas mentales de los Guías de la raza.
El Maestro M, tiene un gran grupo de discípulos bajo su instrucción, trabaja con muchas organizaciones esotéricas y también por medio de los políticos y estadistas del mundo.
El Maestro Koot Humi, muy conocido en Occidente, tiene muchos discípulos en todas partes, es oriundo de Cachemira y Su familia originalmente procedió de la India. Es también un Iniciado de alto grado y pertenece al segundo rayo de Amor Sabiduría. Es de noble presencia y alta estatura, aunque algo menos corpulento que el Maestro M.; de tez blanca, cabello y barba color castaño dorado, y ojos de un maravilloso azul profundo, a través de ellos parece fluir el amor y la sabiduría le las edades. Tiene una gran experiencia y una vasta cultura; fue originalmente educado en una de las Universidades británicas y habla correctamente el inglés. Lee mucho, y los libros de todas las literaturas en diversos idiomas, llegan a Su estudio en el Himalaya. Se ocupa principalmente de la vitalización de ciertas grandes tendencias filosóficas y Se interesa por algunas organizaciones filantrópicas. Le corresponde, en gran parte, el trabajo de estimular la manifestación del amor, latente en el corazón de todos los hombres, y despertar en la conciencia de la raza la percepción del gran hecho fundamental de la hermandad.
Actualmente el Maestro M., el Maestro KH y el Maestro Jesús, están íntimamente interesados en el trabajo de unificar, hasta donde sea posible, el pensamiento oriental y el occidental, de modo que las grandes religiones orientales, con el último desarrollo alcanzado por el credo cristiano en todas sus ramificaciones, puedan beneficiarse mutuamente. Se espera que de este modo venga a la existencia la gran Iglesia Universal.
El Maestro Jesús, punto focal de la energía que fluye a través de las distintas iglesias cristianas, ocupa actualmente un cuerpo sirio y vive en algún lugar de Tierra Santa. Viaja mucho y pasa largas temporadas en diversas partes de Europa. Trabaja más especialmente con las masas que con los individuos, aunque ha reunido a Su alrededor un numeroso grupo de discípulos. Pertenece al sexto rayo de Devoción o Idealismo Abstracto, y Sus discípulos se caracterizan frecuentemente por ese fanatismo y devoción que se manifestó en los mártires de los primitivos tiempos cristianos. Es de apariencia marcial, exige disciplina, es un hombre de voluntad y dominio férreos. Alto y delgado, de rostro largo y fino, pelo negro, tez pálida y penetrantes ojos azules. Su trabajo actual es de gran responsabilidad, pues le fue asignada la tarea de orientar el pensamiento occidental, para sacarlo de su actual estado de intranquilidad y llevarlo a las pacíficas aguas de la certidumbre y del conocimiento, preparando así el advenimiento, en Europa y América, del Instructor del Mundo. Es muy conocido en la historia bíblica, apareciendo primero como Joshua, el hijo de Nun; luego aparece nuevamente en los tiempos de Ezra, como Jeshua, recibiendo la tercera iniciación, que en el Libro de Zacarías es relatada como la de Joshua, y en, el Evangelio es conocido por dos grandes sacrificios, aquel en que entregó Su cuerpo para que el Cristo lo utilizara, y el de la gran renunciación, característica de la cuarta iniciación. Como Apolonio de Tiana, recibió la quinta iniciación y Se convirtió en Maestro de Sabiduría. Desde entonces permaneció y actuó en la Iglesia Cristiana, fomentando el germen de la verdadera vida espiritual entre los miembros de las sectas y divisiones, y neutralizando en lo posible los errores y equívocos de clérigos y teólogos. Es netamente el gran Líder, el General y el Sabio ejecutivo, y en los asuntos de las iglesias coopera estrechamente con el Cristo, ahorrándole mucho trabajo y actuando como Su intermediario, cuando es posible. Nadie como Él conoce tan profundamente los problemas de Occidente; nadie está tan íntimamente en contacto con quienes representan mejor las enseñanzas cristianas, y nadie conoce tan bien la necesidad del momento actual. Algunos eminentes prelados de las iglesias Anglicana y Católica son Sus agentes.
El Maestro Djwal Khul o Maestro DK, como se lo llama frecuentemente, es otro adepto del segundo rayo de Amor?Sabiduría, el último de los adeptos que pasaron la iniciación, pues recibió la quinta iniciación en 1875; conserva el mismo cuerpo de entonces; la mayoría de los Maestros la recibieron en cuerpos anteriores, su cuerpo de origen tibetano no es joven. Está dedicado al Maestro KH y vive en una casita cercana a la de este Maestro. Por Su disposición a servir ya hacer cuanto sea necesario, ha sido llamado “el Mensajero de los Maestros”. Es muy culto y tiene más conocimiento acerca de los rayos y de las Jerarquías planetarias del sistema solar, que ningún otro Maestro. Trabaja con quienes se dedican a la curación, y coopera en los grandes laboratorios del mundo en forma desconocida e invisible, con los buscadores de la verdad, con todos los que tratan definidamente de curar y aliviar al mundo y con los grandes movimientos filantrópicos mundiales, tales como la Cruz Roja. Se ocupa de los discípulos de los distintos Maestros, que pueden aprovechar su instrucción, y en los últimos diez años ha aliviado, en gran parte, el trabajo de enseñanza de los Maestros M. y KH, tomando a Su cargo, por determinado tiempo, algunos de Sus aspirantes y discípulos. También trabaja mucho con ciertos grupos de devas del éter, que son devas sanadores y colaboran así con Él en el trabajo de remediar algunos males físicos de la humanidad. Dictó gran parte de la monumental obra La Doctrina Secreta, y le hizo ver a HP Blavatsky muchas ilustraciones y datos que aparecen en ese libro.
El Maestro Rakoczi se ocupa especialmente del futuro desarrollo de los asuntos raciales de Europa y del desarrollo mental en América y Australia. Es húngaro, tiene su hogar en los Cárpatos, habiendo sido en un momento dado una figura muy conocida en la corte húngara. Se pueden encontrar referencias en antiguos libros de historia, fue particularmente conocido como el Conde de Saint?Germain, anteriormente como Roger Bacon y después como Francis Bacon. Es interesante observar que, a medida que el Maestro R. se hace cargo de los asuntos de Europa, en los planos internos, el nombre de Francis Bacon se hace más público en la controversia Bacon?Shakesperiana. Es más bien bajo y delgado, con barba negra y puntiaguda y cabello lacio y negro. No acepta tantos discípulos como los Maestros ya mencionados. En la actualidad dirige la mayoría de los discípulos de tercer rayo de Occidente, juntamente con el Maestro Hilarión. pertenece al séptimo rayo de Magia u Orden Ceremonial, y actúa principalmente por medio del ritual y el ceremonial esotéricos; tiene vital interés por los efectos hasta ahora no reconocidos del ceremonial francmasón, el de las diversas fraternidades y el de todas las iglesias. En la Logia se lo llama generalmente “el Conde” y en América y Europa actúa prácticamente como director general, en la realización de los planes del consejo ejecutivo de la Logia. Algunos Maestros forman un grupo interno alrededor de los tres Grandes Señores, y se reúnen en concilio con mucha frecuencia.
El Maestro Hilarión pertenece al quinto rayo de Conocimiento Concreto o Ciencia, y en una encarnación anterior fue Pablo de Tarso. Tiene cuerpo cretense, pero pasa gran parte de su tiempo en Egipto. Dio al mundo el tratado ocultista llamado Luz en el Sendero y Su trabajo resulta particularmente interesante, para el gran público, en la crisis actual, pues trabaja con quienes desarrollan la intuición, y controla y trasmuta los grandes movimientos que tienden a descorrer el velo de lo invisible. Su energ a estimula a trav s de Sus disc pulos a los grupos de investigadores s quicos, y fue quien inici, mediante varios de Sus disc pulos, el movi miento espiritista. Tiene en observaci na todos los s quicos de orden superior, y los ayuda a desarrollar sus poderes para bien del grupo; trabaja juntamente con algunos devas en el plano as tral, para abrir, a los buscadores de la verdad, ese mundo sub jetivo que est tras de la materia grosera.
Poco puede decirse sobre los dos Maestros ingleses. No acep tan disc pulos en el sentido en que lo hacen los Maestros KH y M. Uno reside en Gran Breta a, tiene a Su cargo la direcci n de finitiva de la raza anglosajona y trabaja en los planes del des arrollo y la evoluci n futuros. Est tras el movimiento labo rista de todo el mundo, trasmut ndolo y dirigi ndolo, y de la ac tual creciente oleada de la democracia. De la inquietud democr tica, y del caos y la confusi n actuales, surgir la futura condici n mundial, que tendr como nota clave la cooperaci n, no la compe tencia; la distribuci n, no la centralizaci n.
Mencionaremos aqu brevemente al Maestro Serapis, frecuen temente llamado el Egipcio. Pertenece al cuarto rayo, y de l re ciben en rgico impulso los grandes movimientos art sticos del mundo, la evoluci n de la m sica, de la pintura y del teatro. Ac tualmente dedica la mayor parte de Su tiempo y atenci n al trabajo de la evoluci nd vica o ang lica, hasta que, mediante Su ayuda, sea posible hacer la gran revelaci n en el mundo de la m sica y de la pintura, en un futuro inmediato. No es posible agregar algo m s acerca de l ni revelar Su lugar de residencia.
El Maestro P. trabaja bajo la direcci n del Maestro R. en Norteam rica; tuvo mucho que ver esot ricamente con las distintas ciencias mentales, como la Ciencia Cristiana y el Nuevo Pensamiento, constituyendo ambas un esfuerzo de la Logia en el af n de ense ar a los hombres la realidad de lo invisible y el poder, creador de la mente. Su cuerpo es irland s; pertenece al cuarto rayo, y no puede ser revelado el lugar de Su residencia. Tom a su cargo gran parte del trabajo del Maestro Serapis cuan do ste se ocup de la evoluci nd vica.
El trabajo actual.
Ser n tratados aqu ciertos hechos que se refieren a dichos Maestros ya Su trabajo presente y futuro. Primero, el trabajo de entrenar a Sus aspirantes y disc pulos, para que sean de utilidad en dos grandes acontecimientos: uno, la venida del Instructor del Mundo a mediados oa fines del presente siglo, y otro, la funda ci n de la nueva sexta subraza con la reconstrucci n de las actua les condiciones del mundo. Por ser la nuestra la quinta subraza de la quinta raza ra z, es muy grande la presi n del trabajo en los cinco rayos de la mente, controlados por el Mahachohan. Dado que los Maestros soportan una carga muy pesada, gran parte de Su trabajo de ense ar a los disc pulos ha sido delegado a inicia dos y disc pulos avanzados, y algunos de los Maestros de los rayos primero y segundo, se han hecho cargo temporariamente de los aspirantes en el departamento del Mahachohan.
Segundo, se debe preparar al mundo en amplia escala para la venida del Instructor mundial, y deben darse los pasos necesarios antes de que muchos de Ellos se manifiesten entre los hombres, y lo har na fines de este siglo. Ya se est formando un grupo especial que se prepara expresamente para este trabajo. El Maes tro M., el Maestro KH y el Maestro Jes s, se ocupar n especial mente de este movimiento, hacia fines de este siglo. Otros Maes tros participar n tambi n, pero los tres mencionados anterior mente son Aquellos con cuyos nombres y cargos la gente debe en lo posible familiarizarse.
Otros dos Maestros est n especialmente relacionados con el s ptimo rayo o ceremonial, y Su trabajo particular es supervisar el desarrollo de ciertas actividades, dentro de los próximos quince años, bajo la dirección del Maestro R. Puede asegurarse definitivamente que antes de la venida de Cristo se hará lo necesario para que esté al frente de las grandes organizaciones un Maestro o un iniciado que haya recibido la tercera iniciación. Maestros e iniciados estarán al frente de ciertos grandes grupos ocultistas de francmasones del mundo y de diversos sectores de la iglesia en muchas de las grandes naciones. Este trabajo de los Maestros se está realizando ya, y todos Sus esfuerzos tienden a una exitosa culminación. En todas partes Ellos reúnen a quienes de una u otra manera demuestran la tendencia a responder a las altas vibraciones, tratando de forzarlas y adaptarse a ellas, a fin de ser útiles en el momento de la venida de Cristo. Grande es el día de la oportunidad cuando llegue ese momento, porque debido a la enorme fuerza vibratoria, que entonces presionará sobre los hijos de los hombres, quienes realizan ahora el trabajo necesario, podrán dar un gran paso hacia adelante y franquear el portal de la Iniciación.
