The meaning of thanks

  • 2014

True abundance begins with appreciation and thanks. Being grateful focuses our attention on what we do have, helping these things grow.

Get ready to say thank you. To express your gratitude, sincerely and without expecting anything in return. Really value those around you and you will quickly have more people around you. Sincerely thank life, and you will see that you have more life yet.

The things you are grateful for will grow: your clients, your business, your skills, your family, your faith, your circle of friends, your Being, your Love. And, above all, you will realize that everything that which has grown in your life, they were already there, inside you and you only opened the doors for them to manifest themselves outside.

Do you want to have it all ? With an attitude of gratitude you will realize that you already have everything.

Everything you could ever wish for is already inside you. You just have to value it, love it and nurture it enough so that it expresses itself strongly in your life.

I am grateful for being the person you are, for being in the situation in which you are, for the challenges that are presented to you. That is the first step towards a full and positive life. Your sincere gratitude will attract abundance to your life !!!

GRATITUDE IN DIFFICULT MOMENTS.

Giving thanks to God every day for the infinite blessings he offers opens the way for us to receive more blessings. When we feel grateful for our past and present experiences, we transcend the judgments of what we believe is right or wrong.

We go from being victims to being aware of our power of choice. We can choose to thank the opportunities that life offers us to learn and move forward or we can simply complain about what we have had to live. When we appreciate what happens to us, we are saying: YES !!! to the life.

YES!!! I am to learn the lessons I need to learn, whether they are relationships, labor, health, economic or professional.

However, thanking what seems like a disaster may seem is much more difficult than feeling thankful when everything goes smoothly.

To thank does not imply denying pain, but when we transcend pain, rage, etc., thanking in the midst of the situation that we have had to live, we open ourselves to the infinite possibilities that life gives us to move towards more happiness and more fullness Many people have stated that after suffering disappointments, losses, illnesses, even tremendously traumatic experiences, they have felt grateful for the experiences they have been given.

The loss of a loved one offered them the opportunity to value the people who were still by their side, to thank the moments lived with the person who died and to be more loving and tolerant of others. The economic difficulties offered them the opportunity to appreciate what they already had and to use their recumbent personal resources, to create more prosperity and abundance in their lives.

The separation of their partner, gave them the possibility of being economically independent and improving their self-esteem, offering them a new, deeper and more sincere relationship. An illness helped them heal their relationship with the past, to forgive, freeing them from the enormous weight of resentment.

The move to another city helped them expand their horizons, meet other people and overcome limitations that they might not have achieved by staying in their city. A labor problem, pushed them out to look for another more satisfactory position at a creative and economic level. Thanking God in the midst of everything we are living in the present, although we momentarily do not see why a painful situation gives us the power and energy necessary to make positive changes. It offers us the opportunity to grow and advance in all aspects of our life. If we stay in victimhood, complaining about our bad luck, we lose the opportunity to bring our full potential to light ... our creativity, our talents, our internal resources, our being. There is a Metaphysical teaching that says: “I bless good in this situation… and I want to see it. Thanks, Dad". And, this is, as difficult as the situation may seem, it is that behind everything "apparent" evil, there is always a good.

When something happens to us that we don't understand, we can ask ourselves:

1.- what can I / what do I need to learn from this situation?
2.- How can I improve my life and that of those around me?
3.- What lessons does this event hide?

We can always choose. The moment of power is always in the present and it is only transcending how seemingly disastrous we can change the future. It is in the present that we create our future. The past, past is ... and the future is nothing more than a continuous and synchronized present. Take your present and act: Thank God for the opportunity he offers you to learn and achieve your dreams.
