Zero Point, DNA and Love to Kishori Aird

If we had only a few minutes to live, we would go to the essential. There will be no more search, only the acceptance of what it is. We would not have the time to become someone better. We could only be convergent at point zero. At the center of the zero point convergence, everything becomes acceptable; anxiety of anticipation, confusion, distraction and desire, peace, love and joy.

The current planetary purpose is to recover our sovereignty and put an end to dual polarization. This means that if I create something only from light, I inevitably generate a negative creative force somewhere else. We must stop favoring only one polarity over the other and go beyond both the positive polarity (light) and the negative polarity (darkness). In the course of our evolution, we have now reached the point where we must integrate both polarities.

Indeed, we are in a state of constant struggle between light and darkness, good and bad, positive and negative. That is the dilemma of human incarnation. The Chinese have a proverb: What goes up must come down! History is full of examples of that. We constantly go from one polarity to the other.

The only way to stop this ceaseless oscillation is to find yourself in the frequency of love at Point Zero. Our society, however, is not based on love and, going back in human history, it is difficult to find a time during which it prevailed. We can observe long periods of conquest and tranquility, but they seem to have dominated politics, conflicts and all kinds of wars over the odes to love! This is the impression that I have, and this is precisely my opinion: that the program of love is an important program among many others that have been deactivated in our DNA. This frequency of love or, as perhaps I should say, this state of love has nothing to do with the chocolates of Valentine's Day.

The state of love constitutes a space beyond the positive or negative polarities. In this space, good and evil, light and darkness, right and wrong, and all other expressions of duality coexist at a point of equilibrium called the Zero Point. This point is not a neutral state. The Zero Point is not aesthetic: it is multidimensional, it is in continuous movement and in the middle of a perpetual change. The Zero Point is constantly moving because the positive force of light and the negative force of darkness cohabit without canceling each other even when they show opposite polarities.

The best way to visualize this point is to imagine a balloon full of water, floating in the middle of the ocean, circling and rolling in all directions due to climatic changes and the movement of waves. The Zero Point is located in the middle of this globe. Its core is always balanced despite all external turbulence.

You have to understand that placing yourself at Point Zero does not mean "parting with something." At Point Zero we do not part with anything: on the contrary, we try to maintain two different polarities in the same space.

In the therapeutic field, the tendency that we have been following for some years is to rediscover our history to better understand it and return to the source of the conflicts that underlie our discomforts and our unconscious reactions. Without wanting to criticize this approach that I have practiced for a while, I understand today that it does not free us from suffering and anxiety. By the way, we are wiser, we have recovered lost fragments, but we have not yet consciously accepted and fully loved everything we are here and now. Of course, we understood who had done what - as in a criminal story - but deep down we didn't go to another level. This approach can help us understand better and possibly feel better but this will never cure us. True healing is not a direction or a goal to be achieved, it is an act of love and unconditional acceptance of oneself.

The focus of my work is to allow the person to detach himself from the desire for healing and the insistence of growing and becoming better, in order to develop his presence to all that is.

Being with yourself at the zero point, including shadow and light, in the face of suffering and anxiety, is an opening of convergence. The only idea developed by the zero point philosophy is that there is no technique that is not acceptable or preferable. The only important thing is to embrace in total acceptance who we are instead of trying to become better.
