Wisdom Perspectives 8:
The Avatars

Leo's fire sign represents love and compassion. In the body, Leo is located in the center of the heart. Leo's Full Moon is considered the Festival of Spiritual Hierarchy and marks the power of the heart of the God of the Year. Many initiates who work for the Hierarchy have been born under the sign of Leo, such as the CVV, MN, EK, Sri Aurobindo and also Madame Blavatsky Masters. Lord Krishna also descended to a body in the sign of Leo. He is seen as a complete expression of Leo, as an incarnation of Visnu, the second Logos of Love-Wisdom. Vishnu takes many forms of avatars. That is why the theme of this month's Lunar Messenger is "Wisdom Perspectives 8: The Avatars."

Descent of the Divine Divinity is present in every living being, either in a special or exhaustively complete form.

When we encounter divinity in a being in its integrity and completeness we call it an Avatar, an incarnation of God. In Eastern wisdom, avatars are a descent of a sublime being, of a God on Earth. For them there is no need to be born in a mortal body. The Scriptures say that the omnipresent God assumes the form of an Avatar through his heavenly power of Maya. Thus, the Lord descends into a physical body through which the divine consciousness radiates. He is the "word made flesh, " and symbolically we live in "His blood and His wounds."

When the Divine works through a human being as his instrument and the human being has prepared himself to allow the function, he is called a teacher. Wherever something good is happening through a human form, something that helps humanity take a great step forward, the Divine is working. And wherever something good happens, every time the eternal truth is presented without the coloring of any religion or ideology, we should respect these messengers. It is an electric current that passes through many instruments.

When an Avatar is born, this event generally remains unnoticed. Similarly, avatars are often not recognized by their contemporaries. They do their work in a simple and humble way and then leave again; but over time its impact makes it clear that the Divine has been expressed there; because, like a spring, a stream of weak water first arises and then in its course it becomes larger and larger and becomes a great river, the work of an Avatar develops little by little. The stories of the wise of the past open our eyes. The stories about the lives of the Avatars and the great teachers make us aware of their work; the stories raise us and allow us to identify with the Divine. Teachings or moral rules do not have that effect. But as we study the events of the lives of these greats, we tune into their energy, and this awakens in us the consciousness of the Divine.

However, there is no place for mania to find out who is and where is a real Avatar. Expectations block the connection and prevent the flow of energy. The real Avatar is a continuous process in creation and evolution. In the CVV Master's language, the Avatar is in each one of us and can be known through the "beginning of the Upper Bridge." This upper bridge is what Master DK calls the Antahkarana.

In each astrological era a great World Teacher or Avatar represents the highest ideal of perfection that humanity can achieve during this era. Thus, in one of the ages of Cancer, Rama was the divine Avatar. In an era of Gemini it was Hermes; in the era of Taurus, Krishna; in the age of Aries, Moses; and in the age of Pisces it was Jesus the Christ.

In India, the 10 avatars of Vishnu are worshiped, in addition to other avatars. Among the best known divine manifestations are Rama, Krishna and Buddha. In the wisdom of the East, Krishna and Christ look at each other as identical. According to the Vedic terminology they are manifestations of Vishnu, the Cosmic Christ or the Second Logos of Love-Wisdom. Jesus the Christ was often called the anointed one, because the omnipresent God was always with him and worked through him: "I and the Father are one."

Expectation for the Future

Before the arrival of an Avatar there is above all an expectation of his arrival, but the Most High decides how He wants him to descend. Human beings cannot decide how and where a divine manifestation should occur. When Krishna descended, the seers knew that an Avatar would come. They made their plans but arrived in their own way. When Krishna was born, his parents lived in prison and he was miraculously taken by his father to adoptive parents, where he initially grew up without being recognized.

Regarding the coming of the Synthesis Avatar, there were great expectations at the beginning of the 20th century. Madame Blavatsky knew that a great energy of the rank of an Avatar would descend on the planet. His followers took his suggestion and tried to prepare a pure person as a channel for this energy. They thought that young Krishnamurti could receive this energy and prepared him for it. It was a pure soul, but things did not happen as the theosophists had anticipated. Krishnamurti was frustrated by it and separated from the Theosophical Society.

The Divine had another plan; the energy never descends as man decides or as he would like. The plan was manifested through the ashram of Master Jupiter, and thus the CVV Master was born in 1868. He was an advanced disciple of the ashram of Master Jupiter. He chose the city of Kumbhakonam in southern India as his birthplace. Kumbha means the vase of Aquarius in Sanskrit and konam means angle. The "angle of Aquarius" is the place where already in the last era of Aquarius, 26, 000 years ago, Aquarian energy descended.

CVV Master

The CVV Master led a splendid life as a very magnetic personality and was admired by all kinds of people. He was a Vedic scholar, musician and the mayor of the city. He waited for the arrival of the energies that were transmitted to our planet through Halley's comet on March 30, 1910. On that date the comet's tail touched the Earth. In the midnight silence, Master CVV was sitting prepared in a meditation posture, when the energies struck his house with lightning and great thunder. The neighbors came running because they thought the house would have been destroyed but they found the Master in deep contemplation in an anteroom with an open window. He radiated a bright light. People got upset and again withdrew. The next morning they visited him and asked for an explanation. The Master said: “The energies of the New Age have arrived. I have invoked them within me, I have assimilated them and I will distribute them to humanity in due course. ”

After receiving the energy he started working with her. With the help of this energy, which we now call the Avatar of synthesis, he carried out many scientific experiments and understood the purpose of his visit: to carry out transformations in the envelopes of the planet and accelerate the development on all planes, that is, the mineral, the vegetable, the animal and the human kingdom. Human beings should be freed from dense material tendencies and finally be elevated to the planes of Light, to the etheric planes. For this he also received sounds.

From March 31 to May 28, 1910, the Master worked with many different experiments. From May 29 onwards, the Day of the Call of May began to distribute the energy. He first said that this energy had arrived to initiate humanity so that it could transcend death. Energy will help humanity to neutralize the karma of the past in order to continue more quickly. There would be rapid transformations in understanding; body tissues would transform; emotions will vaporize, concepts would break, so that there are no more solidified ideas of good and evil. He promised that he would create our golden body if we followed his rules. He emphasized that current human bodies are not suitable for a complete life experience and that the "spiritual" can only be experienced correctly, if the model is changed. Therefore he proposed rectifications of body models.

He prophesied that the energy, which he was transmitting, would only return to India after being well established in South America, North America and Europe. To become a channel for synthesis energies, the Master gave the key sound Namaskarams Master CVV . Add that the key sound should not be repeated as a mantra, but that it is enough to invoke it every morning and every afternoon and offer one to the energies. Then you must be silent for 15 minutes and observe what happens inside. He said it takes at least 15 minutes for the energy to spread through all corners of the body and so the necessary adjustments can occur. In addition, we should contemplate the Master in every form: the Master is the awareness of the background of all that IS, and therefore we should recognize all forms as divine.

The event of the decline in energy occurred more than 100 years ago; its effect becomes larger every year, but the work of the transformations occurs in silence. In the books of Master DK, it is described as a Synthesis Avatar the importance of the Master's name, however, it is not mentioned directly. The fifth stanza of the Great Invocation was received by Master DK along with the other stanzas, but for certain reasons it remained hidden for a while. The invocation of the descent from the Synthesis Avatar helps in the ascent.
