Every time we think that something or someone, including ourselves, " should " be different, we are moving away from the spiritual path. We are denying the Presence of the Spirit that is all that exists. Exchanging it for our claims and preferences.
You cannot be a seeker of truth and at the same time be fighting against the reality that unfolds before us.
The Spirit is present in everything. And everything is EVERYTHING. That is why the mystics of all time, or ourselves when we enter an expanded or unified state of consciousness, we come to perceive the presence of God as the only existing thing. It is not that the thing becomes something different, but that by removing the cloth from our eyes our observation reveals things to us as they always were: a perfect manifestation of the Creator, imbued with his Power and his Presence ... a part of Him / She. This is very important.
It is very important for us as people who aspire to discover the Spirit and join with Him. It is because the Spirit is always present and is part of us moving in every moment. Every moment we are part of Him and our separate existence is unreal, only the product of a fog before our eyes, a handful of dust in the eyes that does not let us see.
If the Spirit already exists, and we don't have to invent it. If the Spirit is already complete, it is perfect and includes us; and we don't have to reach it, perfect it or become part of it.
If this is so, then we do not have to create it or strive to sustain something non-existent (as we do with our worries, resistance and vices) with disorderly and useless efforts.
If we know that the Spirit is inside and outside of us , everywhere!
If we know part of Him ... the blame for what it was, the resistance to what IS and the fear of what will be left over. And hurting, unfortunately. There are more disorderly efforts to achieve something that is in front of our eyes, more efforts to avoid feeling what we are feeling right now (We are feeling Him!), More haste, because there are only times They are perfect. So suffering and tension are not suitable tools for spiritual work. Much less so are the rejection of our fellow men or the situations that unfold in the world.
The tools that allow us to live in the Spirit, or to live spiritually in the world, if you prefer to say it that way, are:
Seeing things as they are. Seeing things as they are with what we have before our eyes will allow us to see things as they are when we are face to face with the Truth of the Spirit. The man or woman who get used to thinking about Heaven when they are on Earth will be thinking about Earth when they are in heaven; Ultimately they get used to thinking instead of observing, so they never know or prove anything. They never join the yearning for their sighs, the fruit and goal of their efforts.
So let's look at the Earth when we are on Earth and with eyes so sharp they can see Heaven when they have it in front of them ... they can act on both worlds. Hereafter and beyond. And remember that I am talking about moments, since it is not necessary to die to see Heaven, or the heart and the Purity of the Spirit revealing itself before us. In reality, it is revealed all the time, it does not hide, there is no secret !, except before our eyes that do not get used to seeing, to be attentive. So that being attentive allows us to see the Reality and Abundance that have always been there.
Seeing and accepting, instead of denying and complaining, is something that cleanses our eyes in order to perceive the Spirit.
And if we know ourselves as part of God, we no longer have to make efforts to be united to Him; We only recognize that we are. Nothing to suffer to be accepted, because it is stupid. Not because it is ignoble, but because there is no valid effort to join something you are already attached to. I would like to go a little further: if we are united, the suffering we feel is the same as we make Her / Him feel. The best offering, the best search and the best action, will always be to recognize us United, and therefore to do what fills our hearts with joy and deep peace ... since that will be what we will be offering to Him, whose indissoluble Union with We want to remember and live. Just accept the moment. Just flow with him. And do the best we can.
And everything unfolds NOW. And therefore, only NOW is learned. As is our body. As is our mind. As are our relationships. As is our work and mission. As is the world. Now, at this moment, between these lines and these voices.
