The path of loneliness

  • 2015

The current social fragmentation of social ties fosters a feeling of loneliness that limits our lives, we are not alone, but we feel alone.

The difference is the intensity and satisfaction we receive in the relationship with others.

Loneliness is associated with emptiness and sadness, it causes fear and despair especially when it has been postponed for a long period of time.

All of us at some point in life have traveled the path of loneliness, an experience of personal development that opens the doors to the awakening inside unknown.

Some people are convinced that loneliness is much better than feeling badly accompanied.

When we surround ourselves with people we limit ourselves to following the beliefs of others so as not to break with group dynamics. Loneliness, on the other hand, means opening oneself to one's own original thinking.

People are social beings, but after spending the day surrounded by people, attentive to social networks and connected to the mobile, loneliness offers a healing space of rest.

It means opening to one's own original thinking.

Some people who have experienced loneliness have created works of art and have reached a degree of conception of discovering themselves.

We believe that all creativity and productivity comes from a strangely sociable place. However, the creative wealth that arises from loneliness is the crucial ingredient of creativity. Loneliness for some people is as important as the air they breathe.

The conquest of YOUR freedom

The less you are alone, the harder it is to be, but only when you are alone with yourself is when you are completely free.

Life is organized and built in interpersonal relationships. Our behavior is shaped, in large part, by life with others; as well as our beliefs.

Permanent relationships generate expectations, create bonds and bonds that consolidate certainties and allow us to build a sense of continuity, protection and security.

The term "loneliness" is linked to the situation of a person who is momentarily alone, and is associated with isolation, abandonment and separation.

If we tolerate boredom and emptiness we will be able to develop something new and detoxify ourselves from a world full of stimuli and information overload.

Loneliness does not systematically present a negative connotation

"Being alone" is something that is learned, one learns to be alone, to endure the feeling of loneliness and also to take advantage of it in a good way.

On the path of loneliness we leave that space blank to listen without interference what we feel and need.

It is important not to confuse loneliness with isolation, in fact, isolating yourself is a way to avoid loneliness. Loneliness does not necessarily exclude the other, as occurs when one isolates oneself from others.

We can isolate ourselves in many ways, without the minimum realization of loneliness.

Therefore, "being alone" is not the same as "feeling alone", nor does having many friends mean not being alone.

What counts in all this is the intensity and satisfaction in the realization with others, the difficulty in being alone, as well as the difficulties in relating to other people, is part of the central aspects of loneliness.
