¿Cómo puedo llegar a la expresión del Amor nuevo?

“Este Amor puedo infundir en tu corazón para que, antes de donarlo, el corazón sea colmado de ello.
Esto sucede cuando Me lo pides, cuando Me lo permites, vaciando el corazón de todo aquello que no es Amor, no es Luz, no es alegría, donando Amor a tu alrededor.
Nada de aquello que se dona permanece como se dona, pero vuelve multiplicado, incluso si no puedes saber ni cómo, ni donde, ni cuándo ni por qué.
El donar sin embargo debe ser puro, sin esperar nada a cambio, sin programas, solo con la seguridad en el corazón que todo volverá.
Y es donando en cada manera desconocida, en cada forma posible, en continuación, que creas tanto espacio en el corazón, aquel espacio que colmaré con el Amor nuevo.

Nadie podrá decir de no conocer mi manera de manifestar el Amor, porque sois hechos por el Amor, habéis elegido el Amor.
Es suficiente pensar a todas las atenciones que se quisieran recibir, a todas las expresiones que traerían alegría al propio coraz n.
Cu ndo encuentras una mano tensa, preg ntate como poderla llenar, cuando encuentras un coraz n doliente, preg ntate como poderlo sanar, cuando eres junto a un rbol oa una flor, preg ntate como poder expresar toda la gratitud por la belleza que te ofrece, por los regalos, los perfumes, los colores que desinteresadamente te ofrece. Cuando sientes los p jaros cantar, el coraz n canta con ellos.
Y as hace con el agua, con el fuego, as hace con todo.
Siente gratitud por todo lo que te rodea, en el cielo y en la tierra, sta es una forma alta de Amor, porque bien poco puedes dar al sol, a una estrella, pero puedes dar tu Amor estando agradecida por lo que ellos te donan.

Es verdad que el Amor es una elecci n?

Siempre en la vida existe una gran elecci n seguida por continuas elecciones.
El Amor se elige.
A menudo, aun buscando toda la vida el Amor, no se lo ha elegido realmente, o porque se le teme o porque se teme de abrirse totalmente a ello.
Si sientes en el coraz n esta elección, recuerda que eres libre siempre de vivirla o no.
Ábrete como una flor que abre completamente sus pétalos al sol, no teme su intensidad, no teme sus rayos, incluso sintiendo que penetran en profundidad.
Si esta elección harás, debes de estar consciente y atenta a los temores que descubrirás, porque sólo reconociéndolos, aceptándolos, queriéndolos, los transformarás.
Eligiendo el Amor, eres consciente que la mente querrá todavía hablar más, querrá hacerse todavía escuchar más y hará juegos todavía más sutiles, porque no quiere aquel silencio en el corazón que el Amor requiere, en el corazón dónde la mente no puede tener espacio.
Esto es ser consciente, es tener una visión clara.
Con la concientización puedes aceptar todo, dejar correr todo y permanecer atenta.
Este Amor puede hacer emerger dentro de ti una sabiduría profunda, pero es una sabiduría que la mente no comprende y por lo tanto teme, porque ella no está allí para hablar, es el corazón, ella no está allí para manifestarse, es el corazón.
Abrirse a este Amor, quita espacio y tiempo a la mente, y ella lo sabe, por lo tanto se hecha a hacer mucho más.

“Inicia mirando a tu alrededor, siempre, para poder donar Amor, para poder consagrarte con Amor, para poder calentar como un sol.
Es esta la única vía para la expresión de tu Esencia, es esta la única vía para satisfacer el corazón.
No pienses que amando intensamente todo ya todos, ininterrumpidamente, no tienes la posibilidad de vivir un Amor particular con un 'Corazón'.

¿Cómo vivir el amor en la pareja?

“Prepararos juntos a los momentos de crecimiento inundándoos cada vez más de Amor, porque cuando los corazones estarán colmados de Amor, la mente ya no temerá a aquellas situaciones de no amor que pudieran crearse, juntos estaréis listos para vivir momentos de incomprensión y situaciones difíciles.
En los momentos de incomprensión, de tensión, la mente podría decir: “Esto no es Amor”, pero si los corazones están ya colmados de Amor, no se dejarán confundir, porque sentirán que en aquella situación de crecimiento existe igualmente el Amor y lo experimentarán.
Expresaros siempre más la ternura, la dulzura, la ternura, hasta que sean incesantes entre vosotros, ya que éstos alientan a vuestros Niños interiores que son amados, que serán siempre amados, cualquier cosa pueda ocurrir.
Cuando se crea una situación de incomprensión, ésta será momentánea, porque ambos estáis seguros que entre vosotros el Amor es grande, porque vuestros corazones están tan colmados de Amor que no se pueden enfriar por ese momento de hielo que se siente en los momentos de incomprensión.
Es solo así que inmediatamente reconoceréis aquellos momentos como oportunidad de crecimiento, de superación de las dificultades personales como posibilidad de evolución.
Si comprendéis esto, no os pueden ser ni reproches, ni críticas, ni juicios, ni acusaciones, ni afrentas, sino sólo ayudas para entender qué es lo que hay que modificar en vuestra personalidad, qué lección debierais aprender, cuál herida debierais sanar juntos, con Amor.
El objetivo de las uniones sin embargo no es sólo aquella de llenar los propios corazones, sino aquella de hacerlos desbordar de Amor, porque desbordando inundará otros corazones.
Si colmáis sólo vuestros corazones, aquel Amor estancaría, pero dejando desbordar lo que os consagráis, se creará espacio para un Amor cada vez más grande.
Y es éste fluir, y está en este dejar entrar y dejar salir que os acercaréis juntos al Amor puro, al Amor nuevo.
Cuando sientes el corazón colmado, busca todavía Amor, cuando ves el corazón de tu compañero colmado, dónale aún más Amor, para que su corazón pueda desbordar.
Y luego mira alrededor y verás muchos corazones para amar, 'Corazones' que tienen espacio para recibir vuestro Amor, 'Corazones' que os estaban buscando para recibir vuestro Amor.
Cuando el sol está alto en el cielo no ilumina una parte sola, no calienta un corazón solo, sino todo.
Permanece en alto en el cielo como un sol, para iluminar todo y calentar todo.
Donando aquello que se tiene, se crea espacio para aquello que Nosotros tenemos preparado para vosotros.

Vivid mucho tiempo entre la Naturaleza para aprender de esta 'Grande Escuela', para gozar de esta maravillosa 'Casa', para sentir junto al Amor del Cielo, de la Tierra, del sol, de las estrellas, de los árboles, de las flores, para hacer sentir a vuestros corazones las melodías del viento, el canto de los pájaros, que canturrean para expresar la alegría y la gratitud.
Hacéis juntos largos silencios en estos lugares que facilitan el contacto con todas las Criaturas, la unión con el Cielo y con la Tierra, con el mundo invisible, con Nosotros.

Y hecho esto, cada uno viva luego a solas momentos de silencio, para un contacto más íntimo con Nosotros, con la Creación, para un diálogo más profundo, más intenso, para un rezo personal, con las propias capacidades, con la propia preparación, con la propia historia, con la propia evolución.
Y he aquí que luego, cuando os reencontréis, tendréis nuevas perlas nuevas que regalaros, que pueden traer nuevas comprensiones, nuevas conciencias, nuevas intuiciones.

Si alguien no se deja amar, no elige de crecer juntos, de abrir el corazón, de verse con el Alma, ¿cómo me tengo que comportar?

“Ante todo asegúrate si aquello que ves y sientes es una dificultad de la persona que querrías ayudar y amar, si su reacción es debida a las heridas recibidas oa sus temores, porque en estos casos un 'Corazón' puede tener dificultad en recibir y donar Amor, pero puede elegir de hacerse ayudar.

Velo como un corazón que has encontrado para entrenarte a donar ininterrumpidamente y para consagrarte totalmente.
Velo como un medio para crecer.
Estas son palabras simples, sin embargo, si se viven, hacen que cada uno ofrezca todo, crea la manera para recibir todo. Recuerda que estas palabras no s lo deben ser comprendidas, sino tambi n vividas.
Si se mira al propio compa ero como un manantial de agua, un agua que contiene nutrientes, Luz, Amor, se la busca continuamente, se expresa agradecimiento a este manantial.
Si se observa al propio compa ero como un medio de crecimiento y posibilidad de entrenamiento a la propia tarea, se le agradece por ello.
Si se ve al propio compa ero como un cuenco que llenar, se le da todo, nos consagramos totalmente.
Y he aqu que se entienden del compa ero los pasos, las victorias y las derrotas.
En la victoria se celebra, en las derrotas se ama, porque en el entrenamiento es natural que no exista la perfecci n, aunque si a esta se tiende.

C mo es el verdadero compa ero de vida?

Reply:

La palabra compa ero significa acompa ar, vivir todo juntos, y es m s que elegir amar, elegir de aceptar el Amor.
Es as que las palabras no sirven m s, los corazones se unen permaneciendo libres, las Almas se funden en la Luz y vuelan libres.
En todo caso todo esto no elimina la individualidad, m s bien la refuerza, la ilumina, le da el espacio necesario.

C mo puedo llevar m s Amor a mi familia?

Reply:

Piensa c mo poder hacer felices aquellos ni os, porque as los debes ver. Piensa qu expresar para hacerlos alegres, para hacerlos sentir queridos.
Con tu coraz n de ni a intuir s qu hacer, decir, crear.
No temas si a veces sientes las puertas de sus corazones un poco cerradas.
Cuando no se han recibido atenciones y Amor, es natural vibrar en cierto modo, probar ciertos sentimientos o entrecerrar un poco la puerta del propio coraz n, no comprendiendo que todo esto hace alejar aún más el Amor.
Allí es indispensable un esfuerzo.
Dónde no te es expresado Amor, dónde rechazan la caricia que quisiste ofrecer, dónde no te es manifestada atención, ofrece igualmente Amor y crearás la posibilidad de una armonía nueva.
Hace todo para volver a cada uno un niño feliz. Bastan pequeñas cosas.
Este Amor grande que todo comprende, que tiene compasión, que ayuda y dona, hará abrir sus corazones, superar las dificultades, sanar las heridas, enseñará la belleza del querer, del donar, del volver a los otros felices, hará sentir que la cosa más importante y más bonita de la vida es intercambiarse Amor, es vivir en la dulzura, en la ternura, en el afecto.
Recuerda que, no al azar, habéis elegido como Almas de hallaros juntos en aquel lugar.
Si luego de haber hecho todo esto, no existe en todo caso comprensión, no existe aceptación, no existe abertura y permanece el rechazo, deja a todos libres de amar o no amar, de donar o no donar, de recibir tu Amor o rechazarlo.

Estoy muy pegada a mis animales.

“Ellos te han ayudado mucho hasta ahora en el amar, porque todas las Criaturas pueden ayudar en el abrirse al Amor, en el aprender el arte de amar.
Quiere todas las Criaturas, pero debes de estar siempre atenta a los apegos, porque cuando se percibe este su Amor que no hiere nunca, se puede arriesgar de crear apegos, se puede quitar la mirada del Amor hacia todo y todos y amar sólo a ellos.
Debes ser consciente que a menudo uno se aficiona mucho a estas Criaturas, porque ellas aman incondicionalmente, no hacen sufrir, pero esto puede ser un modo para huir del Amor hacia todo, hacia todos.
Cuando no estés segura de si estás evitando o no al Amor, pregúntate:
– ¿Amo así un árbol, una flor? ¿Amo así el viento, la lluvia, el sol, la tierra? ¿Amo así cada 'Corazón' que encuentro? -
E en la respuesta comprenderás si el Amor que tienes por aquella Criatura es un Amor incondicional, si de esa manera estás huyendo del Amor o no.

Cuándo amo intensamente, todo es más simple.

“Zambúllete en el Amor hacia todo lo que te rodea y cuando te encuentres frente a una dificultad pídeMe de ayudarte a vivirla, de ayudarte a vencer tu batalla, pero luego como una niña ve a expresar tu Amor a quien está junto a ti.
Esto te ayudará a vivir serenamente, a superar cualquier cosa, a ganar las batallas de la vida… y esto te enseñará a protegerte.”

¿Quieres decir que, si me zambullo en el Amor, sabré también protegerme?

“También. Antes tienes que haber alcanzado la concientización, la comprensión de tus sentimientos, porque no puedes protegerte de algo que no conoces, sólo sería un cierre.
Cuando existe una lección que aprender, una dificultad que superar, recuerda que ante todo se requiere la comprensión de aquella cosa, de las propias emociones, de uno mismo, recuerda que eres un Destello Divino que todo vencerá, siente a la Niña dentro de ti exultar por tener la ocasión de aprender algo nuevo, luego zambúllete en el Amor, expresa el Amor hacia todo, hacia todos. Y amando intensamente puedes separarte de todas las dificultades, cualesquiera sean.”

¿Por qué muchos no aceptan el Amor, quizás no lo sepan sentir?

Reply:

“Todos sienten el Amor, pero alguno huye, levanta barreras, fortalezas, saca armas para combatirlo, porque siente que permitiendo al Amor de entrar en el corazón, se derrumbarían sus paredes, sus fortalezas.
Alguno tiene temor de expresar aquello que siente, pero el Amor donado con el corazón es siempre percibido.
Aunque no haya sido recibido, no pienses que el Amor donado haya sido perdido: el Amor es una gota de agua, una semilla, un bálsamo, un regalo, que un día será comprendido.”

¿Me enseñas a amar todo lo que me rodea?

Reply:

“Enamórate del Amor y lograrás así amar todo ya todos con la misma intensidad. Verás cada Criatura, cada persona no como una fuente a la cual recurrir o como un jarro que llenar, sino simplemente como un medio para gozar de la alegría del Amor.
Y he usado esta palabra 'gozar', porque realmente el Amor verdadero crea lo que vosotros llamáis placer, lleva al éxtasis.
Ama cada expresión de la Naturaleza: entrarás en el río del Amor nuevo, le permitirás de correr, y este río correrá.
Cuando estás junto a un árbol, a una flor, siéntelos como medios para expresar el Amor, y así cuando estás entre los brazos de la Tierra, cuando te dejas mecer por las olas del mar, cuando te dejas acariciar por el viento, cuando te dejas calentar por el sol.
Ya no sentirás la necesidad de tener cerca un 'Corazón' para recibir Amor y para donarlo, porque sabrás vivirlo con cada Criatura.
Y si un 'Corazón' está junto a ti, sentirás la alegría de poder vivir el Amor con él, pero si aquel 'Corazón' elige de no donarte y de no recibir tu Amor, tu corazón no será turbado de ello.
Sentirás latir de Amor la flor, el árbol, la Tierra.
Sentirás hablar de Amor el viento, el mar, el fuego. Sentirás que las estrellas y el Cielo te miran con los ojos del Amor.
Por cuánto estas palabras ahora recibes en el corazón, no puedes imaginar lo que sentirás.”

Descubre dentro de ti la nota que te har resonar de Amor y todo ser una melod a de Amor.
Si vibrar s de Amor, amar s as tanto tu tarea de llevar a tu alrededor Amor y Luz que el coraz n ser satisfecho, el alma exultar .
Y he aqu que desaparecer n cansancio, dificultad, pesadeces, amarguras, desilusiones.
Todo esto puede parecerte lejano, pero no es as, ya est junto a ti.
Ac rcate a este Amor por elecci n, por Credo, yendo m s all de lo que para ti ahora es comprensible.
Seguir siendo en todo caso tu elecci n amar, recibir el Amor, creer en esto m s all de lo visible, m s all de lo incomprensible.

S misericordiosa, comprende los caminos de los otros, las elecciones de los otros, porque el Amor misericordioso no juzga, no ata, no retiene.
No es f cil vivir esto, pero poco a poco, si el coraz n purificas, si el Alma escuchas, conocer s el Amor misericordioso que todo lo da y que te hace ser todo.
Imagina un oc ano que puede dar su agua a toda la tierra, pero incluso donando su agua, conserva todas sus riquezas: as ser st .
Alim ntate de la Naturaleza, n trete en el Universo y reconocer s el Amor verdadero, misericordioso, porque en el momento en que lo vivir s no necesitar sm s nada.
Y cuando no existe la necesidad, todo se da con Amor incondicional.
Sea este una meta para ti, y por esto ten compasi n tambi n de ti, de tus tiempos, de tus pasos, porque las metas se alcanzan d aad a, viviendo y amando todo de ese d a.
Cuando no manifestar s el verdadero Amor, sentir s el Alma susurrarte: Esto no es Amor .
En ese momento ten compasión de ti e igualmente regocíjate: la voz del Alma te conducirá hacia el Amor verdadero.
Desarma todo lo que hace pesar tu corazón, más lo vaciarás de la pesadez más Yo lo llenaré de ligereza.
Entonces recuerda: comprensión, compasión y Amor nuevo.
La compasión hace observar todo desde lo alto, lleva a la visión total, a la paciencia infinita, acepta todo, pero enseña a distanciarse dónde es necesario, con serenidad.”

Commentary

Alma Luminosa, comprende como ninguna de mis palabras puede seguir estas maravillosas ayudas. Por eso te expreso Amor, donándote esta pequeña meditación, para hacer posiblemente en la Naturaleza, en el silencio.

Está compuesta por cinco frases.

Siéntate en una posición cómoda, puedes incluso apoyarte en un árbol o en una roca. Cierra los ojos y respira dulcemente.

1ª fase: respira Amor.

Siente que el Amor está delante de ti.
Inspirando, inspira Amor;
exhalando, exhala Amor.
Inspira Amor…
exhala Amor…

Continúa a inspirar y exhalar Amor …
siente que te estás llenando de Amor…
siente que poco a poco te estás convirtiendo en Amor.

2ª fase: escucha al Amor.

Siente que el Amor está allí.
y te está hablando: escúchalo.
Simplemente escucha qué te está susurrando.

3ª fase: percibe el Amor.

Siente que el Amor está junto a ti…
siente que te acaricia el rostro, los cabellos, todo el cuero…
Siente que el Amor te envuelve.

4ª fase: mira al Amor.

Abre los ojos y mira al Amor que se manifiesta:
en una flor,
en una hoja,
en un árbol,
en un color,
en la tierra,
en el cielo,
en una Criatura del cielo, de la tierra,
en 'Quien' está a tu lado.

Observa todo lo que te rodea: en todo y en todos reconoce la expresión del Amor, la manifestación del Amor.

5ª fase: siéntete amada por el Amor.

Permanece junto a aquello que expresa Amor:
el sol, el viento, la lluvia,
las flores, los árboles, la tierra,
el agua, el fuego, el cielo,
toda la Naturaleza,
las Criaturas del cielo, las Criaturas de la tierra,
los 'Corazones' que encuentres,
tu Ángel, la Gran Luz.

Permanece junto a aquellos como una enamorada, como una niña, para saber antes del Amor.
para convertirte luego en Amor,
para sentir su Amor.
