Isotonic sea water, nutrient and medicine

  • 2015

"Seawater can be drunk and it is also an excellent nutrient, a natural antibiotic that can cure us of 90% of diseases and a basic element to fight hunger in the world . " It may seem a wild claim but perhaps the crazy thing is that humanity lives with its back to an element as beneficial and common as seawater.

According to the researchers who make these statements, some facts can make us reflect on the importance of seawater:

OUR NATURAL ENVIRONMENT

Science tells us that life on earth arose from seawater and that our body is composed of 70% water. Seawater has practically the same composition as our body plasma. For this reason our blood, our tears, urine, our mucus ... are salty. The almost equal composition of plasma and seawater makes the latter the best restorer of our internal environment when it deteriorates due to the aggressions of external or internal agents. It is the contribution of all the nutrients that our body needs.

NATURAL MEDICINE

- Seawater is an antibiotic and bactericidal . Eliminates harmful bacteria with respect to the good ones, as opposed to pharmaceutical antibiotics that indiscriminately eliminate beneficial and harmful cells.

- According to statements of the Nobel Prize in 1931, Otto Warbürg, our diseases develop in acidic and oxygen-poor environments and, therefore, “where there is alkalinity and oxygen there can be no disease, no cancer”. If the internal areas of our internal environment have a pH around 5, the sea water has 8.5, which, by drinking seawater we contribute to increase our alkalinity and, consequently, hinder the development of pathogens.

NUTRIENT

- Seawater is an excellent nutrient. All the essential elements for the constitution of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, essential for the life of organisms, are found in seawater (hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, magnesium, manganese, sodium, potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, fluorine, silica and iodine).

- Seawater contains all the minerals from Mendelyev's periodic table that will allow the absorption of essential vitamins in the enzymatic processes of the cell.

MARINE DISPENSARIES

The main line of action of the defenders of the properties of seawater are the so-called “marine dispensaries”, centers of seawater distribution for the population. Little by little they spread in different parts of the world. His idea is to convey the benefits of sea water to the population.

MARINE OASIS: THE END OF HUNGER AND LACK OF WATER

Seawater can have a crucial role in eliminating famine in the world. It is known that several plants resistant to sea salinity develop on the coast. Some of these plants, such as salicornia, are made up of 45% protein. This raises the possibility of making crops (called “sea oasis”) of this type of plant that would be a valuable source of food for areas with poverty problems with access to sea water.

There is in this sense a project in Senegal to make farms that use seawater. In addition, the homes closest to the coast will have seawater in their water network.

A GOOD ABUNDANT

The fact that 97.5% of the Earth's water is salty opens up new perspectives that could minimize humanity's dependence on the scarce 0.5% of river water (the remaining 2% is at the poles).

HOW TO TAKE THE WATER

Water as a nutrient can be taken hypertonic (without lowering) or isotonic (reduced in the proportion of three quarters of fresh water and a quarter of seawater). In the first case it is necessary to drink it in small sips while if it is lowered, it will be taken in small glasses and in a spaced way to avoid that the accumulation of salt in the intestine has a laxative effect. The intake of an amount of a quarter of a liter of seawater per day is recommended, except if you have kidney problems or hypertension. We can obtain the sea water by buying it or collecting it ourselves with the prevention of going to an uncontaminated site (ports, docks, mouths of contaminated rivers ...)

RECOVER THE IDEA OF RENÉ QUINTON

This knowledge is based on the research of scientist René Quinton. In recent decades and years, several people such as Laureano Domínguez, Paco Garcia Ondas, Ángel Gracia and Francisco Sánchez struggle to rescue their legacy and to extend the benefit of seawater to as many people as possible. We provide you with some links to expand information about the properties of seawater, René Quinton and associations that are recovering their legacy:

- Aquamaris and OMDIMAR (Oasis and Marine Dispensaries). Associations that promote the use of seawater in areas of poor food production.

- OMDIMAR project to make a marine oasis in Senegal

- "The dolphin diet ". Book written by Ángel Gracia that defends that good health is based on nutrition, exercise and mind and places seawater in a central place in nutrition.

How to drink seawater . Amusing and practical book written by Mariano Arnal, Aquamaris manager.
