If you and I stimulate our two hemispheres, we are facing a joint work of our brain, which would guarantee the strengthening of our memory and concentration .

Some researchers and scientists argue that sensory stimulation, unusual thoughts and activities and actions will produce in your brain and mine, chemicals from the neurobiological system, substances that will strengthen the successful and effective growth of neurons and dendrites.

Now, on the other hand, those actions that we perform automatically, for the most part, are performed unconsciously.

For these reasons, it is necessary and urgent to help with concentration exercises, which stimulate your brain .

1. Take a book, open it anywhere, and start counting the words in each paragraph, whether long or short.

7. Another of the concentration exercises that I recommend is that when you wake up you listen carefully to the news.

At the end of the day, take paper and pencil and write down the headlines of that news, or at least the most important news.

8. When you are reading a magazine or book, stop at the image that most attracts your attention, and observe it for 2 or 3 minutes.

After observing it, think of 23 adjectives that perfectly qualify the image you observed. You can write them down or record them in your mind.

9. At work or at home, place your mouse on the opposite side. I am absolutely sure that this concentration exercise will help you a lot.

10. When you brush your teeth, the invitation is for you to do it with the opposite hand to the one you normally use.

11. Also, use your watch on the opposite wrist to the one you normally use. With this other concentration exercise you will receive very good benefits for your brain, for your mind .

12. When you have time to do it more calmly and with time, dress with your blindfold. Indeed, you will stimulate your brain in an ideal way.

13. Put together new puzzles, avoid learning them because you would not be receiving the full benefits of the exercise.

You can generate competition with your friends or a family member, in order to observe who finishes first.

14. In your mind visualize the color you want, and hold the image of it for 40 or 50 seconds.
