Reiki Effects

Reiki therapy has several basic effects . These include deep relaxation, detoxification of the energy system, an increase or elevation of the vibrational frequency of the body, vitality and elimination of negative energy.

Reiki therapy involves a large number of elements that are present in almost all alternative healing practices.

This is because it is not only about the spiritual or energetic healing in themselves, but also includes the previous meditation that the Reiki therapist must necessarily perform before providing either a face-to-face or distance therapy, aromatherapy is also used because generally they are always lit sahumerios, hornitos with essences, etc., to accompany these sessions and in this way create the appropriate environment for a correct relaxation and harmonization of the treated being and then to be able to arrive at a relief of the ailment or problem in question.

It is also feasible to combine this energy therapy with naturopathy and homeopathy or floral therapies, all that is necessary to make the treated Being feel better.

But what makes this Japanese healing art so unique and popular is that it is about the transfer of energy in order to restore balance and strength.

In a Reiki session, the therapist places his hands on the patient, at a certain distance, because it is not necessary or essential that the body be touched, as it is not a contact therapy.

The receiver may be lying on a stretcher or sitting with his back straight, the important thing is that both the patient and the therapist are in ways for the energy to flow freely. A Reiki session starts from the head and then works all the way to the feet.

Ideally, the hands should be placed a few centimeters away from the patient's body.

The hands should be cup-shaped (combated) with the fingers tightly joined together so that the positive energy is directed to the person in need and not lost. Otherwise, if the hands get flat, (as I have seen in many photos of people giving Reiki) energy will be extracted, and this will result in something negative for the patient.

For this to work, both the healer or therapist and the person being treated must feel the need to take an active part in the healing process.

The energy is sent, either in person or remotely but the receiver must openly want and want to receive it.

This means having a positive predisposition to heal, to relieve itself in a natural way, making room for that healing energy that will be arriving, simply believing, letting itself flow.

The strength of Reiki therapy depends on the level of the therapist. This force is increasing with practice and with the different initiations.

In fact, it is not in vain or casual that there are three levels of Reiki and then a Master to be able to become a qualified and experienced therapist.

Obviously, the years of practice greatly influence the quality of energy that can be provided. It is also important, the daily practice of the therapist, who must perform constant internal cleaning, to filter all negative energy from their environment and that received from treated people.

For this, it is essential that a person who wishes to heal through this therapy, as surely happens with any other method of energy healing, than the person who will have his I charge the soul of other beings, be they human beings or animals, have yours always prepared, in peace, in harmony, in the Light, and this is only achieved through of the daily and constant practice, without weekends, without holidays, without any bump since it would do no good for someone to give Reiki if they did not practice days, weeks, months or months ago. I will suddenly begin to have patients because I will not be sufficiently prepared.

In the First level only the energy channel is opened and the basic positions of the hands that can perform direct healing on others, whether human beings or animals, are taught.

On the second level, the symbols and positions of the hands are taught so that the practitioner can practice distance healing. ´

At level three, the person must have been able to practice distance healing enough, be very aware of what can be done, be clear about the symbols, the meaning and use of each one to be able to assimilate others more complex, and learn to handle other tools that are awarded at this level.

After the third level the Mastery will come, as I teach it, and I clarify this because there are other teachers who follow another line in which already in the third level the Mastery is granted which from my point of view that is something wrong, for On the one hand, those who wish to move through the 3rd level are obliged, but perhaps they do not yet want to initiate others, to take a Master's degree, and on the other, it is to cram information, techniques and knowledge to someone who perhaps should take some more time to Continue with the practices of what you should learn at this important level before being a Reiki Master.

One question that many ask themselves is whether there are risks in taking a Reiki therapy

The answer is no. The only thing that the patient can do is block the positive energy that is being given to him, but this does not harm him in any way, it will only prevent the energy from flowing properly towards him and he may not be able to relieve or heal his ailment, discomfort or disease, but there is no risk in it.

Another thing that people should remember is that Reiki therapy works in conjunction with Western medicine and other practices.

It has simply been designed to help the person heal naturally from energy. It is also necessary to clarify that Reiki therapy is not successful if only one session is taken. This can be a test, in any case to know and be aware of what you feel, but the ideal is to take several sessions, indicate at least four, and then continue until the patient is completely healed, or relieved of his ailment, whether physical, mental or spiritual. This can only happen when you notice that the body is in harmony with itself.

The Reiki practitioner (that is, who has been initiated in the 1st Reiki Level) should even do daily autoreiki to reduce the anxiety and stress that ensues on a daily basis and thus be able to provide better quality of energy and attention to people who require it.

To become a Reiki practitioner, the first thing to do is enroll in a class given exclusively by a certified Reiki teacher.
