Vocational diagnosis for light workers

  • 2015

Invocation and evocation are two words that describe that something mysterious - emanation, silent demand, innate impulse towards the light, which produces interaction and relationship, being the cause of the penetration into the light and of all progress or progress, in the path of the expanding consciousness. The same happens in the plant that makes its way from the darkness of the ground to the sunlight; in the child that emerges from the impulse of life, from the mother's womb; in the human being who strives to go to the realms of greater knowledge and to an effective physical life; in the aspirant who passes from the Classroom of Learning to the Classroom of Wisdom; in the disciple who enters the kingdom of the light and life of the soul.

The whole process of invocation-evocation is related to the expression of willpower. The invocation is the call that is made of the higher powers. Evocation is the result of that which has come into contact. The tension of the lower evokes the attention of the superior. The vocation is the response to the call we feel for the service.

The Human Condition: labor, work and action.

Human existence is not the work of a day, not even a cycle, but the totality of the actions performed during countless previous existences. In all that time we have known different denominations prior to homo sapiens: homo ludens, homo faber, homo laborans, words that relate it to action and this in turn to thought. A vocational diagnosis would begin by identifying the level of existence in which an individual is, as well as their motivation.

The work is related to doing and those household activities that, because they are routine, have been relegated to the work of the machines: the washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc., allowing the human being to devote his time to more mental tasks.

Since the industrial revolution machines have been used to apply energy to matter and work was conceived as the application of energy to matter to change its properties.

Devices that perform mental work have been developed since the computer revolution: artifacts that observe (generate symbols), communicate (transmit symbols) and think (process symbols logically). The action came to be conceived as the application of wisdom on knowledge to achieve its intuitive understanding. Applied knowledge is force that expresses itself, applied wisdom is energy in activity, intuitive understanding is inclusive participation in the creative activity of Divinity.

The origin of the action is hidden behind the purposes of any life, its behavior will be understood when performing an analysis-synthesis-evaluation of its mental processes.

The levels at which earthly wisdom is achieved are:

  1. The knowledge of objects and processes.
  2. The understanding of the meanings
  3. The appreciation of the values
  4. The nobility of work: duty.
  5. The motivation of the goals: morality.
  6. The love of service: character.
  7. The cosmic vision: spiritual discernment.
Of interests, aptitudes and attitudes.

To make a vocational diagnosis it is necessary to establish a triangular relationship between the interests, aptitudes and attitudes of people.

While aptitude is the ability to properly perform a task or task, the attitude is the individual's own behavior in performing those tasks. Interest refers to the feeling that focuses attention on an object, event or process, so it is related to curiosity or surprise.

John Holland differentiates between six models of environments that coincide with six personality types, known according to the acronym RIASEC:

Realistic type. People who face their environment objectively and concretely. They are inclined to occupations related to the handling of instruments, machines, etc ... They prefer activities that involve dynamism, manual and motor skills.

Intellectual Type They face the environment through the use of intelligence, solve problems through ideas, language, symbols and avoid situations that require physical, social and commercial activities. They prefer scientific professions related to theoretical problems.

Artistic type. They use feelings, intuition and imagination. They avoid conventional situations. They are interested in artistic content. They give little value to professions of an economic or realistic nature.

Social Type He faces his environment through skills that favor communication and understanding with others, show his desire to help. They have social skills and need to interact. They have a positive self-image and are considered leaders.

Entrepreneur Type Bold, dominant, energetic and impulsive attitude. Avoid situations of intellectual and aesthetic type. It places great value on risky situations such as leadership, political and economic aspects.

Conventional Type They choose objectives with social approval instead of those of an ethical or aesthetic type. They prefer passive, orderly and very organized activities. They prefer administrative, office and economic affairs tasks.

Of work, occupations and professions.

Human beings are born in cultures that group a variety of work environments: entrepreneurships, occupations and disciplines that we can learn. Most of them require skill in a set of intelligences.

Labor competences contribute to the development of each of the seven intelligences, they are those that enable people to enter a job stay in it and subsequently learn the specific elements of the activity.

General labor competences are particularly important today due to the changes that have occurred in the organization of work. Organizations currently require greater coordination among people to undertake actions, versatility (possibility of assuming different types of functions or jobs), service orientation and continuous improvement, ability to face changes, anticipate situations and create innovative alternatives to The solution of problems

The occupational field includes people, institutions, incentives and everything that makes it possible to make judgments about the quality of occupational performance. To the extent that a field judges a person competent, the person is likely to succeed in it and want to professionalize.

Every complex society has at least one hundred and two hundred different occupations, and any major university offers at least fifty different areas of study. Disciple is one who follows a discipline, then two questions arise How will the disciple address disciplinary studies? What will be the disciplines of your choice?

A profession is a specialized activity of work within society. Professions are occupations that require specialized knowledge, professional training (educational training of different levels - basic, medium or higher - according to each case), control over the content of work, self-regulation (unions), spirit of community service (altruism ), and high ethical standards (deontology).

The International Labor Organization divided the jobs into 10 main groups:

1 Directors and managers

2 Scientific and intellectual professionals

3 Middle level technicians and professionals

4 Administrative support staff

5 Service workers and sellers of shops and markets

6 Farmers and skilled workers in agriculture, forestry and fisheries

7 Officers, operators and artisans of mechanical arts and other crafts

8 Plant and machine operators and assemblers

9 Elementary occupations

0 Military occupations

These occupations are distributed vertically in five occupational levels, from semi-qualified to senior management and management. Each of the nine occupational areas contains a number of occupations in the five levels, to which I would add two more: that of the weavers (fusion of philosophy with psychology) and that of the therapists (fusion of art with medicine). The following is an example of levels and occupations in the health sector.

  1. Semi-certified: kitchen helpers, guards, groomers.
  2. Qualified: nursing, dental assistants, health promoters.
  3. Technician: nurses, dental technicians, optical technicians, respiratory therapy.
  4. Technological: therapists in all fields.
  5. Professional: doctors, dentists, optometrists, dentists.
  6. Mastery: psychosocial weavers.
  7. Managers: health service managers.

Light workers would begin to recognize themselves from the fourth level.

Of creativity, awareness and service.

Another criterion to take into account in the vocational diagnosis is to determine if the individual expresses himself as a personality or has already achieved his fusion with the soul, if he gives more importance to the brain or the heart, if he follows the method of the white magician or the magician black.

Two sciences that help us achieve it did not even exist at the time the intelligence tests were designed: cognitive science (the study of the mind) and neuroscience (the study of the brain). There is a difference between the vocational orientation given to the aspirants and the training done to the disciples. Vocational orientation focuses on the development of personality, the training of disciples involves the fusion with the soul. Occupational therapy is one of the methods to integrate personality.

True knowledge is intelligent love because it is the fusion of intellect and devotion. Unity is felt in the heart; its intelligent application to life must be developed through knowledge, thus creativity arises.

Creativity involves the function of the brain, heart and throat. Creativity arises from the interaction of these three nodes:

  1. The individual with his own profile of interests, aptitudes and values.
  2. The fields to study and master something in a culture.
  3. The judgments issued by the professional field that considers someone competent within that culture. To the extent that the field accepts innovations, a person, or his work, can be considered creative.

Awareness is related to metacognition, such as the person's ability to identify which strategies make learning more efficient. A fundamental objective of learning is to facilitate the selection and pursuit of objectives. The skills required by the light worker are those that require to strengthen the frequency of his beam line: his intelligence.

Service is the ability of a person to recognize how their actions and processes affect and contribute to the satisfaction of the needs of others, it is the attitude to guarantee the satisfaction of those needs in a timely and permanent manner, it is the quality of helping others pertinently.

Workers, Builders and Weavers.

At present there are no outstanding characters as in the past, but groups that represent certain ideas, since around the year 1500 the Masters of Wisdom determined to train the minds of men more quickly, the formation of group units that brought the appearance of A new group of workers and thinkers. Lightworkers were part of an experiment to inaugurate certain new work techniques and communication methods . These groups aimed to facilitate mutual interrelation or communication:

1 Political Organizers

2 Constructivist Educators

3 Cognitive Psychologists

4 The Creative Workers

5 Scientific Servers

6 Religious workers

7 Financial Economists

8 The Magnetic Healers

9 Telepathic Communicators

10 The trained observers

During the last four centuries, one group after another has appeared playing its part and today we reap the fruit of its effort. In the cultural group we find the rise of the Isabelina era, the musicians of Germany and the Victorian era. There are also groups of painters, founders of the famous schools that are the glory of Europe. Two recognized groups, one cultural and the other political, also played their part, bringing one the Renaissance, and the other the French Revolution. Philosophers have always been but most of them were isolated units that founded schools characterized by partisanship and separativity. Kant is considered to have originated the idea of constructivism.

There have also been many religious groups, including Catholic Catholics, Protestants, Lutherans, Calvinists and Methodists, Pilgrim Fathers, Huguenots and Moravian martyrs.

Scientific researchers work with the forces and energies that constitute the divine idea. There we find true biologists initiated into the mysteries that contributed to the world the foundations of the plot of life, as well as a new science: cybernetics.

The two most modern groups are those of the psychologists who work under the `` Manifest '' mandate, you know yourself, and that of the financiers, custodians of the media with which man can live in materiality.

Cognitive psychologists began to give importance to the mind and perception. Jerome Bruner considers that three titans of cognitive science were Freud, Piaget and Vygostky.

Financial economists are as old as commerce, the privately owned company in the hands of investors became a corporation. The labor movement has fought for the quality of work life.

The creative Workers emerged as a merger of the cultural group and the group of philosophers, adding to art, the technique necessary in its elaboration. Creativity implies the function of the brain, heart and throat.

The engineers fused the best of art and science giving rise to technology. It was British leaders who gave rise to the industrial revolution.

Developers come from the best that culture brings: philosophers, biologists, psychologists, engineers.

These groups used the following energy and lightning centers in their work:

Group 1. Coronary, cardiac and basic. Lightning 1

Group 2. Coronary, laryngeal and ajna. Lightning 2

Group 3. Coronary, cardiac, laryngeal and solar. Lightning 3

Group 4. Coronary, cardiac, sacral and basic. Lightning 4

Group 5. Coronary, laryngeal and sacral. Lightning 5

Group 6. Coronary, cardiac and solar plexus. Lightning 6

Group 7. Coronary, cardiac, laryngeal and sacrum. Lightning 7

Group 8. Coronary, cardiac and ajna.

Group 9. Coronary, cardiac and laryngeal.

Group 10. Coronary, cardiac and solar plexus.

The fourth group of disciples was the first to employ four centers in their work, because in a curious way, they are mediators of thoughts among the other groups. Peculiarly they constitute a linking group.

It is known by the name of creative builders to the joint work of the seven rays. Constructivism in no other discipline is more motivating than in the psychology of art and creativity. Blake, Kafka, Wittgenstein and Picasso did not find the worlds they produced. They invented them.

It could be added here that creative activity is possible in the field of art when the first aspect of the unifying energy of man can act and the soul (expressing, its third aspect or lower) begin to work. The creative work is done when two of the "petals of knowledge" of the soul lotus are opened. Then man, through knowledge and creative energy, will create something on the physical plane that will express the creative power of the soul. When two of the "petals of love" are opened then a genius appears. When two of the "petals of will" are opened, a dominant politician appears who can become a monster of evil as Hitler was.

The psychologists dedicated their effort to the excessive emphasis on the conscientious study of abnormal and subnormal, twisted and deformed minds of defective equipment, and due attention was not given to the divinely abnormal, nor to these types of consciousness that transcend the common state Human intelligent perception. These supernormal states are expressed through the great artists, musicians, playwrights, writers and many other types of creative workers who have been the glory of the human kingdom in the course of the ages and who will shine with greater glory during the 21st century. Some men and women stand on their peers and produce superior things in their own field; His work contains in itself the principle of divinity and immortality. The task of the creative artists, the intuitive perception of the great scientific researchers, the inspired imagination of the world's poets and the vision of the enlightened idealists, should be justified and explained, because the laws under which such men and women work, They still had to be discovered. The idealist and constructivist philosophers who motivated the educators of the new era contributed to this.

From the fusion between idealistic philosophy and cognitive psychology, therapists, mental health professionals dedicated to enhancing the intelligence of human beings, were reborn. Initially they were called “bridge builders” to refer to the gap that had to be closed between concrete and abstract minds, through the practical mind. The disciples (from Kant or Piaget for example) began to focus on the mental planes and make their minds work intelligently and consciously. They shaped an Illuminated Path using meditation and with a constant effort to attract intuition through service and obedience to the Plan. They oriented their life towards the world of spiritual realities and certain dynamic movements of orientation and approach planned and carefully regulated and directed, the will to live as a spiritual being was introduced into their consciences with such definition and determination that produced immediate progress.

All those who manage to synthesize in themselves the horizontal life and the vertical life are known as weavers in the light . Vertical life constitutes the Technique of presence, horizontal life constitutes the Technique of service. The vertical warp is woven with the horizontal weave shaping the social fabric. It is woven working with a planned purpose, a loving understanding and an intelligent activity.

In the future, cognitive Science and its lower analogy, the Science of Social Evolution (the antakarana or all human beings), will be known as the Science of Invocation and Evocation. Actually it is the Science of Magnetic Relationship, where straight relationships are established through mutual invocation, and a process of response, evocation, is carried out. This science underlies the conscious awakening of the centers and their interrelation, in the relationship between one man and another, one group and another and, eventually, between one nation and another. This invocation and the subsequent evocation, opportunely relates to the soul and personality and to the soul and spirit. It is the main objective of the human demand to God, the fifth kingdom and the spiritual Powers of the cosmos, no matter how they are designated. The clamor rises. The invocation of humanity can evoke and evoke, response of the fifth kingdom and will give the first demonstration, on a vast scale, of this new esoteric-esoteric science because it is based on sound.

The secret of the will consists in recognizing the divine will in man and the more people can manage to link the superior and inferior aspects of human nature, the faster the task of saving the world will be carried out. The more conscientiously and persistently this work is done, the sooner the Hierarchy of the planet will resume its ancient task and take its rightful place in the world and the Mysteries will also be restored and, therefore, the world will function more consciously according to Plan.
