During the past few years we have experienced relentless energy discharges to which we respond with physical symptoms ranging from extreme fatigue to nausea and physical illness. These downloads occur more and more frequently
and intensity, and we wonder why, with such high energy, we can feel so bad.
There are a couple of misconceptions about energy that lead us to underestimate its effects and overestimate its potential. No matter how high the frequency of these discharges, we are limited in our ability to integrate them until we clear the density of our energy body. The discharges will continue to increase in vibration and frequency, so our energy response will also do so, until we are clear enough to connect with them more fluently.
Energy discharges occur in response to the need for higher frequencies to propel the ascent process.
We have to integrate and align with these frequencies as part of our own ascent path. But how can we do that when we feel more disempowered by them? They pose problems and challenges, physical, emotional and spiritual, that seem to stop us dry. And that is part of its purpose, to show us where we are aligned with denser frequencies, which are hidden from our understanding, so that we can clear them. Higher frequencies shed light on our darkness so we can illuminate it.
They also raise the density associated with karma and that can be a powerful awakening, as I experienced this week, after hurting my back a week ago, which meant I could not walk for three days. Another of my life lessons was that I was paralyzed as a child and could not walk for almost 5 years. In a pre-Egyptian life, I was a beautiful and powerful queen just crowned, killed by a trusted friend and jealous confidant who slaughtered me. At that moment I realized how the fear of being my true self was born, of settling in my power, of speaking and taking a step forward and moving forward, something I have struggled with for decades. Every time I try to move forward in my life, I create a 'paralyzing' experience and this has been repeated many times. I understand now and his power over me is over.
What do these energy discharges arise for you? The end of a relationship, a betrayal, having to face a fear or the materialization of a karmic incident that has been a powerful force in your life? A physical manifestation of the energy that they have been carrying (and perhaps ignoring) for a long time? Those are the highest frequencies discovering their densest energies so they can release them. Once they do, they are open to integrate these new frequencies and align with them. This also means that anything in your life that vibrates at a lower frequency will disappear or have an invitation to change your energy. Our lessons of acceptance and accepting the choices of others, no matter what they are, come into play here.
These are not easy times, but they are new opportunities for us to release entire lives of fear and misalignment with the superior energy of unconditional love, which have prevented us from creating heaven on earth for ourselves and the planet.
It is time for us to complete this aspect of our individual and collective life purpose, the ascension cycle. So while you are struggling with this energy integration, pay attention to what comes up for you. Whether it is something physical, emotional or spiritual, it is an energy that has reached the time to leave your energy body. And when you release it, you create a new place of alignment with the highest frequencies that can help you create the love, joy, peace and abundance that your heart and spirit desire for you as part of your heaven on earth.
