Inhale and exhale several times to silence the noise from outside and be able to hear the beat of your heart .. visualize in front of you a beautiful column of light and inhale several times the light of the column taking you to a total calm .. You inhale light ... you retain life ... exhale love .. over and over again ...
Locate yourself in a point of nature, that special place full of life .. vibrates with it .. perceive every element that exists in it .. the heat of the sun .. the music that releases the wind between the trees .. the aroma of the flowers .. listen to laughter of children playing and transmitting their joy ... Spread your hands and receive that energy that shapes life in the environment .. that energy is LOVE ... observe how in your hands how it solidifies becoming a beautiful glowing sphere of light Rosa ... take her to your heart level ... It feels like its light becomes one with you and envelops you in it…. It is the flame of love that surrounds your Being reminding you that you are part of that LOVE and that both are one ... take a moment in silence to feel flooded with its energy that invites you to value yourself ... to believe in you ... to trust ...
