In Reiki manual 1, special attention should be given to WHO CAN BE APPLIED TO REIKI, HANDS, STEPS IN A REIKI TREATMENT AND HAND POSITIONS. In Reiki manual 4, you have to understand that meditating is paying attention to everything at once without judging anything ... you have to be clear about the genuine concept of meditation ... You must be clear about the name of each posture (lotus, semilot, zazen, Burmese, ...) and practice them until you choose the one that suits you best (sitting in a chair also applies). You must practice BREATHING MEDITATION, if it can be every day until the end of the course, if only for 5 minutes. Those who have not meditated never start with 2 minutes. Those who are used to meditating do so for 20 minutes. Read the concept of GASSHO (equivalent to Namaste) well and discern between Gassho (mudra) and Gassho rei (reverence). People with poor circulation should not meditate with their legs crossed, but rather sitting in a chair.
In Reiki manual 5, pay special attention to the DRY BATH and practice it several times. Also practice the exercise BREATHE BY HANDS. The other exercises read them and practice them if there is time. When you are teachers you should tell the students to do the REIKI CIRCLE AND THE CONCENTRATED REIKI.
In Reiki manual 6 the most important thing and what you should practice a lot is the exercise HOW TO FEEL THE ENERGY DIVINE LIGHT IN THE HANDS.
In Reiki manual 7, if you have quartz gems at home, learn to clean a gem (see METHODS TO CLEAN GEMS), practice the EXERCISE TO BALANCE THE CHAKRAS. And if you really have time and you like gems (to dedicate yourself to teaching Reiki with the use of gems) buy the minimum stones needed to balance the chakras. Also practice the exercise FOR EMOTIONAL PAIN (at the end of the book).
In Reiki manual 8, be clear about the difference between essential oils, essences and aromas, understand the 8 ways to use essential oils and look at applying at least one of the remedies that appear in the HEIWA TO AI REMEDIES section. WITH ESSENTIAL OILS.
In Reiki manual 9, understand how unconscious energy exchange occurs. Practice THE CASCADE OF LIGHT, THE REIKI SHOWER. Be clear on how to be a PURE CHANNEL. And if you want to apply THE GREAT METHOD TO PURIFY THE HOUSE. Read carefully OTHER METHODS FOR ENERGY CLEANING.
