The ideal human state is one in which science, philosophy and religion are combined in a meaningful unity through the joint action of knowledge, understanding and wisdom. Thoughts are what lead us to God and you can only perceive the divine nature with the eyes of the mind. All internal and spiritual communication of the mental type is called spiritual discernment. Reason can lead us to the first cause, but religious faith is needed to transform that first cause into a God of salvation and revelation is subsequently needed to validate such faith.
Magic was the branch of the religious tree that finally bore the fruit of the scientific era. The belief in astrology led to the development of astronomy, the belief in the philosopher's stone led to the knowledge of metallurgy, while the belief in magic numbers founded the science of mathematics. The words, to become fetishes, had to be considered inspired, and the invocation of the writings, supposedly inspired by the divinity led directly to the establishment of the authority of the church, while the evolution of civil forms led to the flourishing of the authority of the State.
For a long time the vocation was related to the religious, understanding the vocation as an invitation from God to devote himself to consecrated life. Today the vocation is understood as the desire to undertake a career, a profession or any other occupation or activity when all the necessary skills or knowledge have not yet been acquired. That vocation can be awakened either by the evocation made by the memory of a deep desire or by the invocation made by the conscience from the planning of a dream. The divine soul is the daughter of the universe and can only be known through cosmic discernment and spiritual discovery. In the concept of the Atman, the Hindu masters truly approached an appreciation of the nature of the Presence, but failed to distinguish the co-presence of the evolving and potentially immortal soul. The Greeks believed in three souls three souls; the vegetative soul resided in the stomach, the animal soul in the heart, the intellectual soul in the brain. The Eskimos believe that man has three parts: body, soul and name.
Every great religion that arises is under the influence of one of the rays, but it does not necessarily mean that each successive ray will result in a powerful religion. Evolutionary religion is sentimental, it is not logical.
