When doing the cleaning becomes an act of Meditation

Who would say to do the cleaning can be another way of doing Meditation, of reuniting with oneself, although it sounds somewhat crazy for a lot of this, it is a reality, because that time that we dedicate to cleaning our homes It can allow us to meet again with ourselves, give us that much sought-after time in our busy schedules and that seems to be in short supply. To do the cleaning, for many it is synonymous with a boring task, a burden, something that inevitably needs to be done, but, everything is a matter of focus. Although I would rather say attitude, what would happen if instead of complaining when executing this noble task, we transformed our negative attitude to a positive one? The benefits will be many, not only will you enjoy the satisfaction and serenity that comes with seeing a clear, clean place, but you will feel freer, free the tao in (Feng Shui is the way, the way, the way to heaven ), is the energy that leads us to realize our goals and dreams. But for that we need the road free of obstacles. The disorder leads us to confusion, to chaos, our energy is blocked, while order gives us that clarity of what we want, our energy flows more easily. It is something very simple, but, basic when we want to achieve results and gradually achieve our goals.

The act of cleaning the closet, the desk, the bedroom, and each space of our homes will result in a wonderful feeling of Freedom, by cleaning our spaces, we also clean our emotions, we free ourselves from fears and confusion.

With the arrangement of objects we even issue messages. For example, the excessive accumulation of objects emits the message of saturation of confusing ideas, projects and plans, very poorly structured and poorly defined. The place where the disorder has accumulated determines the message we emit, reflects our present moment, how we feel and live:

* If there is disorder and objects piled up at the entrance of the house, the message is fear of relating to other people.

* If there is disorder in the room, the message is that we fear social rejection.

* If the disorder is in the dining room, the utensils we emit is that we are afraid of the fact of not taking firm and solid steps and a sense of domination by the family.

* If it is in the kitchen, the message is of resentment or sentimental fragility.

* If it is in the closet, the message is that it makes it difficult for us to analyze and manage emotions.

* If the disorder is at the desk or work area the message is of frustration, fear and need to control situations.

* If it is behind the doors, the message is that we fear we will not be accepted by others or that we feel guarded.

* If it is under furniture, it is that we give too much importance to appearances.

* If the mess and the objects piled up are in the halls, the message is about conflicts to communicate and fear of manifesting what we want in life.

* If the disorder is in warehouses, the message is that we live in the past.

* If it is in the garage, the message is that we feel fear or lack the ability to update ourselves.

* If it is throughout the house, the message is of courage, anger, carelessness and apathy towards life.

I am sure that this information will be very useful to them, and above all they will begin to see the hour of cleaning as a sacred moment, it is the moment to put order in your house, in your life, to your ideas, then do the cleaning too it's an art. And not only I think about it, I believe and affirm, there are other people like Dominique Loreau, a French writer who recently presented her new book: "Faire le ménage chez soi, faire le ménage en soi" who states that the art of cleaning allows us to maintain a a certain mental balance, in addition to allowing us to better appreciate the place we inhabit, lands us in the present moment.

Finally, if you want to give a more mystical touch to this time when you clean your homes, sing a mantra, light a candle, burn an incense, make decrees or affirmations, I am sure that later you will be recharged with good energy and optimism. Get to work and clean!

Namaste! And until next month

The author explains the benefits that a clean and orderly place can make one feel much better physically and morally: to find the will to live within it, improve one's image and have better control over the circumstances.
