Dear ... everything, absolutely everything that surrounds you, expresses itself under contraction and expansion energies, under dynamic processes that have been there for eons and will continue, because the energy of change and transformation is what promotes the emergence of Life. in every way.

Everything and everyone is subject to it, and your "Now" is like this because this process has never stopped. The living species know it… but the human being is the only one who seems not to want to know, since he represents the only living species that does not live entirely aligned with the pulsation of your Mother Earth.

Gaia's heartbeat is the sound of life around you and such a heartbeat is perceptible through all the manifestations that Life gives you at every moment ... even if you don't put your intention to perceive them. In fact, the track of the change that could occur or be happening in your life, most likely you will find it in everything that naturally surrounds you. Have you given yourself permission to observe the plant environment that surrounds you in the area where you live? Have you observed what happens with your plants or your animals? It's natural to think like that, right? Sure! In fact, winter represents the energy of contraction and summer, the energy of expansion. Ah! But there is a detail ... The summer you are waiting for in your life may not necessarily arise when you want it ... but when you "touch". And when does a summer come? For necessarily after a winter, although not "at any time of winter", but when the winter process has gradually come to an end, "when it has to be" ...

That is why we urge you to keep in mind - when you are immersed in your own processes of change and transformation - what were the causes that caused such effects ... and notice if in these processes it is clear to you that the times "between cause and effect" or “Between the origin of the change and the subsequent transformation”… they obey a predictable pattern such as the process of ripening of a fruit.

Beyond the natural expectations you may have about the changes that humanity is in the process of experiencing, we just want to urge you to become aware of your own personal processes. Regardless of what it may seem to you, we urge you to try to face and live your own processes of change, avoiding getting caught in what is happening externally ... because in the end, your own perception of Life will be the one that will give you the possibility of attenuating the probable emotional effects derived from any circumstance of change and transformation that may be happening around you.

Bless you, human, for perceiving that your whole Being is a moving process ... within other moving processes. Bless you, for understanding that you are your own cause and your own effect. Bless you, for understanding that change is necessary for the necessary transformation to occur in your own Self and, consequently, in your own environment.

And despite the changes and transformations you may experience, you will always be lovingly loved by the Spiritual family that you long for ...
