INNOVATION COURSE Unit 2. Technologies. Learning Object 1: Cybernetics

In the age of systems, systemic thinking, expansionism and objective teleology provided the intellectual foundations of a worldview that does not exclude the age of the machine but incorporates it As a special case. The machines are understood as instruments of the intended systems.

Systemic thinking pays special attention to organizations: intentional systems that contain intentional parts that fulfill different roles or functions, and that are in themselves parts of larger intended systems. This approach reveals three fundamental interrelated problems with organizations: how to design and manage the systems so that they can effectively serve their own purposes, the purposes of their parts, and those of the systems m Big ones of which they are part. These are the problems of self-control, humanization and environmentalization, respectively.

The sciences of administration and management constitute an autonomous body of knowledge, which aims to clarify the collective behavioral actions of organized human groups, which result in the creation of companies, associations, administrations, etc. The administration and management sciences are action and decision sciences, which are supported and articulated in numerous disciplines of the exact sciences and of the human sciences. The administration and management sciences group disciplines such as finance, human resources, marketing, accounting, information systems, logistics, entrepreneurship, organizational theory.

Thanks to the science of management, we have been able to understand how information becomes ideas for decision-making, and thus we approach the era of ideas, a synthesis of the era of the machine and the era of the systems.

OBJECTIVES

  • Establish relationships between communication, control and management.
  • Establish differences between organizations and organizations.
  • Understand the management from a cybernetic model.

RULE EIGHT

That the group evokes within itself a response to the seven major groups that, with love and understanding, carry out the hierarchical will. The group contains all seven, being the perfect group. The seven minors, the seven major and the seven planetariums, form a great whole, and the group must know them. When this is known and understood the Law of the Seven Complementary, that the group understands the three and then the ONE. They can do it for the united breath and the unified rhythm.

INTRODUCTORY ACTIVITY: Of machines, organizations and organizations.

Mark Zuckerberg, a student at Harvard University, in 2003, had the idea of creating a website to rate the attractiveness of his university classmates after his girlfriend Erica ended up with him. With his computer skills, Mark managed to extract names and photographs of several students from the databases of Harvard servers. Using a ranking algorithm provided by his best friend, Eduardo Saverin, Mark created a page called FaceMash, where his classmates chose the most attractive girl. Finally, Mark was punished with six months of academic suspension when traffic from his site collapsed the Harvard network, while most of his classmates vilified him. His project was so innovative and successful that it eventually extended to be available to any user of the network, making Facebook what it is today. The Social Network is a documentary about Facebook.

Trevor, a twelve-year-old teenager, begins seventh grade in Las Vegas, his social science teacher Eugene Simonet gives the class a task to devise and implement a plan that will change the world for the better. Trevor's plan is a charitable program based on the creation of networks of good works. He calls his plan "pay forward", which means that the recipient of a favor does a favor for three others instead of returning the favor. However, it must be an important favor that the recipient cannot complete on his own. Trevor does a favor for three people, asking each of them to "pay the favor in advance" by doing favors to three other people, and so on, along a branched tree of good works. His first good deed is to let a tramp named Jerry live in his garage, and Jerry pays the favor by making repairs for Trevor's mother. Trevor's efforts seem to fail when Jerry falls into drug addiction, but Jerry pays his debt later by talking to a suicidal woman, who is about to jump from a bridge. Chain of favors is a 2000 American film.

  • After watching the films The Social Network and Chain of Favors, answer the following questions: what is the difference between chain, system and network? How can a chain (pyramid) be converted to a network? How chains or networks have generated cash flow? How does effectiveness relate to solidarity?

ACTIVITY ONE: Communication

Cybernetics, as a science that studies control and the media in machines and living beings, defines a universal principle related to the notions of stability and control, which occurs both in living beings and in society and in society. The technique. A part of this discipline deals with the concept of the system itself and the combined functioning of the elements and structures existing in it; another studies the mechanisms of control and regulation and another, the theory of information. These three subdivisions have one aspect in common: the existence of regulatory circuits, whose rationale and rationale is applicable both to machines and to living beings or to the State itself. But while politicians focus their attention on the type of system called "organizations", cybernetics are more concerned with the type of system called "organisms"; but often they treat organizations as if they were organisms.

It was information theory, which by integrating statistical methods, communication techniques and coding systems, gave a strong boost to the construction and use of computers. Despite the fact that computers are mechanisms, they seem to make choices. But it's not like that. Its behavior is determined entirely by the information and the program placed on the computer by external sources. With the computer revolution, it seeks to develop and use instruments that perform mental work instead of physical: artifacts that observe (generate symbols), communicate (transmit symbols) and think (process symbols logically). Together, information technologies have made mechanization of control possible: automation.

The cybernetic model is based on communication and its components are: process inputs, outputs. The inputs refer to the transmission of data from the periphery to the memory through channels. The outputs refer to an interface that takes the data to the receiver.

Observers, communicators and connoisseurs come into play in human communication, where interpersonal relationships will facilitate the free flow of resources to meet human needs.

  • Analyze in your design what are the inputs and what are the outputs and how the information is processed inside the body.

ACTIVITY TWO: The control

An organization is an intentional system that contains at least two intentional elements that have a common purpose for which the system has a functional division of labor; its functionally distinct subsets can respond to reciprocal behavior through observation or communication and at least one subset has a function of system control. The control function is generally exercised by an executive body that operates based on the principle of feedback.

Because an organism is a system that has a functional division of labor, it is also said to be organized. Its generally distinct parts are called "organs." Its operation is necessary but not sufficient to realize the purpose of the organism. In the human organism there are three subsystems that fulfill the function of regulation and control: the lymphatic, nervous and endocrine systems.

Organizations are divided into levels and each level is divided into units that are differentiated by function, type of product, market or some combination of these aspects. Coordination includes the interactions of units of the same level and integration with the interactions of units of different levels.

Control is one of the phases of the administrative process and is closely related to planning.

Planning of objectives and goals.

Organization of the strategies to use.

Determination of the type of resources required.

Execution of the plan with whom, when and how.

Feedback on performance according to the results.

When the principles of coordination and integration are combined, the holistic principle is obtained: each part of an organization of any level must be planned simultaneously and interdependently.

Self-control in the human being is called autonomy. Autonomy is that ability of human beings to follow their own rules when making decisions.

  • Analyze how you apply the concepts of coordination and integration to your personality.

ACTIVITY THREE: The management

The term management is used to refer to the set of actions, or procedures that allow the realization of any activity or desire. In other words, a management refers to all those procedures that are carried out in order to solve a situation or materialize a project. In the business or commercial environment, management is associated with the administration of the resources of an organization.

Management is the assumption and exercise of responsibilities on a process (that is, on a set of activities) which includes: Concern for the provision of the resources and structures necessary for it to have place. The coordination of their activities with their corresponding interactions and peers.

By resource means any object or instrument that can be used to obtain another object that one needs or desires. Therefore, information, knowledge and understanding are resources as much as money is. The three main obstacles to the development of society and therefore, the three main producers of corruption, are scarcity of resources, poor distribution of resources and insecurity. This has resulted in defining management areas as the set of activities or group of activities that contribute to the achievement of the objectives of an organization.

In the case of the human organism, these areas of management are the endocrine glands. The glandular system through hormones, affects all parts of the physical organism through the bloodstream. The orderly and efficient functioning of a multicellular and complex organism, such as that of the human being, requires that the various parties act in concert. The nervous, endocrine and immune systems function as the body's main controls. The nervous system controls body activity by increasing or decreasing the secretion of many of the body's hormones, these hormones, in turn, regulate many, but most of the body's metabolic functions.

A human being can learn a lot from the functioning of the organism if he relates the management indicators to the activity of the management areas: his hormones.

  • Determine how management areas work in an organization.

THE LAW OF THE SEVEN COMPLEMENTARY

I will first define, quite clearly, the different septenaries referred to in this rule. I will classify them in order of appearance and define them. Then I will expand in order to indicate where the training begins, where the rule is applied and how the incorporated rule acquires the category of Law, which the apprentice cannot avoid.

1. The seven major groups are the seven groups or ashramas within the Hierarchy.

2. The seven planetary groups the seven rays, the central energy septenary.

3. The seven minors are the seven human types and the seven root races.

4. The seven complementary are the seven energy centers of the individual man.

Each of the seven centers responds to one of the seven rays and their qualities, according to the conditioning energy of the soul ray and the forces emanating from the environment. These centers develop progressively according to the impact of the circumstances and the Law of the Seven Complementary, but, opportunely, all will express to some extent the seven types of lightning energy.

The Law of Seven Complementary can be paraphrased as follows:

“The Law requires the entry of what can make a change. The Law requires that the right direction should guide the incoming forces. The Law requires that the changes thus made produce the removal of the form, bring the quality to the light and put the emphasis on life. The Law requires the One to carry it out, acting through the Three, energizing the Seven, drawing a straight line that goes from here, ending at the point that ignores the three. ”

The rule continues to state that, when this is understood and applied, four things happen to the group. Should:

1. Understand the nature of the three.

2. Capture and understand the nature of the One.

3. Act through the united breath.

4. Achieve a unified rhythm.

The three eldest are Shamballa, Hierarchy and Humanity.

The One Being is the being that gives life to our Solar System.

The advanced student will have discerned the differences between 12, 9 and 7, as well as the importance of 8.

  • Explain how a system of seven centers was passed to a system of nine.

THE WEAVER IN THE LIGHT

The name of "The Weavers in the Light", from this part of the course, derives from horizontal work. The art of weaving implies a double process, the warp and the weft, also demanding the activity of the weaver, while maintaining the model in his superior mind. The light of the soul illuminates, with its knowledge, the high mind of the weaver, presenting the canon or archetype of the model to be woven. The lower mind is the shuttle; the warp constitutes the perpendicular of the planned and dynamic purpose; the plot, the thread of necessity or the mobile dictated by the practical development of the archetypal canon. The finished fabric is the goal achieved, or the action devoted to the plan, through love.

Mercy as a disposition to sympathize with the works and miseries of others, manifests itself in kindness, assistance to the needy, especially in forgiveness and reconciliation. It is more than a feeling of sympathy, it is a practice. Mercy is also a feeling of sorrow or compassion for those who suffer, which drives them to help or relieve them; on certain occasions, it is the virtue that drives to be benevolent in the trial or punishment. Its etymology identifies it with having a supportive heart with those in need. In the works of mercy we see that seven belong to the field of health and seven to the field of education.

The etheric networks of the sacred planets are largely triangles, while that of the Sun is formed by interlocking circles. The effort to be made today on earth (as the planetary Being sees it) consists in carrying out a transformation of the planet's network, and thus slowly changing the existing squares, into triangles. This is not only done by creating divisions, applying the Law of Separation, but also by the recognition, in consciousness, of duality, plus the application of the directed movement and the appearance of the two triangles, instead of a square. When this takes place, the perceiving consciousness recognizes its identity and ends the reign of the square. These words were once told to me by an ancient seer who esoterically bisected the square, forming two triangles, joining them into a new manifestation to form the Star of Life. Reflect on this.
