  • 2010

When we walk among the trees in a park or forest, we can feel the energy they give off. The Celts believed that each tree possessed a wise spirit and that their faces could be seen in the bark of their trunks and their voices heard in the sound of the leaves moving with the wind.

Trees help us to establish contact with the power of nature, they give us tools to heal, relax, strengthen, charge ourselves with vital energy and carry the messages of Mother Earth.

There are more and more people who have proven the benefits of hugging trees. On the contrary that with the people that when hugging them we can notice energy losses due to emotional factors, with a tree we will always notice that it loads us, never that it unloads us.

Let's not forget that every living being is energy, and like us, trees have their own, many times we get in tune and feel how it flows expressing our sense of well-being, tranquility, serenity, etc. From here we want to share the energy provided by each specific tree, because each one has a characteristic, determined by its species, growth rate, environment.

HOW TO CAPTURE THE ENERGY OF THE TREES?

The energy emanating from trees, like ours, is invisible to the physical eye, is what we call the aura, very sensitively noticeable.

The tree, like people, is emitting energetic vibrations constantly and they are perfectly assimilable by the human being, they can be absorbed and we can benefit from their effects.

There are two fundamental ways to capture it:

- THROUGH THE AURIC EMANATION OF THE TREE

Its extension is more or less large according to the characteristics of each tree and its environmental situation. It will be enough to penetrate its range. This type of energy is absorbed by simply walking through a forest, we can consciously increase its uptake by regulating our breathing at a calm and somewhat deep pace.

In practice, we can do this:

1.- Walk among the trees and choose one that catches your attention.

2.- Approach it, observe it and capture its energy, do not try to analyze it mentally or establish an emotional bond. Just note your vibrational tone.

3.- Touch it at the same time you close your eyes, with your left hand. Recognize their strength and influence in the environment. See if it is a lonely tree or a tree shepherd that has an influence on the collective. It captures if its energy is healing, or if it is protective and loving, or if it is wise, or if it is imposing in all that territory or of any other type. Accept that energy without further ado and ask yourself if you want to recharge yourself with that force.

4.- Establish contact with the energy of the tree through your energetic heart. Empty your inner noise, flow in love and listen to the tree. Capture his spirit. Introduce yourself with your name and enter a space where communication is energetic and not sound. You can ask for advice on any situation you need, charge yourself with energy, relax or accept its wisdom.

5.- Listen to it in your heart, say thank you, get up and say goodbye by putting your right hand on its trunk.

IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE TREE

Using the hands:

Through them we can make a more conscious collection, they are a very sensitive area to the emission and vibrational capture since in the palm there are several points of entry and exit of energy. The most convenient position is to follow the cracks or fissures of the bark in the sense that the tree presents them.

Using the back:

The central part of the back, along the spine, is the main energy channel of the body. Supporting this area on the trunk of the tree will absorb the energy that emanates.

Since ancient times it is known that each tree houses a spirit that gives it a certain force, an energy that gives it a genuine and exclusive power, according to the class that belongs.

Sometimes we can seek the strength of the tree to mitigate the pain of a disease, to overcome worries or simply to achieve our own balance. This energy exchange does not adversely affect the tree, since it transmits them to Mother Earth and this transmutes them completely.

In oriental techniques, such as chi-kung, there is a posture called "hug the tree." This static position aligns all bones as effectively as possible.

Buddha lit up under a fig tree. Jesus was in the olive mount. The Cathars liked acacias. The Druids preferred the masculine strength of the oak to use their wisdom. The young lovers looked for the linden to trust their love intimacies because it represented the vigor of Venus. In any case there are different kinds of trees and it is an interesting exercise to know the different energies that flow through them. A good way to do it is to hug them while we become one with him.
