FREE experiential talk

Experimental recreational-creative and therapeutic workshop aimed at those women who wish to explore, re-discover and nurture a group experience of personal and therapeutic growth.

We will use the THEATER - EXPRESSIVE-PLASTIC-MUSIC AND VOICE MOVEMENT, as work tools, as well as games and group and gestalt dynamics.

This group is designed to work with the VIVENCIES themselves, and with the experiences of the others that serve as a mirror, stimulating the search and approach to the same, and to the re-discovery of the infinite RESOURCES that you treasure, from CREATIVITY and CONSCIENCE .

We will also work on self-esteem, emotion management, the resolution of conflict situations that are presented to us daily, the limiting beliefs, the different female archetypes, the body, the relationship with the environment (work, family, couple, social, with children) in a context of respect, care and love.
