“We generally believe that love is something that the other will give you. When in reality, love what I give, what I share. We are all loving energy and we realize this when we share it. ”

The Chakras are the centers of our body through which energy flows. When they are blocked, they often prevent us from knowing our inner reality and connecting with our surroundings. It can even cause us physical discomfort and diseases. That is why we are going to dedicate two articles to make an approach to the chakras and in that way understand how these energy centers work.

Traditionally there are seven main chakras, which after being worked for a while enable us to access the vibrations of the five elevated chakras.
