Breathing focus on the core star, expanding the energy first from the hara, we continue breathing until expanding that energy from the heart
We feel the light enter through our coronary chakra and descend throughout our body to the hara.
We continue to breathe and feel how the energy of Mother Earth reaches us from the same crystal center, goes up our feet and legs until we reach the hara, there it joins with the golden light received by the crown chakra and we expand that golden energy to all beings.
I am this body, I love my body because it is the vehicle for the physical manifestation of my Being.
I open myself to unconditional love for myself and other beings.
I dissolve in the air
I dissolve in the water
I dissolve on earth
I am the complete unit
I develop my feeling from the heart
I increase my sensitivity to planet earth and to the cosmic brothers.
I admit the light, I am the light I love the light and it is my desire that all my brothers be the light.
I admit that the cosmic rays of equality, love and transmutation come into me.
I wrap myself in the golden ray, I feel the golden ray, I am the golden light, my physical body is filled with golden light, all my bodies are filled with golden light, I am a particle of light in a universe of light .
I feel all my brothers in me, I am my brothers.
I feel all my children in me, I am my children.
I feel all my ancestors in me, I am my ancestors.
I feel in my mother earth, I am mother earth.
Nothing disturbs me because I am calm.
Nothing obscures me because I am the light.
I take the hand of all incarnated beings on the planet and I feel all of them
I take the hand of all space beings and I feel them.
I take the hand of all intraterrestrial beings, and I feel them.
I disappear, I dissolve in the dawn of time, from the center of the galaxies.
I am a particle of unity with the whole.
All the Mothers within me
All the teachers within me.
I appreciate the violet light that constantly transmutes me until I reach the core of my Being.
I appreciate the pink light that transmits love to me for the Incarnated Beings on planet earth and also to all beings of other dimensions. I fill myself with that light, I am love and transmutation.
I am God father / mother.
