This month's article is titled The Experience of Totality and is what describes the totality of our experience on earth and the material plane, the return to totality in body, mind and spirit. This is a return to synergy, integration and clarity, where we become more than spiritual beings in human form, we become spiritual humans. Each aspect contributes to the whole and when we focus on one for the exclusion of others, we become unbalanced. In trying to perfect the mind we allow the ego to dominate. Then we wonder why we are stuck, unhappy and repeating cycles. The mind can only repeat history without the Spirit to raise its vibration. We may be tempted to use the mind to think about our path to joy and peace. Read more about this in this week's article, The Perfect Mind. What are they sharing? The Perfect Mind
Each incarnation is a journey towards totality, where we try to heal our belief that we have been separated from the Source, disconnected from the flow of Universal energy that is our source of divine empowerment. Within the dense energies of the material plane we are deceived into the belief that our source of power is here on earth and we try to create perfection in the physical world, believing that through that we will find peace and joy. One way to do this is through the creation of the perfect mind by developing the ego so that we can think of our path to joy.
Our soul wounds represent our energy imbalances. To heal the wound we create its corresponding energy in our current life and work it. With enlightenment we know that we must turn to our spiritual center to get help. Without enlightenment, we turn to the ego and try to use the mind to solve the problem. But as the mind is what helped create the problem, when we follow this course we simply become more entangled in the energy of the wound. The mind, without the spirit, is unbalanced and only has access to the energy of fear.
The mind does that for what it is designed to ensure the functioning of the body, protect us using its memory of potentially painful situations and move along our path of life in a linear way. But without the spirit the mind cannot access a higher vibration and that is why, when the focus is on the development of the mind, with the exclusion of the spirit, we repeat patterns and cycles, becoming entangled in our karma. Then we turn to war, domination, power and intimidation to alter our reality because they are tools of the mind and fear is its vibration.
The power of the ego is centered in the mind and will do what it can to ensure that it remains in control, believing in the illusion of its reality because it cannot see anything else. It is the mind, acting alone, that tells you that your life will not change, that you will never have, will or will be what you want, and it is the mind that binds you. Without the spirit, the mind lacks balance, compassion, access to spiritual truth and a higher vibration. As our journey is one of integration of all our aspects into the totality in body, mind and spirit, we must learn to calm the mind, be at peace with the ego and allow it to see the spirit not as the enemy but as a source of Higher vibrational energies you need to switch to mastery and allow our ascension to occur.

Understood, now what?
On many levels our journey is about "understanding", understanding what we have come to learn here, doing our healing work and moving towards new levels of being and higher vibrations. These are liberating moments, when we truly "understand" and understand something about our life, karma, soul contracts or experience in a new and different way. These significant moments free us from the past and open us to new ways of thinking and being. But then what happens? After the rejoicing of the significant moment there can be a real disappointment when we ask ourselves what to do next and sometimes we create a new life from the previous waste.
Last year, I traveled through Greensburg, Kansas, which was destroyed by a tornado in 2007. Even after a year of reconstruction, the damage was evident in the few trees (each tree had run out of branches and leaves) and in the waste piles The town was devastated but had come together to rebuild itself as an innovative green community and create international attention. It is being rebuilt in a new way that will be different from the old town but with a new focus on the environment, sustainable and community, creating a model that other cities can copy.
When we "understand" we can experience a cleansing of many different life situations on many levels and it can feel devastating. Lasting relationships, beliefs that were the basis of his life, perspectives and thought patterns that suddenly have no meaning are part of this process. They have been cleaned, now what do they do? We are all embarking on a new path, not the least traveled but the one that most of humanity has never done before. If we see the world in a different way, it is because once we have released the polarity that separates the human and spiritual world, we can never return. Our thinking, beliefs and the way we choose to live our life will never be the same. We will perceive the world differently and from a new perspective and adjust our path as we move forward.
Now is the time for each of us to practice conscious intention. How much of what they knew before was unconscious and unintentional? How much of what has changed in your life is a relief, a blessing in disguise? What follows next depends on you. This is the time of conscious choice, of getting out of the habit of fear, of the limitation and of self-sabotage towards new energies of creation, life with intention and manifestation in the moment. Focus on what you want now, you are in this moment and choose for yourself. We have moved beyond living for others, being the deadly healer and limiting our lives while waiting for our soul group to heal. Choose with intention, joy and honor your purpose to create the life of your dreams in this life. Be brave, be bold and have confidence in your choices and when you understand it, you will know that you are ready for something else.

What are you sharing?

Each person has a field that contains every aspect of their vibrational energies, created by their thoughts, beliefs, emotional DNA and cellular memory. This field is always active and is shared with everyone who speaks, in those who think and with those who interact. You connect with those who share some aspect of your field. When you are not aware that you have this field and what is yours unconsciously invite others to share the energies of their fields with you. Do you know what they are sharing and what are they open to receive? Do you know what others are sharing with you and how do you connect with them?
Unless you are aware of these energy fields, you feel them as emotional connections, as attraction or repulsion, or a sense of taste or disgust. However, without a deeper understanding of what is involved you are attracting lessons or making yourself available to those who wish to include their energies in their lessons. Your response to the connection point determines how you will be involved with them and how your karma is activated. You can choose your next step with awareness of these energy connections and whether or not to participate in them.
You are sharing your energy with others when you are not aware of your limits, when you allow others to enter your energy field to stand still. in his power. Allow others to share their energy with you when they respond to the request to connect them unconsciously or by obligation, to heal them or when they react through His emotions. Choosing from their emotions activates karma, consciously choosing from their power allows them to decide.
Your connection with someone does not require you to be part of their lessons. It is your belief that you should participate in all levels of healing with everyone that allows you to be open to connections and your experiences and lessons. When you know that you can choose, you have confirmation that your vibrations are at a new level, then you can decide if you will be the healer through experience or through your light. Be present in your own energy and you will know which choices are right for you, for your joy and peace of heart and spirit.

Be an Indigo adult facing a career change or a young adult looking for work, as Indigo are challenged by the concept of work, how to find the right job that interests them and use their gifts and energies. It's not that they don't want to work, although it may seem that way to others because they either get discouraged and stop looking or just can't decide what they want to do and do nothing. With so many gifts, a desire to do what they love, a distaste for rules, processes and authority, and the motivation to be their own person, work has to be more like a "game."
We are at a crossroads where the concepts of where we work, how we work and the paths that our careers take are changing so quickly that it is difficult to maintain. However, the revolution that Indigos have begun, beginning with Indigo adults, is here. Indigo adults who are looking for new careers, either voluntarily or out of necessity, will be creating new opportunities that allow them to use their gifts in a way they could never use before. New creative options, a focus on individuality, additional thinking and innovation in the workplace in ways that would appeal to Indigos if they could step in the direction of their dreams.
Younger Indigos need help in the way that someone can help them find their vision in a world that is very different and requires motivation and courage that they can sometimes gather. The problem is not the lack of options but the unlimited scope of possibilities. And much they are not aware that they can create their own path and do not know where to start. You may see this (or feel it if you are struggling with a career change) as a lack of motivation but it is not. The scenario is so different that it is confusing, difficult to know how the pieces are arranged. Simply focus on your dreams and take a step forward and the Universe will hurry to find them.
