Evolutionary Astrology for the month of August

  • 2013

The month of Leo is upon us. With the strong Sun in its radiant presence, we seek joy, play and expression of our Being.

We live with the possibility of deepening life to experiment. Through everything, we experience our inner being that enjoys living.

We dance with the energies of identity where we find the center of our own life, or a little struggle to do so. With our Sun located in Leo, we seek the respect that comes from being the leader of our own life, where we are the king or queen of our personal kingdom, whether small or large.

In July, I wrote about developing sensitivity and awareness with Jupiter moving to Cancer for a year. The sign of Leo is less introspective, Leo is about expression, which flows outward from experience and self-knowledge.

This month the Sun moves through Leo, we will live our sensibility in a more external way through experiences or acting according to what we are feeling. This is a sign of fire, and does not focus on internal processes.

The Sun, which governs the sign of Leo, is the center of our solar system, the gravitational force is so powerful that it holds planets billions of miles away from it. These planets travel at impressive speed. Earth, our home, flies in space around the Sun at 67, 000 miles per hour! The gravity of the Sun is so powerful, that even at that speed, we remain in orbit around it.

As above, so below. Astrologically, the Sun in our birth chart maintains the same power, the same strength and presence. And here we find our identity. Conscious and unconscious factors are molded with karmic experiences, the influence of family, education, religion, friends and experiences through our formative years and even through our lives.

when I asked Who do you think you are? We must remember that much of our identity is conscious, but a good part is unconscious, and well, we discover that the facets of our unconscious identity are reflected in our actions.

So, following Leo's fashion, I want to forget an analytical and psychological exploration and share a section of the Sikh prayer called Japji. This is 34, and describes a perspective on what we are doing in our lives: Develop awareness and through this process, polish our identities, gradually clarifying all expressions that do not reflect our true selves.

Here is a beautiful translation of Ek Ong Kaar Kaur Khalsa:

“Nights, seasons, lunar cycles, days.

Wind, water, fire, and the underground world.

Within all this, the Earth was established as a place where the spirit can evolve

towards a self-awareness, protected.

For that purpose, souls come through time and space in a variety of colors.

Those souls are too many, they are countless.

There are actions on actions that reflect what we do.

The Divine is true, and true is your royalty where everything is contained.

In your royalty, your devotees, those who have found you within themselves, look beautiful.

Their actions flow from grace, and this is the badge they carry.

Those who have not matured and mature, both are on Earth.

Nanak, go and see it. ”

Beautiful! Here I share some thoughts about him:

“Nights, seasons, lunar cycles, days”

The movements of the Earth around the Sun, and the inclination of the Earth on its axis, create a change in the seasons. Our relationship with the Sun creates different pressures on us. This creates a variety of experiences, so that over time we can become more aware and thus choose our identity and our self-expression at every moment. Angular movement stimulates personal change.

The rotation of the Earth around the axis creates changes in day and night, light and dark, stimulation and rest. The cyclic angles of light and radiation from the Sun stimulate change.

The movement of the Moon around the Sun and its angle in relation to the Sun changes the gravity of the Earth and our body. It changes the amount of light that the Moon reflects from the Sun, which translates into us as the way we experience the shadows of our emotions and our energy sensitivity. The lunar cycles and their angles in relation to the Sun and Earth stimulate change.

The angles of the planets and the Sun and the Earth generate physical and energetic changes in us.

In Kundalini Yoga, we use the angles of the arms, legs and in the focus of the eyes to stimulate different types of pressure is our organs, glands and chakras. The angular movement generates changes.

“Wind, Water, Fire and the underground world”

Here we understand that the elements (tattvas) - Air, water, fire and earth - You stimulate us in different ways. Each element has a different character and a reflection of our actions and behavior. Different elements / energies create different types of experiences and opportunities that create change.

“Within all this, the Earth was established as a place where the spirit can evolve

towards a self-awareness, protected. There are actions on actions that reflect what we do. ”

In every moment of our daily life, we live and reflect what we do. In this year of Jupiter moving through the sign of Cancer, and in this month that the energy of the Sun is upon Leo, we have a beautiful opportunity to experience awareness of ourselves throughout our lives. The action ... awareness of our identity. More action ... awareness of our identity. Even more action ... awareness of our identity.

"Truth is your Royalty where everything is contained"

When we understand Ek Ong Kaar, Sat Nam (A creator has created the creation, and this spirit is my true identity), we understand that all that exists is the creation of the Great Creator, and everything happens in the court of the Divine. Everything is experience for our self-exploration, to remember and live every moment from our true identity.

“Those who have not matured and the mature are both on Earth. Nanak, go and see it. ”

The different levels of consciousness in the people around us create a variety of stimuli such as the angles of the Sun, the Moon and the planets that dance with us. Different personalities reflect different energies anchored and how the planets pull or push, sculpt or polish us. Encounters with different people at different levels of soul development stimulate change.

This incredible section of Japji describes how we should dance with the Solar energy and with the faculty that Leo gives us about identity and expression. This month, my invocation is that we all live life, enjoying who we are, and revealing the being we discover through life and our self-reflection.

Key Aspects for August:

August 3rd. In the morning, the position of Cancer in a great trill with Saturn and Neptune. (You can review the previous articles on this trill.) In the afternoon, the Moon in conjunction with JÃ © piter in Cancer will intensify emotions and consciousness. At night, the Moon was in opposition to Pluto, followed by six hours of squaring with Uranus. Both configurations invite us to clarify the mist of patterns that benefit our efforts to evolve.

August 7 Jiter in opposition to Pluto in Capricorn brings us the opportunity to increase the sensitivity around our relationship with power, and with unconscious patterns that include deep wounds that are ready for turn.

August 21 J piter in quadrature with Uranus in Aries. It brings us the opportunity to increase sensitivity to areas that are blocked in our lives and that is necessary to transcend.

August 30th. The Moon falls again in Cancer in the trill with Saturn and Neptune. Consciousness in deep patterns is again stimulated.

What you can do

Live and enjoy life! Occasionally, spend time reflecting on your experiences and reactions that can tell you who you think you are. Isn't that a great reflection? When you are at a time when your identity needs transformation, work on a meditation that affirms and helps align with the truth of who you are, using a mantra such as:

Sat Nam, Sat Nam, Sat Nam, Sat Nam, Sat Nam, Sat Nam (6x), Wahe Guru.

o God and I, Me and God, we are One.
