FENG SHUI

Feng Shui is an ancient art that through colors, shapes and decoration elements can make our lives improve significantly.

Good Feng Shui consists in the arrangement of a space in such a way that Chi or energy flows with harmony and provides balance.

We must clear the places we inhabit in order to create the physical space necessary for energy to flow and new possibilities appear.

A home or business decorated under the foundations of Feng Shui does not have to be something extravagant or exotic, we can integrate this ancient art into our modern decorations and balance our lives by uniting the balance of our exterior and our interior.

By learning some simple principles we can integrate feng shui into the decoration of our home and improve our lives, I invite you to enter this wonderful world with me.

ART THERAPY

The images that are around us and that accompany us at home or at work, are telling us what we need, what our fears are and can also help us achieve goals. Learning to interpret these images and use them to access our desires is an art that we can use.

The first step is to observe what images you chose to accompany you in your home and the next question would be when and why do you think you chose a certain image for example at the entrance of your house. The images in your home may reflect your goals or your fears and fears, although it may seem that you put them consciously can be a reflection of your thoughts or concerns.

Especially in your room it is important what the photographs or pictures you have there tell you. If every morning you wake up seeing a sad image, sadness will take it with you throughout the day and if you see the same image at bedtime, you will never take that sadness away.

I encourage you to create your own paintings or to choose the images that are represented in your house in a conscious way to manifest your goals in your life instead of your fears or fears.

If you want to have a satisfactory relationship, choose images of romantic couples in your bedroom instead of images of a single person. If you want to increase your wealth, choose images that represent abundance for you. An iron health will be represented with a picture of a healthy tree full of fruits.

Art can be used as therapy and through it, access our unconscious to raise fears and enhance our creativity to manifest the life we want.

Consciously choose the art around you and use it as a language to communicate with your inner Self.

THE MANDALAS

The observation of mandalas by itself is already a therapy. Get our mind to stop by paying attention to the mandala drawing.

The word mandala in Sanskrit means “sacred circle” and as such it takes us to the most spiritual part of us, however true therapy is when we start to paint a mandala, because the painting process itself will lead to greater peace. internal, it is an easy and simple way to get to meditation without having to make an effort to achieve it, because paying attention to the exercise of painting the mandala puts us in that place of meditation.

We can also observe a mandala that is already painted. Choosing our mandala requires the observation of several and we will realize what “calls” the one that is most suitable for us.

Art itself is already an internal language that helps us manifest our desires, now that the law of attraction is so much the order of the day, we can include art and mandalas to attract what we want to our lives. But since every process requires time and patience, you cannot create a mandala in a hurry or want to have it finished, nor can you start observing it with the purpose of achieving a goal in mind.

You can also paint the mandalas without the need to draw them, nowadays through the internet you can find many mandalas to color. Choose yours and paint it, using watercolors, waxes, colored pencils or markers. Start painting from the inside out when you are coloring your mandala.

Painting mandalas is especially recommended for children and also for people who are lost aimlessly, very mentally blocked and who do not know how to meditate because they get very nervous, with the mandala they will find that lost peace.

When we are painting, as in every creative process in a conscious way, the two halves of our brain, the most intellectual part (left) and the most emotional part (right) of our brain intervene, then balancing emotions and intellect, another benefit of encouraging this activity.

I encourage you to paint, create, choose images that help you and harmonize your home with feng shui so that life is more rewarding for you and yours ...
