Harmonization for Art is a strategy that uses art to promote self-knowledge and personal development, and this is because art puts us in the present moment, with everything we are, with everything we have acquired and with everything we build; It allows us to get outside and observe ourselves through the work. See what is in the inner world, what we cannot put into words, even because many times we do not know. Art reveals the deep needs, the desires, the fears, the marks that the experiences have left us - even when we do not remember them - our purpose of life, the bonds we generate ...
This work is done from a holistic view that understands that the subject is the integration of different areas of manifestation (body, thoughts, emotions ...), although it is often fragmented. That is, while your thoughts ask you to act in this or that way, your emotions demand other things. This fragmentation is what we understand as bad-being disharmony or disease.
But, in addition to using art to bring to light the inner world of the subject, and interpret it, so that it can transcend the fragmentation in which it is found; He uses art as an integration tool, since when we make art, we are inescapably in the present moment and integrate. This is healing in itself.
In addition, the visual arts, music and body expression (other artistic languages of which the Harmonization by Art Therapists use in personalized sessions or workshops) It allows us to generate certain states of being that harmonize, bringing balance to the subject.

Alicia Gianfelici starts this strategy in 1996 and since then coordinates Workshops, Seminars and offers Consultation sessions.
She is a Technician in Dance and Integrated Arts, writer, Reiki and Akashic Records Teacher, founder of the Open Board of Education.
Currently, in addition to his office work, he also forms Holistic Therapists in Harmonization for Distance Art and in person, having students in different parts of the country, from Latin America Africa and Spain; thus expanding the strategy.
