Today is a day to align oneself, to have your mind, heart, emotional center and body fully aligned with each other and with your highest purpose in this life.
They do not need to know exactly what that higher purpose is. Align yourself to an elevated state and draw it towards you, unfolding before you every step of the path. They do not need clarity of the future. You only need to have clarity in this moment, clarity and alignment.
When you are achieving your highest purpose, when you are achieving your soul passion, you will feel very calm and calm in your center, very affectionate in your heart and very free of impurities and calm in your mind. His goal is to achieve that state now to create a loving environment and an environment that welcomes you to your life.
First sit quietly and breathe deeply. Then start opening your heart. If you like to put a piece of music that always opens your heart, something that inspires and elevates, something that helps your heart to open like rose petals on a bright summer day.
Your heart will feel tender and vulnerable, be open and accept, ready to give and receive the universal flow of infinite love.
Now, focus on your center and visualize a deep pool of peace and a pool of inexhaustible water, deep and mysterious but absolutely calm, full of calm, containing all the answers to your questions, to complete and maintain that this interrogation is not necessary. You are that and it is you. Everything is one and everything is love. You are completely aligned with the universal flow of love and light. You are one and perfect and complete. You are.
And now, capture this feeling of alignment, this feeling of truth, integrity and unity, this feeling of love and peace and clarity. Store it in your memory, the memory of your body, so that you always remember what it feels like to be completely aligned with everything that exists. Make a physical gesture to remember it, perhaps your hand moving down a line from your upper self to your center.
