I want to encourage you to raise your vibration and enter your spirit, I invite you to participate and include yourself in the meditation of the four elements : earth, water, air and fire . You will be a renewed person!

… Meditation of the four elements: earth, water, air and fire. You will be a renewed person!

Before starting the meditation of the four elements, I want to invite you to keep in mind the indications that I am going to make known to you.

Preparations :

1. Start by looking for a very quiet space, where you are going to sit is a very comfortable place.

2. Then, turn off the electric power and light a candle ; that the space be lit by candlelight .

3. If you wish, you can perform the meditation of the four elements with your legs crossed. You can use the position called “lotus”.

4. Finally, you can put some background music that inspires good and wonderful feelings in the development of your meditation .

Let's start the meditation of the four elements :

Start by relaxing as much as you can, close your eyes. Take a deep breath as many times as necessary, take all the time you need.

When you breathe in the air, feel that you are filled with light and good energies ; when exhaling, expel from your body, from your interior, everything that you consider negative and harmful to your life. Perform this exercise slowly, enter as much as you can in your mind, in your heart, in your spirit .

When you feel a totally relaxed person, move your mind, your spirit and your heart to a green meadow, observe it radiant and lush with beauty. Look at all the beauty around you, watch the sun shine, enjoy the warmth and sympathy of a good climate, watch trees in the distance, see how the animals walk, run and enjoy the meadow and nature.

Throw yourself on the grass of the field, relax and breathe deeply, appreciate how the earth nourishes you with positive energies and high energy vibrations . Feel that you are very happy, smile, feel that you are totally relaxed.

Slowly, stand up and look at the horizon, you will see a bonfire of brand new and lush fire ; Go to her. As you get closer, you will see that the flame becomes bigger and more powerful.

When you are in front of the flame, go further, and place yourself in the center of the fire . Feel how your mind starts, your heart and your spirit to renew, begin to burn all those negative energies, bad memories, experiences and negative feelings, you see how they become ashes that fall to the floor.

Look at the ground, see how the ashes that fall are fertilizing your life, pay attention as you are paid, that everything good, positive and great that you have in your life is being fortified.

When you feel a person prepared to leave the fire, I invite you to leave these flames; Feel like fresh air, healthy breeze pierces your body and gently touches your face. Raise your hands and feel how the imposing and gentle breeze collides with the palms of your hand, feel how you are wrapped in the air .

Thanks to the wind that has enveloped your body, your mind, your spirit and your heart, you are happy, you feel free and light, you will know that everything you have always proposed will always be fulfilled soon. Take the time to savor the sensations you are feeling.

Raise your gaze and see a great stone in the distance, I invite you to slowly approach it. When you are there, hug it, touch it, kiss it, seven as you receive from the earth all that firmness, stability and confidence you need to continue your journey through life.

Embracing the rock, feel how you begin to be moistened by a source of crystalline and radiant water that flows from the stone. Observe, feel how the water begins to penetrate your body, your mind and your spirit, great jets of love enter into you, that water is pure and faithful love .

Take the time to analyze and experience the most powerful sensations you are living. Take the opportunity to wash in that water fountain, everything that is dirty inside you.

When you are ready to leave meditation, I invite you to breathe slowly, exhale and inhale, place yourself in the present and slowly open your eyes.
