Consciously Approaching Vibratory Consciousness By Michael Brown

Table of contents hide 1 STEP ONE: 2 STEP TWO: 3 STEP THREE: 4 STEP FOUR: 5 STEP FIVE:

It is recommended that we begin and end each day with this practice, exercising it as a practical means to consciously align ourselves with the causal point of life: the vibratory current flowing through us and all the manifestations we call "creation."

The vibrational technology offered here is neither religious nor spiritual, it is simply a perceptual mechanism, which honors the way in which the human experience flows from outside its unified source. Through its application, we train our abilities to work consciously with the natural flow of our consciousness, as it moves out to the world and back to our final causal point.

Applying this practice daily is a simple, efficient and fluid means to remain anchored within all our internal and external activities.

When applied consistently, the consequences of exercising this perceptual technology are self-evident, such as notable perceptual changes within our daily experience and the ease with which we receive what we require for our evolution.

Although this technology is vulnerable to trigger internal experiences - the emphasis to apply it daily is not "to have an internal experience." Instead, the intention is to improve our level of causal awareness within all our internal and external encounters.

STEP ONE:

Sit comfortably, with your legs crossed or in a chair, with your back straight but relaxed. Make sure you are not cold.

Keep your eyes closed throughout the practice.

Connect your breath for 15 minutes. [As for the Presence Process, this means inhaling and exhaling without any long pause between breaths. There is a demonstration of this breathing practice on the AUDIO page of this website.]

Breathe hard enough to be able to clearly hear your own breath.

Preferably inhale and exhale only through the nose, but if the nose is blocked, inhale and exhale only through the mouth.

In sync with your breathing, mentally repeat the expression: "I AM HERE NOW IN THIS." I [during inhalation] I AM [during exhalation] HERE [during inhalation] NOW [during exhalation] IN [during inhalation], THIS [during exhalation].

I AM [Represents our state of being, and the Presence of I AM.]

HERE [Our space centering.]

NOW [Where we are anchoring our consciousness within this chronology.]

IN THIS [Embracing our current experience as it is - but impersonally.]

STEP TWO:

After 15 minutes, inhale as deeply as possible through your mouth, filling your lungs to full capacity, then hold this breath to the count of 20 [or less if it is too much for you].

Release your breath through your mouth.

Repeat this inhalation, hold, and count to 20, followed by a gentle exhalation, 3 times.

STEP THREE:

Now withdraw your attention from your breath and allow it to rest at the point where your consciousness resides when you are "present with your eyes closed." This inner point, slightly above and between your physical eyes, is your center of the eye.

While resting inside your center of the eye, mentally repeat "I AM HERE NOW IN THIS", for 10 minutes.

Whenever you realize that your attention is wandering from this deliberate repetition, in other unconsciously generated external thought packs, gently take it back and deliberate repetition continues.

Become aware of the two different places in which your consciousness is able to reside during this practice: Present in a mental repetition delineated in your center of the eye, and unconsciously wandering away from your center of the eye within the state of sleep we call "thought "[About the past and the future].

Do not worry about this wandering unconscious, just observe it. Stay with him without condition.

STEP FOUR:

The mental repetition ceases.

Using sensory perception, become aware of yourself as an energy field vibrating delicately.

Sit with this sensitive experience for a few moments.

STEP FIVE:

Stop the mental repetition and feeling of your entire vibratory field and focus only on listening.

First listen for a few moments to any sound you hear in the world around you. Listen to them without condition. Listen to them as if you "received" them audibly, as if you were now "a receiver" of these audio vibrations. Allow yourself to perceive all these external sounds, no matter what they are, as if they were emitted by the unified causal point of all that is. As if all these accumulated external sounds make up "God's conversation."

Now gently remove your awareness of these external sounds, and allow yourself once again to rest within your internal presence point - in the center of the eye. This time, listen only to sounds that come from within. Whatever you hear is valid. If you don't hear anything, listen to nothing.

As you listen to these internal sounds or the inner nothingness make sure that your attention remains anchored in the center of the eye.

Whenever you become aware that your attention has been diverted from deliberately listening to the center of the eye, to follow unconsciously generated thought packs or external sounds, gently take it back and continue deliberately listening.

Be aware of the two different places where you are able to reside during this part of the practice: Present in a deliberate listening in your center of the eye and unconsciously wandering away from your center of the eye in the dream state called thinking [about the past and the future.]

Don't worry about this wandering unconscious, just watch it. Remain with him without condition.

Listen internally for 5 minutes om s if you wish.

This state of s listening, or being a receiver, is a vibrational contemplation. Listening is the way in which the heart initially feels the vibratory.

Once we hear any internal sound or internal nothingness we are now at the door to our internal portal of vibrational consciousness. Whatever happens beyond this point is for us to keep it as a treasure for our internal wealth and our external well-being.

The efficiency of this practice does not have to do with what we hear internally, but in our ability to remain in a listening state . This state of listening of being a receiver consciously, empowers us to become vulnerable to consciously receiving everything we require for our daily meetings, directly from our unified source . As your ability to listen evolves, so does our ability to receive.

This vibrational practice has nothing to do with perfection refers to full participation in our human experience from a causal point of ti . Do not try. Relax in it and enjoy the inevitable consequence. Ease comes from ease.
