Beloved Teachers:

It is time that you take full advantage of your physical and spiritual senses. You must redefine and learn to properly use the physical senses, in order to have access to the upper senses and develop them after they have been asleep for a long time: Clairvoyance, clairaudience (hear clearly or have telepathic abilities), clarisensitivity (clear knowledge like that of an empathetic, intuitive person, with an expanded inner sense of knowledge). All these elevated abilities are part of your Divine Right of Birth ; and they are just waiting for you to claim them.

We have described in great detail the Seven Major Chakras of the physical vehicle and have delineated the characteristics / functions of each. It is also important that you realize that each chakra and each organ within the body has its own consciousness, which is covered and infused with the energies of your many experiences and ways of thinking of the past. Not only have you created your external World with your beliefs and with the vibrational frequencies of your thoughts, but you have also built your Inner World.

Your body communicates with you in many ways, but: Do you know how to listen to it and interpret what it is telling you? I have told you this truth before, but it deserves to be repeated. Many have accepted the fact that you can communicate and interact with the Angelic Realms and with the Beings of Light. However, many are not yet aware that you can communicate with the many Facets of your body shape.

Some time ago we gave you the gift of the Seven Crystal Spheres of Higher Consciousness, through which you began the process of returning your chakraic system to a harmonious state, by inhaling Spheres of Light from your Divine Atom-Seed / I AM Presence towards each of the 7 major chakra centers of the physical body. We had to inhale a Sphere of Light and then superimpose the Infinite Sign on each sphere / chakra to help accelerate the process of releasing embedded patterns of inharmonic energy, while striving to reclaim the gifts of the Mastery of the Self. The process of cleaning, harmonizing and balancing the Seven Major Chakras of the physical body produces an important Initiation process called THE OPENING OF THE SEVEN SEALS OF DIVINE CONSCIENCE. When each chakra is returned to harmony with itself, a process is activated through which an energy vortex is opened; and the perfected qualities and energy of that chakra are projected upward to the next chakra.

In addition, the Creator's Light Diamond Particles deposit is released from each chakra; and it begins to flow upwards while the process is repeated until activating the Crown Chakra, which allows something amazing and wonderful to take place: The chakraic system begins to rotate with such a great speed that it turns the spine into a shining ray of Light ; and the Creator's 5 Higher Galactic Rays flow down through the Column of Light and infuse all your chakras with the luminescence of your DIVINE SEED ATOM.

This is the process that many have been experiencing in recent years; Since you are on an accelerated Path of Illumination and transformation, many discomforts and distortions have been activated in the physical vehicle. There was a lot and there is still a lot to release, rectify and balance, because what has been created for thousands of years is being transmuted in a few years. So please, be gentle with yourselves; and know consciously that you are in the process of transforming your Human Self and integrating it with your shining Spiritual / Human Self.

Allow us to give you another simplified exercise to help you connect with the inner wisdom of your physical vehicle. I will give you a keyword for each chakra. Please study, review and learn some of the characteristics of each chakra; and then while you go through your daily life, when appropriate, sing or say the word for each chakra. (If you want, you can keep on singing these words for as long as you find comfortable). As in the intonation of vocal sounds, start with your lowest and most comfortable note; and slowly climb the ladder, while repeating the word for each chakra. You can also sing them at any frequency level that is comfortable for you. See what comes to mind as you sing the keyword and focus on the Chakra. How do you live with the energies of the Root Chakra? With the energies of the Heart Chakra?

The Root Chakra roots your physical Self in the Earth's Life Force Energy ; and it gives stability (this is very important, because you must honor and maintain the physical body while you reach the stars). When this Chakra is functioning properly and in balance, you have more vitality, courage and confidence in yourself. It will help you to release old problems of survival and scarcity; and connect with the treasure chest of your abundance.

As a deep breath and SONG: JU.

Declare for yourself: NOW I HAVE ACCESS AND INTEGRATE THE POWER OF THE UNIT AND UNITY; AND MY CONNECTION WITH THE EARTH AND WITH ALL THE ABUNDANCE.

Whether viewing it or imagining it, look at the Sphere of Light that represents your Root Chakra, which begins to spin faster and faster, becoming more and more bright, until it explodes like a Radiant Sun; and a Ray of Light rises from the First Chakra to the 2 Chakra (located immediately below the navel). Say: I AM ONE with the Divine Creative Source.

This is the seat of your physical / emotional self. When this Chakra is in balance, you are not contaminated by your doubts, addictions, or sexual problems. You tune into the wisdom of your soulmind instead of the mind of mind ; and gradually, all the old self-limiting thought patterns of the subconscious mind are replaced by self-confidence and emotional stability. You begin to regain your personal power as you learn to create joy, peace and prosperity, instead of fear and limitation.

Take a deep breath and SING: "I FEEL".

Declare for yourself: “NOW I HAVE ACCESS AND INTEGRATE THE POWER OF THE PASSION, HAVING THE SPIRIT AS MY DIRECTOR. MY DESIRE IS TO CREATE JOY, PEACE AND PROSPERITY TO ENJOY AND SHARE THEM WITH OTHERS ”.

Breath deeply. Look at the Sphere of Light that represents your 2nd Chakra, starting to turn faster and faster, becoming more luminous, until it explodes like a Radiant Sun; and a Ray of Light rises from the 2nd Chakra to the 3rd Chakra (Solar Plexus). Say: "I AM total and complete in myself."

This is the seat of your physical / mental self. When this Chakra begins to spin harmoniously and only a few discordant energies remain, your self-esteem returns, knowledge becomes wisdom and clarity of thought. You regain self-control and become the master of your desires. You learn to set limits and respect the limits of others, while manifesting energy from the Universal Source of Vital Substance and your own Divine Seed Atom (I AM Presence), instead of harnessing the energies of those around you. The activation of your Solar Power Center begins at this point (SOLAR PLEXUS, HEART, THROAT AND TIMO).

Declare for yourself: “I HAVE ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL POWER CENTER NOW AND I TAKE CONTROL OF MY EMOTIONS. I AM THE LOVE OF MY WISHES. I SET CLEARLY DEFINED LIMITS. ”

Breath deeply. Look at the Sphere of Light that represents your 3rd Chakra, which begins to spin faster and faster, becoming increasingly luminous, until it explodes like a Radiant Sun; and a Ray of Light rises from the 3rd Chakra to the 4th Chakra (heart). Say: "I AM the power to create."

The Heart Chakra is the Portal to the higher chakras, which connect you with your Almic Self and with your Penta-Dimensional SACRED TRIAD . When your Heart Chakra is unbalanced or closed for the most part, you will function primarily as an instinctive Human Being, governed by the 3 lower chakras of the physical Self. When you balance the energies of the heart with those of the mind / emotions (the ENERGY CENTERS OF THE FORCE OF LOVE AND LIFE in the body), you will harness the Unconditional Love Force of the Divine Mind. You quickly release all the energies and thought patterns that manifest as jealousy, envy, selfishness, guilt, or feelings of unworthiness. When you light the Triple Flame of Divine Will, Wisdom and Love, you will begin to develop a compassionate nature; and Uniqueness with life and all things.

Declare for yourself: “NOW I ACTIVATE MY EMOTIONAL CENTER AND MY SOLAR POWER CENTER OF VITAL FORCE. I RECEIVE AND PROJECT ONLY LOVE / LIGHT ENERGY. I OPEN MY HEART TO THE DIVINE FLOW OF THE SPIRIT. ”

Breath deeply. Look at the Sphere of Light that represents your 4th Chakra, starting to turn faster and faster, becoming more and more luminous, until it explodes like a Radiant Sun; and a Ray of Light that rises from the 4th Chakra to the 5th Chakra (Throat). Say: "I AM Universal Love."

The Throat Chakra is connected to the astral plane / emotional plane or mental plane / causal plane, depending on the vibrational frequencies of the thoughts and words you project. This may seem confusing; however, since you create your own reality with the frequency patterns you radiate, the Law of Attraction ensures that the lower frequencies you manifest will attract energies from the astral plane; and the highest will connect with the mental planes of consciousness. The Ascension process involves mastering the physical plane, the astral (emotional) plane, the mental plane; and eventually, until the 5th Dimension that is the Goal of our Divine Design for this round of Ascension. Communication, the power of the spoken word, is one of the most important tools of the physical plane. When you begin to use the language of Love / Light and the conversation of the Soul, you will always tell your highest truth, you will have an expressive and creative oral expression, as well as the written expression; and you will become proficient to manifest your vision of the future.

Breath deeply. Look at your Sphere of Light that represents your 5th Chakra that begins to spin faster and faster, becoming increasingly luminous until it explodes like a Radiant Sun; and a Ray of Light that rises from the 5th Chakra to the 6th Chakra (Third Eye). Say: "I AM perfect expression."

The Third Eye or Forehead Chakra opens the door of the "inner senses . " First, reestablishing the connection between you and your unconscious Self (subconscious mind); and gradually with your Higher Self, when the Cosmic Light Substance of the Divine Mind (called rays) is allowed to enter and activate your Divine Consciousness (your inner Essence). You will pass from the whispers of intuition to the "knowledge" that you are being guided and inspired by the Spirit. You will have access to new knowledge, creative ideas and inspiration from the higher mental and intuitive planes, as you clean up the distortions. Do not fear the seemingly dark energies or ways of thinking that float towards your conscience or before your eyes during your beloved meditation, because these are your own erroneous creations coming to the forefront to be healed and transmuted into Light. Love is the dynamic and cohesive Creative Force; and when any frequency of poorly qualified thought is illuminated with Love / Light, it is Enlightened and eventually transmuted. Also, remember to use the Violet Flame gift.

Breath deeply. Look at the Sphere of Light that represents your 6th Chakra, beginning to spin faster and faster, becoming more luminous and bright, until it explodes like a Radiant Sun; and a Ray of Light rises from the 6th Chakra to the 7th Chakra (Crown). Say: "I AM a perfect instrument of clarity and wisdom."

When the Crown Chakra is activated, your Column of Light opens as preparation for the integration of the many levels of your Higher Soul / Self. Gradually, as you progress, wisdom, gifts and treasures deposited within your SACRED TRADE, which resides in the 5th Dimension, will become available to you. When you demonstrate that you are ready to live and radiate the Love, Light and Truth of Creation, an ever-increasing flow of attributes, qualities and virtues of the Twelve Rays of Divine Consciousness will be infused into you .

Declare for yourself: NOW I HAVE ACCESS TO MY SPIRITUAL POWER AND TO THE CONNECTION WITH MY DIVINE SEED, WHICH IS MY LIGHTING / INSPIRATION CENTER / INSPIRATION / WISDOM .

Breath deeply. Look at the Sphere of Light that represents your 7 Chakra beginning to turn faster and faster, becoming brighter and brighter until it explodes like a Radiant Sun; and a Ray of Light rises from the 7th Chakra to the Soul Star (the Soul Star Chakra is between 6 and 8 inches above the cusp of the head).

Declare for yourself: I AM IN CONNECTION AND ALIGNMENT WITH MY ARCO IRIS BRIDGE TO THE CONSCIOUSNESS UNIT. THROUGH THIS TRANSMUTE ALL THE EVIL Qualified ENERGIES WHILE TRANSCENDING THE LAW OF KARMA AND ENTERING A STATE OF GRACE.

Take a deep breath and SING: OM .

Visualize the Column of Light that connects you with your Divine Seed / I AM Presence, becoming wider and wider until it forms a Lotus-shaped Crown on your head. See it by purifying all the distortions and all the aesthetics of your Divine Connection with the Spirit, in such a way that the frequency patterns of Divine Light, Divine Will and Divine Wisdom, they can flow freely to you, see the Great Rays of our Father Mother God; and from you to the world. Say: I AM ONE with the Divine Source.

Take a deep breath and SING 3 TIMES: OM-OM-OM.

To help you reestablish a pure and strong connection with your Spiritual Guides, with your Angelic Assistants and with your soul Family, with whom it is up to you to work when you move together towards the Higher Realms of Consciousness, I offer you this exercise :

Focus your awareness deep within your Sacred Heart while taking a few deep breaths. Visualize (even if you perceive it) your Almic Essence within a sphere of Light passing through the Portal of the back of the chamber of your Sacred Heart. You climb quickly to the 5th Dimension towards a new Pyramid of Light, which has been specially designed as a meeting place for you and your Friends and fellow Almicos, who are traveling together towards the refined frequencies of the Upper Realms. Enter this Sacred Space and take a seat at the round glass table. When you do, look around the room and notice that those with whom you are communicating and working are also sitting in glass chairs around the table. Take a moment to identify who is with you in your Pyramid. From time to time others will join; and your Pyramid of Light will expand to accommodate everyone.

As in all other Pyramids of Light of the Higher Dimensions, hanging from the top of the Pyramid, on the glass table in the center, there is a pure double-pointed quartz crystal. Rays of electrifying sparks radiate from the gigantic glass towards the enclosure. This is the subtle Essence of the Supreme Creator and our Father Mother God: The Diamond Particles of Divine Light. Under the table there is a fountain with a glowing Violet Flame that flows out into the enclosure, which will transmute any jarring energy you have brought to this place, purifying and releasing it. Arrive frequently at this Sacred Place to strengthen your connections and your relationship with your Light Family.

Say to yourself: “I CLAIM MY DIVINE RIGHT OF BIRTH AND MY CONNECTION WITH THE SUPERIOR I, WITH MY ALMIC FAMILY AND WITH ALL BEINGS OF LIGHT WITH WHOM I CAN CORRESPOND TO WORK AND COMMUNICATE, TO HAVE ACCESS AND TO TRANSMIT THE WISDOM AND THE TRUTH COSMICS THAT CORRESPOND TO ME INTEGRATE AND SHARE. My daring brave, while the Ascension process is accelerating, it is more important than ever that you get as much profit as possible from as many advanced transformation techniques as possible. This may seem simplistic; however, the previous exercise / meditation is a powerful tool to help you release old embedded vibratory patterns; and to help you in the process of returning to a state of empowered duality, within the physical vehicle, so that your Energy Song / Energy Signature becomes a beautiful and harmonious symphony of great magnitude and strength.
