How I promised you in my previous article, here I will talk about 7 Physical Pains that are related to Our Emotions, in addition to the ones we already saw. Our body has so many places to analyze how emotions we have, which means that we are not saying with this second article that there are no more areas in it, in which we have some pain that is related to our emotions.

We had said that many parts of our body are related to our emotions, such as the Head, Neck, Shoulders, High Back and Low Back .

Today I will tell you about 7 other physical pains that relate to our emotions

1. The Elbows

Elbow pain can be related to resistance to changes . It is common that we are all reluctant to any type of change, leaving the comfort zone, of the known, is not easy. Elbow pain is associated with some stiffness in the joints . It is convenient that they go out with friends or do what they always wanted and did not cheer up.

2. The Hands

We all use our hands to interact with the world, with other people, they are the ones we use to greet others and even when we talk we gesture with them, we write and they are the ones that help us do it or any kind of communication.
