“11 Reasons to wake up and break free”, Author: Carles Gallego Arjona

  • 2010

My name is Carlos Gallego, I am 30 years old, I am a mechanical technical engineer and an intuitive healing therapist. Eight years ago, in a personal moment of collapse, I discovered the world of "alternative" therapies, and this was the beginning of the path of awareness and healing, which has brought me to the present moment.

In my work as an engineer, or as a therapist, or in my extra-work social life, I observe light and darkness. The light there is growing more and more, and the darkness is revealed and perceived as we did not perceive before. The media almost only shows the darkness, which makes it appear that there is more and more evil in the world; And that is not like that. What happens is that a tree falling into a forest makes more noise than the 100, 000 standing; We must not fall into that trap.

In my way of healing and reconnection with my essence, I have been helped by master therapists, lecturers, writers and independent journalists, among others from all possible trades. Some have tied me up, or taught me some right things and others that were not. But, in the end, you find truths that you feel are correct why they vibrate you like they never had, and why they are something that you personally verify through your precious personal experience. Today it seems that many dare to write a book, or to confer or lead a political project. Transmitting knowledge, or ideas, is a great social responsibility, and must be done from the heart, respecting free will, with your feet on the ground, and knowing firsthand what you are talking about. It must be clear that personal experience is necessary to verify the concepts.

Currently I do much more good than before, and this is not so because I am a better person, it is why I am more balanced, cleaner, with more knowledge and more awareness. I know that we experience evil (darkness) to know how to identify good (light) and increase our awareness of light. Evil is ignorance, weakness, imbalance, being charged with parasitic energies, not knowing more, not being able to feel, being trapped, etc ... That's why I know that fostering a culture of knowledge, health, of the conscious spirituality, of the common good, of the roots to the Earth, is to work for the light.

I have known, for example, groups "conspranoic antisystem" which denounce the lie of the official version of 11S or influenza A; the secret societies that meet to decide how to manipulate the world; the manipulation, lie and omission of the information in the newscasts; mass hypnosis techniques; or how those who print the money are not a public institution; etc…. And it's okay to spread the truth about manipulation in the world. There are independent journalists who are doing a great job, such as on the web http://elproyectomatriz.wordpress.com/. But they don't always take into account the basics: "Healer heal yourself." You can manifest yourself to denounce global deceptions, but if you are not clean, if you are full of rage, if you do not move from the heart, if there is no humility, if when you get home there is conflict, peace will not come to the world. If we do not have peace individually we will not have it collectively. The most typical mistake has been and is usually to look outside, instead of looking inside. It's about being light rather than preaching it.

And it is that innocence, born of purity, harms us and does not let us see the truth. How can there be such large manipulations and deceptions at the planetary level? How can it be that one will reconnect with the Universe and be disconnected? These things happen. And they go through knowing neither the darkness nor the light, the external to us and that which is within us.

In the few conferences, radio and television interviews that I have made on the occasion of the publication of my book, there are always people who appreciate the information I transmit. And in other conferences I've been to, such as a few days ago by lex Rovira (author of Good luck and The good crisis, among others) people leave believing in them more, having stronger pillars, grateful for the information received. They are grateful to see that they are not alone, that they are not the only ones who think and see ife different, that that trap in which they fell now have understood it, that there are many More good people than they want to make us believe, that we should not fall into self-destructive guilt, that we have great power, that there is something else and that it is possible to heal.

That is why I filmed my conference and posted it on the Internet, to facilitate the transmission of information. And that's why he also wrote the book 11 Reasons to wake up and get free . Years of experimentation and growth had to be shared.

I know I have things to heal yet and, no doubt, the future, along with the process of ascending the Earth, will show me new revelations. But I know that I acted correctly following what I feel and giving up what I think is my role in this life, although sometimes the mind interferes and deviates me a little. Year after year my conscience has been increasing, I have realized errors and successes, I know that from here one year I will see and I will know things that I do not know now, but I know that at the moment I am in, it must already be transmitted, not as commandments, but as information so that everyone does what they feel with it. It is not about going after people shouting Awaken!, but to provide information to those who look for it.

Knowledge makes us responsible! The truth will set us free!

Here is a chapter of my book:

1 - REASONS

Introduction

We all have ideas and beliefs about life, about society, about the world, about the system, about who we are, about who we want to be, etc ... We can have these ideas more or less consciously, more or less defined, but all We have them.

There are continually facts, whether they are other people's behaviors or events in our environment, which we first interpret and in front of which we then react. To interpret each fact we serve, as a basis to analyze and draw a conclusion, a belief. These beliefs are the basis of our reasoning / interpretations / judgments. These thoughts activate our emotions and our reactions.

- Fact / situation + belief => Reasoning / judgment => Emotion

- Negative reasoning => negative emotion

- Positive reasoning => positive emotion

For example:

- If you believe that life is to enjoy it to the fullest and that it is full of positive opportunities, this will usually make wherever you are looking for pleasure and fun. That is, if at work you change your department your reasoning may be that it is a prize or that it is not; but it will be the same to you and you will immediately think about the possibilities of learning and joy that this new location will offer you. You will face change with desire and joy.

- If you believe that life is a constant effort and suffering in order to survive, then in the face of everyday events you will reason seeking the reaffirmation of these beliefs. That is, if they change your department at work, your reasoning may be that it has been to harm you and to punish you, and that wherever you go, everything will be difficult and you will not like it. You will face change with reluctance and anger.

- If you believe that the intention of others is almost always to harm you, your reasoning will tend to think badly, almost always, about the intentions of others. And when someone comes to you with all your heart you will put a barrier. This barrier will save you from some, but it will prevent you from enjoying others. In addition, it can take you to loneliness.

- If you think that all people are good and that they have no bad intention, they will give you the trip and you will not realize what they are doing to you, since in your mind the possibility that other people have bad intentions will not enter. This candid behavior will make you enjoy great moments and a loved one, but it will also make people take advantage of you and hurt you.

It is necessary to bear in mind that these beliefs, although they are not at the conscious level, if they are at the subconscious level. In the case of the latter, the intensity level does not have to be equal to the conscious level. In the subconscious there are roots, which can be more or less deep.

Types of reasoning

Micro reasoning / small thinking

They are the most common and usual. We continually receive stimuli which make us reason and draw a conclusion. A reasoning can be three words and last two seconds in our head, and that is why it is still important, as it causes a small emotion.

Example: You know someone with very squeaky aesthetic glasses.

- Since you don't like anything to attract attention, you think you don't like anything. There may be a small emotion of rejection, which the other person can perceive.

- You like bold things and bright colors. You have an emotion of acceptance and that you like.

Example: Your boss suggests that a job is not well done enough and gives you a little attention.

- You think you don't do things well enough. You have an emotion of guilt.

- You think you do all the best you can and sometimes you are wrong like everyone else. You have a little emotion of anger with your superior.

- You think you don't have to do things necessarily, and that's why you don't interest him. You think the important thing is that the horn sounds when it is best before. Indifference does not change your mood. Or on the contrary, you think you do very well and with interest, and therefore, your superior's opinion is indifferent.

Example: Being with a group of coworkers, you joke about a situation in which you have been involved.

- You think people want to laugh at you. You get angry and you get upset.

- You think they are laughing at the situation without disrespecting you. You laugh too.

Very Transcendental Reasoning

They are reasonings that, when executed, have lasting and powerful effects. In addition, the fact or situation often allows time to decide the reaction.

Example: One of the candidates for president of a country is a short politician, who has been a bad student, with old problems with alcohol, of very strict ideas, with a very strong confidence in his beliefs.

- You think it's someone like you, a bad student, not very handsome, at times failed. You think it is better for someone to send like most people; someone who is not a "nerd" winner. You think that a good leader has to have great security and does not have to doubt. You have a positive emotion.

- You think that anyone cannot be the president of a country. He has to have studies, be balanced, very wise and successful. You have the belief that an excess of security is not of a sap person, since you believe that the wise are able to see a sea of possibilities, while the unwise do not see it, and therefore do not doubt so much. In addition, you believe that what he wants as president is not to do good things for the country, but to work for his interests and feel important. The emotion is rejection.

Example: There are things about your partner that you don't like and you discuss a lot. The relationship has existed for years and there is a lot of pressure, both from the couple, from family and friends, to get married and have a child.

- You think you will not find anything better, that if you break you will have a very bad time, you will be left alone and you will suffer the rejection of your surroundings. You also think that arguing is very normal and that one more wedding to have a child will bring you stability and make the relationship better. Getting married and having a child ends up convincing you.

- Do you think that a couple does not have to be a constant effort, that it cannot be that there are things where you have to shut up, that a wedding plus a child will not change your partner and that the environment has nothing to say and decide on your life. You refuse to get married.

Example: You are at a time in your life when, by age and work, it would be normal to buy an apartment and mortgage 30 or 40 years instead of paying a rent. You want to have your own home, but you doubt whether it is time to buy and the consequences this will have on your life. The environment encourages you to buy.

- You think that if most buy and think that you have to buy it is because it is what you have to do. You also think that paying a rent is throwing money since what you are paying will never be yours. You buy a flat.

- You think that others do not have to send in your life and that what counts is your criteria. You also think it is better to pay a rent that leaves you with air to breathe than having a mortgage that drowns you and leaves you no room to live. You are still living for rent.

Do we live influenced?

Where do our beliefs come from? Have we acquired them or instilled them? Are they beneficial or are they hurting us? Are they correct or wrong?

Are we really sure that the things we think throughout the day are not influenced by anything or anyone? Are we sure that our behavior is free? Do we act as we have been told? According to our fears taxed by ourselves to our or someone else's influence? Are we really able to draw a 100% conclusion from us? Or is it influenced by society, by television or by someone in particular? Are there collective beliefs which have been deliberately instilled? Are we hypnotized? Are we able to decide from our essence, regardless of any external influence, be it the present or the past?

Does the experience of life make us find our own essence? What do we find our own thinking? Or does it tax new negative beliefs on our heads? Is our decision to tax negatively or positively? If you are with a group of people who think in a concrete way, will it be easy for you to think and express different ideas to them?

At the moment that a behavior, a thought, an idea, or anything that comes from within us is influenced by another person, or by something that we have instilled ourselves based on a fact, and that is not pure essence, We stop being free.

These influences affect us in things like:

Political ideas / philosophy of life

Do you have to govern a right, left or center party? Does a country have to be invaded in order to bring democracy to it? Does a new statute have to be approved? Do gay marriages have to be legalized? Do you live on rent or mortgage? etc. Do we draw the conclusion according to our essence or according to what we have taxed in the head? We may have had a very right-wing father, and therefore, we are right-wing. Or by anger towards the father we are on the opposite side. But really, where are we from?

Behaviors

We can spend our lives trying to show that we are not afraid, that we are very brave. And it turns out that we are doing it because our father mistreated us by telling us that we were weak and crying.

Or we carry an extreme and dark aesthetic to demonstrate our rejection of the superficial materialism that causes us so much damage. And it turns out that, in reality, we would like to dress in a more simple and harmonic way.

We can believe that we have to be guais and that we have to be in the wave ; that those who are not of a certain type of behavior with a certain aesthetic are inferior. But who has defined what it is to be guai ? And why is it necessary to be guai ? Isn't it okay to be as we are?

Traumas / blockages

If you are afraid to go alone on the street because you have suffered a robbery and this means that years later you continue with the same fear, is your mind free? Or does the thief that stole you possess it?

If you have suffered psychological, physical or sexual abuse, and this makes you go through life with a lot of insecurity, fear and self-rejection, is your mind free? Or the pose that assaulted you?

Personal relationships

If a large part of your life has been trodden on, you are likely to get together with people who step on you. You can have a partner where you are the submissive and the other, the dominant, or it may be that part or all of your group of friends laugh at you, or even that in your work you are stepped on by companions and superiors . You might even think you are not worth much.

Or it may be that you are an aggressive person who believes that the best defense is a good attack, and that you prefer to step on foot.

Any idea or behavior that we have which is linked to something that is not pure separates us from our essence and captures our minds. Some people have a high level of mental freedom, most of us are moderately captured and they have to be completely.

Television

Although the influences come from many places, such as family or society, the most powerful element of influence is television. He is the best hypnotist in the world. TV tells you what the reality of the world is and what is right and what is not. What is "cool" and what is not. How you have to be, how you have to feel and how you have to dress. What concepts are popular and progressive, and which are facades and conservatives; which are of good and which are of evil.

Television defines the social groups to which you can belong. Define which are the success groups and which are the failed ones. If you want to oppose one side, it also tells you who is the corresponding side that opposes.

Television is not a source of information but of misinformation. The news is halfway, distorted, or omitted. These instill the fear of others and the bipolarization of society.

Television serves the door behind our minds. Meanwhile you watch a video clip, a movie or a program, without realizing it, you are taxing beliefs and behavior patterns. Each image, each musical sound, each behavior pattern with the consequent result, each social relationship and each determining action, is associated in our mind.

For example: If a “A” scenario, plus a “B” behavior form, plus a “C” action, is equal to “D”, and “D = happiness”, you will tax that A + B + C = D, and you will try to imitate. The moment you cannot fulfill one of the three ABC premises, you will get frustrated and depressed. And worst of all is that, normally, getting "D" does not equal happiness.

You have to watch a lot with television, since it does not reflect reality, but creates it. On the other hand, although there are few, there are also programs, series and films that work to deprogram and wake us up.

The truth

Everyone lives in their world with their truth. On Earth there are 6700 million inhabitants, 6700 million truths, 6700 million worlds. But really the Earth is just a world and, therefore, it is only a truth. It's that simple.

But what is the truth? What is the pure reality? There are many people who think they know the truth, but is there someone on the entire planet who really knows the true truth? The pure reality?

For example: What could be the truth about love for children? Is it to raise them so that they have everything and end up being overprotected? Is it never to recriminate them at all and let you step on them? Is sending your children to a military academy to become strong, disciplined and safe men? Is it to help them grow as balanced people, according to their needs and concerns, teaching them the terrain on which they can act?

In the path of personal evolution you discover that the greatest force, the one that unites the Universe, is love. And this truth, you know it's true. But then it is necessary to discover that it is really love and not. In the process of personal growth you gradually discover truths of the puzzle. You are not 100% sure of the truth that you have discovered, or yes, but you know that it is closer to her.

Another truth that you discover is that everything is in the middle, in the balance. Not giving anything to your brother is not good, and giving much is not good either. Acting passively hurts you, but acting intimidating also ends up hurting you. Everything has a midpoint.

There are truths that merge progressively with us and become solid pillars of our life. If this truth is correct, it benefits us, but if it is not correct, it leads us to suffering.

Relativity of the truth

- You have a plate in your hands and you look at it, you decide you don't like it, you throw it on the ground and it breaks. Who has decided to throw the plate to the ground? It has been you.

- The dish that you have in your hands, and that you are looking at, has a childlike drawing of a cartoon character that you looked at when you were little. Your father criticized them and took advantage of them to recriminate you that you were little man and that seeing them was a girl thing. Seeing the drawing, an internal rage possesses you and you just throw the plate to the ground. Who has thrown the plate to the ground? You have launched it. But would you have thrown it if having Dr. Slump on a plate had not been a bad thing? If you had not had a negative association with respect to the drawing? In any case, the decision has been yours.

- For some strange reason, you are in the middle of an auditorium where 100 people are screaming for you to throw the plate to the ground. And you don't want to throw it away. But it turns out that now instead of 100, there are 1, 000 who are screaming. And now, instead of 1, 000, it's 10, 000. And if with 10, 000 you don't throw it, they become 100, 000. In the end you would throw the plate to the ground. Who is able to take the opposite of so many people? In any case, the final decision would have been yours.

Blaming 100% on the person who has thrown the plate to the ground would be to reason in a simple and limited way. To reason that it is what has produced that in the end this dish has been thrown to the ground transcending the person and thinking about the collective, is to do it with conscience.

When a terrorist is immolated and causes his death and that of many people, he and those who have helped him are to blame. But would they have done so if they had not experienced the injustice of poverty? To be invaded? Of being stepped on? To see children with legs amputated by western antipersonnel mines? Would they have done it if they hadn't been brainwashed? Being stepped on causes fear and anger; that leads you to suffering, suffering to hate, and this to the dark side. The culprit of the explosion is the terrorist who is the one with the last word, and is not in any case justified. But we have to keep in mind that someone who grows up in an environment of love and understanding will never be a terrorist. Limiting yourself to the fact that the terrorist is to blame is very easy and even selfish; The right thing is to see further, see the context, see why.

If a person feeds his hatred towards a certain group of people, every time he feels a certain politician, or whoever messes with the group he identifies with, he will be conditioning his opinion to the actions of the people he considers They are messing with her. Your thinking will not be free. The nature of people is to love everyone and everyone, and if you bounce and manipulatively, you stop doing it, you will be giving up your essence and conditioning your feeling to other people.

A young man may be driving a car and go behind another car where his colleagues go. It can happen, and it happens, that they find a car that they consider to be very slow, and although the progress is not certain, the colleagues advance. The young man who goes behind does not see it clearly, in fact, he sees it very dangerous. But what will your colleagues think if you don't move forward? A voice in his head begins to tell him that he has to move forward, other than a girl. An image of his colleagues joking about what a baby he is, and hinting that he is a coward who has not advanced, comes to his head. You do not see anything clear, but there is a pressure inside that pushes you forward. In the end it advances in a not very safe place and, in the middle of the road, there is a car with a face which, luckily, ends up avoiding it, or not. Has the young man made progress because he loved him or why he was pushed by the influence of his colleagues? The last decision is always ours, but we have to be aware of the importance of the collective. Even if they don't push you to do something physically, it also has strength, even the same, to push you mentally.

Creation

We create the future day by day, step by step, instant by instant. The consequences of our actions are the future, the present tomorrow. To change the future we have to change the present.

Our environment is formed according to our beliefs. We seek and live what we believe. Belief creates reality. Even our physical body, in part, is formed according to our beliefs.

That is why it is very important to be attentive to our beliefs, since they are our walls, our windows, our paths, our friendships, our place where we live, our economy, etc ... The brain is like a projector that puts the film that we We say, or as a taxi driver who takes us where we ask.

We have the ability to create. Beliefs create. If we do not create positive things it is why we do not have correct beliefs.

conclusion

We have a head full of recordings and beliefs, which many are not correct and harm us. Apart from this, external influences are also present.

Every time we reason we would have to look at whether we do it free from present or past influences; and if we do it thinking about the context and the collective or the individuality.

The 11 reasonings speak of:

Beliefs and behavior patterns; the voice that guides us; good and bad decisions and their degree of consequence; religions as an oppressive, distorting and dirty weapon; personal influence in our environment, and vice versa; concept of good and evil; the system as it is and has been; the why and how of the prophecies; the energies and the other worlds and dimensions; the how and why natural therapies and personal growth; Personal projects and humility.
